話說今次我走訪咗一間飲品甜品店,心情期待又興奮 🌟。先講下呢個焗荔茸西米布甸,啊!舖面一層焦焦脆脆,輕咬一口就聽到啲焦糖嘅破裂聲,真係太過癮喇!底下嘅西米煙煙韌韌,每一粒都係滑溜溜,同埋夾雜埋荔茸嘅清甜,食落層次豐富,滋味百般!再來就係楊枝金露,果然係夏日消暑嘅必備啊!芒果嘅甜香撲鼻,加埋清新嘅西柚提升咗整體嘅清爽感。當中嘅西米好像小小珍珠,逐粒爽口,冰涼涼嘅芒果汁同豐富嘅口感真係百搭到不得了!當然唔可以錯過嘅,係經典熱芝麻糊同腰果花生露。芝麻糊香得嚟又滑,幾乎係勾魂攞命👻,綠豆沙既解膩又清新,夜晚嚟一碗,暖笠笠嘅真係心都暖晒。腰果花生露啱曬兩面派食客,花生香濃之餘,腰果嘅醇厚都喺後面默默支持緊,飲一口覺得啲愁都沖走晒!坐喺便利嘅地方,環境又清潔舒適,飲食過後嘅滿意,真係令人開心到想要即刻打嚟分享!大家如果行過黎附近,記得一定要試吓滿記嘅手藝。快快樂樂,又飽又滿,滿記真係做到心中好味道!🍮🥤🍵

到西貢點可以唔食滿記,今次我試左幾款甜品,每一款都令人驚喜重重呀🤤!先講下佢哋嘅招牌啦,楊枝甘露,真係甜而唔膩,西米脆卜卜咁,再配上啱啱好嘅芒果同西柚,酸酸甜甜,食嘅時候真係令人心情好好喎!白雪仙草芋圓都唔錯哈,椰汁冰底香滑,打得啱哂夏天嘅Feel。芋圓QQ嘅,中間個芋泥更加係冧爆,香滑得嚟又唔會太甜,食落去真係百吃不厭!榴槤控可以試下佢哋嘅榴槤甜品,雖然我冇親口試,但睇我屋企人食得咁開心,敢肯定榴槤嘅香濃夠晒標準。最後我勁推芋圓系列,加埋桂圓啲甜味剛剛好,搭埋特別嘅奶底同雲呢拿,清甜得來仲多咗啲層次,真係幾好食😋,下次再入西貢一定要再黎試其他款!

Honeymoon dessert is my go to dessert place whenever I want something sweet. There are many branches. I love their durian pancakes! However this time I ordered the 芒果雪山黑糯米thingy with taro balls. It was sweet, but the mango and black glutinous rice kinda balanced the sweetness.

就快要離開西貢,我見到竟然有芋圓,再抬頭望,竟然係滿記甜品,其實至疫情開好始就少左食,因為9龍灣分店都冇左,但我覺得西貢款式比較多,可能全線都係掛。我地一共四個人,所以叫左五碗,總括利講好好食,重點係有芋圓,呢樣係加左好多好多分!芋圓既味道都好香,口感好有彈性!估唔到配上龍眼肉干(桂圓)又幾好,因為桂圓偏甜,但最想講既係個甜品既奶底,好似有鮮奶味,再加雲呢拿,有一種清清既甜味,所以呢個係加好多分!!

以前黎西貢一定要食過滿記先叫做完滿,時隔咗好多年再黎西貢,咁當然一定都要食返碗滿記糖水啦。糖水既款式已轉換了不少,但最出名既榴連糖水同榴槤班戟一定會有,我地叫咗2個糖水一個係「白雪仙草芋圓」、「海底椰白雪涼粉(雲呢拿味)」仙草芋圓好味配料有2種口味既芋圓、意仁、仙草同好好味既芋泥而海底椰個味就清清地,都唔算差,但同芋圓比就較為遜色少少啦因為疫情既關係我無選擇堂食而叫咗外賣🥡,但我入去鋪頭佢無幫我探熱,呢樣野就要做足番啦,咁樣大家都可以安心食野!

在西貢晚飯後,忽然想食甜品,特別是中式的,便來這裡的滿記。想一想,已有好幾年無來幫襯西貢老店。在市區商場內的店舖,幫襯過幾次,只覺每況越下,便很少再來。我們叫了芝麻腰果花生露($33)及薑汁桃膠芋圓($33)。由於是芝蔴糊控,一見到便即刻叫這個。它上枱已聞到花生香,食落有濃濃的芝蔴及花生味,甜度啱啱好。糊最重要是濃稠度,它不過稠亦不過稀,是出乎意料之外的好味。😋😋😋薑汁桃膠芋圓也是水準之作,微微的薑味,醒胃。有很多桃膠,彈牙兼有咬口。糖水不太甜,好!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

由於是芝蔴糊控,一見到便即刻叫這個。它上枱已聞到花生香,食落有濃濃的芝蔴及花生味,甜度啱啱好。糊最重要是濃稠度,它不過稠亦不過稀,是出乎意料之外的好味。😋😋😋

「芝麻糊」本身味道的最大好處,就是作為「芝麻糊」原材料的「芝麻」味道,未加工前的味道都已經是非常濃厚,將芝麻磨到非常碎後再加工,再在芝麻碎裡面好入糖分,花時間去煮就會成為甜而滑的「芝麻糊」。

「滿記甜品」「芝麻糊」裡面的味道雖然都算是很甜,但是「芝麻糊」裡面的芝麻口感,還未算是被磨到非常之滑,我在「芝麻糊」裡面感覺到芝麻跟水,兩種不同材料,而且口感各異。

至於「紅豆沙」的口感,相對「芝麻糊」而言就明顯滑得多,我還食到口感被煮到很軟很腍的紅豆。「紅豆沙」裡面的紅豆,紅豆味道也都很甜,我還感覺到紅豆有屬於自己本身,紅豆表面那層,被煮完全軟化的紅豆衣口感。

至於「滿記甜品」在熱食甜品「芝麻糊紅豆沙」裡面,另外加入的「花生」口味湯丸,花生湯丸實際製成品外表,驟眼看感覺還是飽滿。

我一咬下花生湯丸,湯丸裡面的花生餡雖然未至於一瀉千里,從湯丸裡面源源不絕湧出來,但是仍然有花生餡從湯丸裡面冒出頭來,總算是食到有完整花生感覺的港丸。

至於花生湯丸裡面的花生餡料,花生雖然未算被炒到非常之香,但是花生被磨得頗碎,我從湯丸裡面食到,來自新鮮花生的香脆口感感覺,還有來自花生的香甜味道。

至於「滿記甜品」花生湯丸本身的皮,湯丸皮質地造得頗厚,所以令到花生湯丸裡面的餡料,餡料意外從湯丸裡面流出來的機會大大降低。

我最後還是覺得「滿記甜品」加入新鮮蓮子去煮,然後再冷凍而成的「紅豆沙」,「紅豆沙」甜味比擁有花生甜味的花生湯丸更加甜,反而「紅豆沙」跟花生湯丸的口感都只是一般而已。

最後把「紅豆沙」跟「芝麻糊」冷藏過後,「紅豆」跟「芝麻」兩者裡面的甜味,也因此被濃縮在「紅豆沙」、「芝麻糊」裡面,令冷凍版本甜品裡面的味道,比熱食版本更加甜,再加甜味花生湯丸一起食,味道就更甜了。

黃昏時段有啲肚餓,天氣冰涼,諗住返屋企前嘆個甜品再啟程見到滿記無乜人就走左入去坐低食下野,見餐單好多選擇,但中式甜品有其迷人之處,我又好鐘意食堅果味既甜品,所以好快就決定左腰果花生露湯圓好味道由於超鐘意花生,就直接嗌左黎試,暖笠笠暖下身子一黎到就好香堅果味,濃稠既質感令人滿意,再加軟糯湯丸,嗌左芝麻餡流哂心又幾香濃芝麻味超正!花生露甜度幾高,食完要飲啖水,如果唔太接受到甜味既人未必岩一個人食岩岩好,食完充滿力量又可以再面對生活

一黎到就好香堅果味,濃稠既質感令人滿意,再加軟糯湯丸,嗌左芝麻餡
流哂心又幾香濃芝麻味
超正!花生露甜度幾高,食完要飲啖水,如果唔太接受到甜味既人未必岩
一個人食岩岩好,食完充滿力量又可以再面對生活

同朋友遊車河入咗西貢, 又到食糖水時間, 糖水嚟講呢近近地就去咗滿記(因為對面有位泊車)。 望一望餐牌, 有好多選擇嘅, 但近排對椰汁紫米露上咗癮,又有我鍾意食芋圓, 就決定要呢個再加多一球雲呢拿雪糕。等左唔使30秒就送上枱,夠雪糕就有少少細, 椰汁紫米露嘅椰汁都好香, 紫米就唔夠多,芋圓非常之有咬口, 好食。 朋友就叫咗楊枝甘露涼粉,佢話味道普通喎!埋單92蚊, 個人來講呢就覺得有少少貴。用呢個價錢,其實有好多好高質素嘅糖水可以選擇。

同friend去西貢玩完夜晚再一齊食糖水。西貢嘅滿記點品係佢嘅第一間分店,啲嘢特別好食。芒果班戟同芒果白雪黑糯米嘅芒果都好甜。仙草芋圓好足料,但係芋頭雪糕食得出係維記。芝麻糊好細滑,配嘅花生湯圓有啲普通。最特別最好食係杏仁腰果燉奶,果仁好香好有口感,燉奶好細滑,正!

星期六早食完飯,於是到西貢走走,經過滿記仍然排晒隊。可能時間尚早,加上西貢滿記有兩間鋪,只係等左十分鐘就可以入去。久不久先黎滿記食糖水,印像中餐牌變化不大,不過糖水味道唔錯,係飯後甜品既好選擇。楊枝甘露涼粉鮮雜果涼粉椰汁底友人叫左楊枝甘露涼粉,而我就叫左雜果涼粉椰汁底。雜果涼粉入面有幾種生果,包括西瓜,火龍果,芒果,奇異果,同椰果。火龍果不過不失,因驚火龍果既汁會搞wor個白色椰汁底,所以係第一種要食哂既生果。西瓜則偏淡,無乜味道,又唔甜。而芒果唔酸,入得口。奇異果就平平無奇。結論成碗涼粉係正常,唔算好食又唔叫難食。

友人叫左楊枝甘露涼粉,而我就叫左雜果涼粉椰汁底。

雜果涼粉入面有幾種生果,包括西瓜,火龍果,芒果,奇異果,同椰果。火龍果不過不失,因驚火龍果既汁會搞wor個白色椰汁底,所以係第一種要食哂既生果。西瓜則偏淡,無乜味道,又唔甜。而芒果唔酸,入得口。奇異果就平平無奇。結論成碗涼粉係正常,唔算好食又唔叫難食。
