今晚朋友聚會,講下想食特色日本野,特登過來北斗,細細間唔會太嘈,又幾有情調。顧客坐Bar枱可以觀看著廚師製作食物,幾chill。今日食左好多特別菜式。清湯(壺裝)日本人飲湯鍾意倒落迷你杯飲。個湯勁清甜,亦有配料。冷盤:生魚軟骨配青瓜將軟骨醬均勻咁放落青瓜片🥒,味道鹹香👅,因有軟骨碎口感嗦嗦聲。素菜六品盛盒(廚師發板)用木盤奉上,賣相勁靚。炸完色澤好靚,但唔好似外面食個d咁厚皮。個人偏愛舞松茸同冬菇,外皮好脆內面軟軟的。海膽魷魚圈卷:細細粒但超好食🤤,外面魷魚圈質感好軟,海膽入口即溶,兩者好夾。 鹿兒島黑毛豬鞍(原隻):原隻好大隻,大過塊臉。黑毛豬鞍外皮都係好薄身,通常厚身/大隻都會怕整得太熟肉質好鞋,依到炸得剛剛好好冧身,肉質帶點脂肪好軟屬。三色刺身盛(三文魚🍣、帆立貝、深海池魚):刺身切得厚身。溫度保持凍著口感好正,而且唔會食到任何渣/筋。極上刺身杯(三文魚、赤身、帶子、三文魚子:細細杯但全部都係精華,正👍!大拖羅(紫菜包著):用手握著大口咬著,魚肉一咬即溶。其他:七味魚翅三文魚 明太子南高梅茶漬飯時令水果配日本雪葩

冷盤:生魚軟骨配青瓜
將軟骨醬均勻咁放落青瓜片🥒,味道鹹香👅,因有軟骨碎口感嗦嗦聲。


素菜六品盛盒(廚師發板)
用木盤奉上,賣相勁靚。炸完色澤好靚,但唔好似外面食個d咁厚皮。個人偏愛舞松茸同冬菇,外皮好脆內面軟軟的。
海膽魷魚圈卷:細細粒但超好食🤤,外面魷魚圈質感好軟,海膽入口即溶,兩者好夾。


鹿兒島黑毛豬鞍(原隻):原隻好大隻,大過塊臉。黑毛豬鞍外皮都係好薄身,通常厚身/大隻都會怕整得太熟肉質好鞋,依到炸得剛剛好好冧身,肉質帶點脂肪好軟屬。


三色刺身盛(三文魚🍣、帆立貝、深海池魚):刺身切得厚身。溫度保持凍著口感好正,而且唔會食到任何渣/筋。


極上刺身杯(三文魚、赤身、帶子、三文魚子:細細杯但全部都係精華,正👍!


大拖羅(紫菜包著):用手握著大口咬著,魚肉一咬即溶。
