These were really good. The size was palm size. The pastry was so light and flaky. They were glazed with some sugar on top. I tried the strawberry and matcha. The azuki bean filling was really good. Smooth and not to sweet. The pastry cream was rich and creamy. The matcha had this nice bitter taste of tea. The strawberry was a bit disappointing. The strawberries weren't very sweet at all. Coworker claimed the rum raisin was really good as well.

當見到紅豆蓉包着糯米飯,便有興趣想試。一口咬下,紅豆味便立刻湧上,但很可惜,糯米飯還未完全咀嚼,紅豆蓉已吞下,所以每一口只有短暫的紅豆味,跟着便是沒什麼味道的糯米飯!我相信這是因為食材的鋪排問題,我食過紅豆糉,它是完粒紅豆在糯米糰中,另還有紅豆蓉在糉內,在整咀嚼過程中都能嚐到紅豆味,而經過今次的味蕾經驗,有點後悔以$15買了這高糖的甜品。

果然是薄脆呢!薄薄的一片充滿杏仁香氣,而且甜甜的味道跟杏仁超搭,一口便停不下來,所以不用一包一片啦,反正一次要吃好幾片才過癮。


27片裝大約$200元左右,真的一點也不便宜,可是味道也真的不是一般的好,香、脆、甜、薄俱備,送人也很體面~

去sogo shopping, 例牌會買銅鑼燒。今次除咗買黑銅鑼,仲買咗個抹茶試吓。黑銅鑼依然好味,個芝麻味好出,仲會咬到粒粒芝麻!至於抹茶銅鑼,個抹茶味較淡,都係紅豆茸嘅味道出d搶d~但兩者都係好鬆軟,又唔會乾爭爭!

黑銅鑼依然好味,個芝麻味好出,仲會咬到粒粒芝麻!

至於抹茶銅鑼,個抹茶味較淡,都係紅豆茸嘅味道出d搶d~

但兩者都係好鬆軟,又唔會乾爭爭!

昨日係在下生日,和男友在銅鑼灣趴趴走,剛剛睇完3劍俠後就來sogo行下,路過呢間日本野,見佢d萩餅做緊特價,就一口氣買咗3個試吓,因為生日吃得太飽,就變成咗第2晚的宵夜,因為食用日期有限(只有一日),又沒有放入雪櫃,所以個外表開始變樣了,第一個試吃的是紅豆沙糯米,剛拿出來有點濕濕的,外表不再有光澤,吃下去原來是紅豆沙包著圓形的糯米,紅豆沙甜度適中(大約10分有7分甜),糯米食得出粒粒分別,軟淋淋的,第2個試吃黃豆粉糯米,外表一層薄薄的黃豆粉,隱約看到粒粒糯米,咬下去發現內裡有紅豆沙餡,和上一個口感有不同,一個是糯米包紅豆沙,另一個是紅豆沙包糯米,都幾得意,最重要係味道唔錯第3個是紅豆粒糯米,外表都有一點出汁了,隱約看到紅豆粒佈滿外層,咬下去和紅豆沙糯米是一樣的,糯米在中間,唯一的分別是會吃到紅豆皮,有點咬口,吃完3個後口內有一種咸咸的感覺,可能是吃得太多甜了吧,因為平時糯米製品都是吃到糯米糍,草餅和湯丸,所以這種嚐試都幾新鮮,有機會會再吃

這個其實是在太古城買的。多年前巳愛吃這品牌出品的曲奇餅,但近年價錢貴了許多,趁過年後有減價,重溫舊夢。包裝精美,味道保持,不過加上朱古力的反而不特別,還是喜歡其他各類曲奇。由于每片都比較袖珍,薄脆香口,口味獨特,而且絕不會飽滯,是吃曲奇的另類選擇。

親戚過年時送的這盒源自神戶的本高砂屋的禮盒, 留到現在才吃。日本禮餅的包裝當然是美輪美奐啦, 不過包裝紙又不能吃, 還是內容最實際。一盒都有好多款式呢, 貪心的每種也試了一些。這一盒裡主要有三大類:圖二最左邊的是 Ecorce, 即是普遍被稱為年輪曲奇的那種。綠色包裝的是三角形的, 以「薄燒」方式製成的烤餅摺起, 比較脆硬, 有著輕如空氣的質感。白色的是長條狀的曲奇, 是沒有餡的。紅色和黃色紙的分別是內有黑白朱古力忌廉的蛋卷, 卜卜脆的伴茶最好。中間的是 Mon Roi 神盾曲奇 系列中的長身笛形蛋卷, 紅色的是杏仁味而白色的是榛子味。我只吃了後者, 蛋卷裡每一層的餅乾都比 Ecorce 的蛋卷脆和薄, 裡面就有榛子味的忌廉夾心, 也不錯吃。另外一種好像葉子, 但其實是盾形的餅 (所以叫神盾曲奇囉), 有咖啡和腰果味的, 我吃了咖啡味, 這款也保持了這款餅較鬆脆的特質, 可是我不大吃得到咖啡味, 而且這款餅也是比較甜的。 最後就是包裝有個大 M 字的 Mandel Ziegel 了, 它中文名叫琥珀曲奇, 看顏色便知不假, 而且十分有貴氣呢。其實它是一片圓形的薄身杏仁餅, 該是把杏仁片

中間的是 Mon Roi 神盾曲奇 系列中的長身笛形蛋卷, 紅色的是杏仁味而白色的是榛子味。我只吃了後者, 蛋卷裡每一層的餅乾都比 Ecorce 的蛋卷脆和薄, 裡面就有榛子味的忌廉夾心, 也不錯吃。另外一種好像葉子, 但其實是盾形的餅 (所以叫神盾曲奇囉), 有咖啡和腰果味的, 我吃了咖啡味, 這款也保持了這款餅較鬆脆的特質, 可是我不大吃得到咖啡味, 而且這款餅也是比較甜的。

最後就是包裝有個大 M 字的 Mandel Ziegel 了, 它中文名叫琥珀曲奇, 看顏色便知不假, 而且十分有貴氣呢。其實它是一片圓形的薄身杏仁餅, 該是把杏仁片加到餅上烤, 再塗上甜美的糖漿, 便成了這款甘甜薄脆兼備的美味小吃了。

我想這盒東西也要賣好幾百元吧, 自己就捨不得買了, 送給我嘛, 嘻嘻, 多多都不拘呀!

上OR見到SOGO有好味的銅鑼燒。於是就去買咗3個 ($13@)。兩個芝麻紅豆同一個紅豆。包裝好靚,銅鑼燒大大個!芝麻紅豆好好食。個外皮好軟熟,又甜甜地。芝麻紅豆餡好足料,芝麻硬硬地,好有咬口,又有芝麻香。紅豆蓉偏甜,與芝麻餡混得好均勻。齋紅豆蓉嗰個就比較寡,口感無咁多層次。但都好好味!
