選用2斤半至2斤12兩左右的龍崗雞,以加入香料的海鹽包好再焗,上檯時再澆上玫瑰露酒然後點火,令香氣逼入雞肉,火喉是啱啱好,脾位胸肉全都是嫩滑可口,蘸點一下新鮮沙薑油,令鮮味更上一層樓,至於雞油更是香口到不得了,即時來了幾碗白飯簡單的拌食,更是人間美味。

母親大人生日當然係要揀中菜今次揀咗海景軒紅磡/尖東站行過去都好快只不過間餐廳喺地牢海景軒係冇海景嘅?!不過入邊裝修都尚算可以好有90年代嘅風味服務唔錯今次揀咗一個set 成材每樣都可以食少少每一份菜都好精緻同好食等我都可以同媽咪慢慢傾偈享受quality time 今次最有驚喜係個頭盤調味剛剛好唔會太鹹啱晒我同媽咪除咗空間比較侷促 (因為樓底矮)同冇風景之外,Good overall experience
