今日試咗一間餐廳,點咗幾樣招牌菜,真係有啲驚喜!首先講講招牌避風塘炒辣蟹,呢道菜真心做得好正。蟹炒得香口,啖啖肉都入晒味,避風塘嘅蒜香同辣味好平衡,唔會太搶戲,但又夠晒提味,食落真係停唔到口。份量都唔少,一蟹兩食都夠滿足。跟住有菠蘿咕嚕肉,呢個係我一向好鍾意嘅經典菜式。佢整得啱啱好,外皮炸得脆卜卜,裡面嘅肉仲keep到嫩滑,菠蘿同甜酸醬汁好match,酸酸甜甜開胃得來唔會太膩,食咗幾件都仲想再encore。蒜蓉炒白菜仔就係簡單但好食嘅代表。白菜仔炒得爽脆,蒜蓉香氣十足,油鹽份量控制得好好,唔會太濃或太淡,食落清新又健康,配搭前面兩道濃味菜式真係好解膩。最後試咗招牌蟹油炒河粉,呢個真係亮點!河粉炒得乾身又夠鑊氣,蟹油嘅鮮香滲晒入每條粉裡面,食到尾都唔會覺得油膩,反而有種滿足感。加上少少蔥花點綴,味道同口感都好有層次。整體黎講,呢幾道菜真係做得用心,味道同份量都好有誠意,唔係誇張話,但真係值得一試,特別係嗰個避風塘炒辣蟹同蟹油炒河粉,係我會再返黎試嘅理由!人均消費都係250/人,真係幾抵~ continue reading
