雖然我今次只是第一次光顧「MOKO」三樓美食廣場裡面的中式食店「香港蒸品」,但是一早已經知道「香港蒸品」裡面的每一款餸菜,都是以獨立圓兜形餐具盛載起來。但是我今次第一次光顧「香港蒸品」,購買「兩餸飯」之後,卻發現「香港蒸品」,改用了類似「兩餸飯」食店廚房營運方式,把所有蒸餸餸菜食品,擺放在廚房櫃檯的每一格食物餐盤裡面,讓食客自由選擇。食客選好「香港蒸品」食品,付款購票過後,店員就好像製作「兩餸飯」的過程一樣,把「白飯」跟兩款餸菜,「三國鼎立」地分布在餐碟的每一角落裡面。至於「香港蒸品」餸菜食品實際方面,部分餸菜食品例如「西蘭花炒牛肉」已經售罄,我被迫選擇其他餸菜,選擇了「香港蒸品」價目表「餸菜」裡面沒有的「粟米班腩」和「咖喱雞」。莫非「香港蒸品」的餸菜「粟米班腩」跟「咖喱雞」,都會是以「水蒸」的方式製作而成,變成了「蒸餸」?如果是真的話,「香港蒸品」廚房師傅手藝確實很高明,連「粟米班腩」和「咖喱雞」所有食材也可以直接蒸熟。所以「咖喱雞」裡面的「咖喱」汁辣味和香味仍然存在,但是看似飽滿的「雞肉」實際口感還是有點乾和硬,「雞肉」實際數目也不多,口感頗腍的「馬鈴薯」,佔據了「咖喱雞」大部分位置。至於「粟米班腩」裡面的「班腩」實際數目,就比「咖喱雞」差得遠了,「咖喱雞」雞肉只有兩塊,反而「粟米班腩」卻反而有四大塊飽滿,魚肉口感豐富的炸「班腩」魚肉。「粟米班腩」裡面的魚肉味道雖然是有少許的鹹味,但是起碼鹹味程度只屬於一般,味道偏甜的「粟米汁」包裹住,當簡簡單單的一餐飯,享用完就要想「牛肉」類晚餐食店場地了。「香港蒸品」原本一兜兜分開上檯的健康「蒸餸」食品,最後還是變成了,「美食廣場」一般「兩餸飯」食品裡面的自選餸菜。或者在疫情持續的香港環境下,想在「香港蒸品」享用「牛肉」也變得這麼困難,下次要早一點光顧「香港蒸品」,才食到「西蘭花炒牛肉」嗎?至於晚餐裡面的「牛肉」食品,我在光顧完「香港蒸品」之後,被迫選擇在「MOKO」商場的食肆裡面,繼續努力尋找發掘了。

平時lunch經常都會光顧呢間食店,主要貪佢夠快,選擇夠多,又相對少油多菜。一個禮拜食幾日都可以天天不同款。不過......經理可唔可以注意下,出菜姐姐嘅指甲呢,有時候見到佢手指公嘅指甲爭啲插入碗湯度真係好倒胃口。以呢個價錢來講,其他真係冇問題,都好好。或者考慮叫佢哋帶返隻膠手套,咁就乜都解決晒啦。

When you see neatly arranged dishes in bowls, they look captivating.You get to see and pick which dish you want.Technically you do at other restaurants but they are all in a big metal dish but with the smaller bowls you can see which one has more/less vegetables/meat and pick your desired one.Went back another day and it looked more or less the same so I picked 3 dishes with rice and soup for HKD45.Anyway, it was hard deciding as there were so many good picks like bittermelon, sweet and sour pork, curry, egg and tomato, aubergine.Skipped the sweet and sour as pork was risky in the sense that it could be bones or just pieces of fatty meat.Overall, I was satisfied with my three choices especially the bittermelon as the bittermelon and soft and tasty while the pork was fresh.The curry was ok but a bit watery and the aubergines were quite salty but I will still return as you see what you get!

今日啱啱咁橋喺旺角做嘢Lunch嗰時想起moko呢邊有food court況且都真係好耐冇食 所以就你睇下有乜嘢新嘢食行左一個圈 發現啲嘢來來去去都係差唔多突然間見到呢一間 雖然係兩餸飯 但係外型幾精緻同埋感覺上幾衛生 一碗一碗咁已經裝好晒況且價錢亦都算相宜 咁就要過兩餸飯 要咗番茄蛋 魚香茄子 送咗碗老火湯 加埋$38其實蕃茄食落去幾酸 蛋嘅份量就幾多 茄子份量都OK 不過冇乜肉粒食 老火湯就係簡單嘅蘿蔔湯 感覺上就係蘿蔔加水咁 正正常常以$38來講 我覺得都算OK 不過就唔好expect真係好好食~

今晚要放工去睇波,局住留喺新世紀晚飯。雖然旺角係好多野食,但係每次去到新世紀呢邊,就冇咩選擇,因為喺旺角新世紀嘅多數係連鎖,食都食到厭,然後多數會去左food court。今晚都係,巡左一個圈,最後一站就係香港蒸品,上次都見過賣相唔錯,今次就決定食。有成十幾個餸比人揀,仲有油脾㖭。全部都分好哂幾得意,又唔會大細超。我揀左三餸,魚香茄子,咕嚕肉,蒸蛋。三餸一湯一飯都係45蚊,係幾抵,份量都唔細。兩餸一飯一湯就$38,但大部人都係叫三餸。味道都正常,三碟之中最好食就係茄子,送飯一流。呢一間food court 餐廳算係呢度最好食。留意返,呢個食代館啲餐全部只包湯唔包飲品,飲品要另外買。
