炒貴刁有走辣,果然不辣,貴刁是有麵有河的摻摻,創意產物罷。材料有臘腸片是驚喜,蝦冇雪味,整體味道不錯。

滷水雞腳不過不失,喜點是配角花生,入口生香。

整體經驗而言,算是不錯,價錢方面是中價,晚上來說不算過份。

夜晚諗住食飽晚飯再去葵廣血拼,於是今次試下新都會既少爺18。我地被安排左坐係室外位置,觀景都唔錯,幾舒服自成一角咁,我地叫左招牌海南雞飯,馬來西亞肉骨茶,兩樣野都幾好味,幾地道,個肉骨茶飲完之後暖笠笠,岩曬涼涼地既天氣!依度環境都幾舒服,係到同朋友食飯傾計都幾正~

星期六晚喺新都會廣場食咗呢間少爺18,我哋去嗰時大約6點唔洗等位,食完7點幾門口有好多人等位,建議大家早少少去。餐廳裝修幾靚,坐得都幾舒服。我地三各人嗌咗海南雞飯、喇沙、手抓餅同蝦餅,落單15分鐘後食物已經全部到齊,超級快!四樣食物中最推介嘅係海南雞飯,啲飯好香而且配雞嘅醬汁幾好食😋其他三樣食物就不過不失啦。

唔記得呢個叫咩名,但就同油酥餅既外形好相似。入面有餡料,有肉碎加少少洋蔥。食既時候要小心,太大啖會跌到成張檯肉碎,最好襯熱食,凍咗就會俾肉碎既油令餅變軟,唔脆。星洲蠔仔餅,蛋多過蠔仔,但值得一讚既係好香口同脆。蠔仔雖然同蛋比例唔平均,但係蠔仔都算大隻。愛海南椰子雞湯,椰子煲到好腍,可以食埋湯渣,成個湯雖然落咗好多椰子但湯冇椰子味。單骨雞翼,一睇就知係油炸。但冇油益味,單骨好容易食,唔會整到成手油,不過不失!

生菜包肉碎內有秋葵粒 ($68),秋葵並不是人人接受到,本人的媽媽就十分之討厭,說很難入口,但我就很喜愛。我覺得肉碎內有秋葵,能夠增加口感外,也減少了肉碎肥膩的感覺, 並同時提升了健康的層次。生菜新鮮爽脆, 我自己一人已經食了四份。

用了優惠訂座,結賬每人約$100, 十分便宜。整體感覺不錯,可以再訪,如果秋天來的話,一定要坐在外面!

今日系葵芳揾食,行過見呢間環境不錯,嘢食都選擇多,決定試試。由於不太餓,两人只選了海南🐔飯及滷水🐷✋。🐔味道不錯很滑,配的🐔湯都ok。🐷✋肥肉多瘦肉小,份量小。
