個人好好食蜆,因為鍾情海鮮又唔愛剝殻,所以見到menu有依味時即點,不過個size就有啲落差啦,皆因以為炒「大」蜆啲蜆係會大隻啲,點知唔係,味道普通同好似爭咁啲鑊氣咁,不過勝在無沙同都幾多隻吓。

非常期待嘅煲仔飯,上枱時待應哥哥會幫手落埋豉油之後話再焗多陣,不過唔知係咪因爲我地為咗等埋個朋友先開動所以焗耐咗,黃鱔煲仔飯啲飯焦唔脆的,連黃鱔都唔脆,不過就好重陳皮香味,臘腸潤腸雞煲仔飯我就無再食飯了,臘腸潤腸都同我預期脹卜卜果款差不多,雞件係雞胸果part啖啖肉。

一家人聚餐時間又到了。回想小時候楼下有間潮州舖,今日心血來潮想回味一番,於是到合利一試。胡椒豬肚湯60元,因胡椒味濃, 所以稍辣, 豬肚不太林, 鹹菜冇乜味。鹵水拼盤(小)138元。 有豬肚、紅腸、肥肉、墨魚生腸、芽菜等。味道一般。鹹菜門鱔 65元。鹹菜己冇味,唯獨是鱔魚吸了鹹菜味,吃落鹹鹹地。蜆仔肉40元。叫了白粥送蜆仔肉,一流。豉汁蒸魚雲98元。 魚雲大大件, 好多肉 豉汁味ok。但始終找不到小時候的味道。

經常會路過合利,並注意到前去用餐的客人總是絡繹不絕。當晚肚子不餓,只想嚐一點湯和蔬菜,對於到哪裡用餐,真是毫無頭緒。在佐敦街頭四處走,又再一次經過合利了,於是便隨緣一試。從合利掛滿潮州打冷食材的櫥窗,得知合利提供潮州菜,但從餐牌中亦可找到各式廣東小菜,與及門口烹調的煲仔飯,合利算是一家綜合的食肆吧!當晚合利也是非常熱鬧,不單經常坐無虛席,不時亦有食客輪候。幸好合利的流轉速度頗快,加上不同食客又可拼檯一起坐,所以一般不用等候太長時間。當晚全由老公發辦,首先是我喜歡的韮菜豬紅。豬紅面層灑上胡椒粉,醬汁呈淡灰色調,質感稀薄。入口只帶淡淡的鹹味,與平日韮菜豬紅既濃稠又惹味的醬汁,有著大大的距離。豬紅軟彈,口感還好,只是因為醬汁的緣故,因而不帶有任何的味道。想不到合利的辣椒油,香氣與辣度十足,正好為淡淡的韮菜豬紅添上點點惹味。沙茶牛肉炒芥蘭是潮州人的家常菜,沙茶醬是這道菜的關鍵醬料。其實沙茶牛肉炒芥蘭,炒得不差,可是完全沒有沙茶醬的韻調,而鹹鹹甜甜的味兒只是一般芥蘭炒牛肉的味道,似乎失去了潮州的風格。牛肉沒有被鬆肉粉過份醃製,還保留了點點嚼感。所選用的芥蘭苗,爽勁沒有粗芥蘭那般討好。老公特別選了

當晚全由老公發辦,首先是我喜歡的韮菜豬紅。豬紅面層灑上胡椒粉,醬汁呈淡灰色調,質感稀薄。入口只帶淡淡的鹹味,與平日韮菜豬紅既濃稠又惹味的醬汁,有著大大的距離。

豬紅軟彈,口感還好,只是因為醬汁的緣故,因而不帶有任何的味道。

有一位住在官涌的朋友推介呢間野,話有潮州風味喎,咁咪試下囉。我地叫左個四寶河餐,有魚蛋、魚餃、魚扎、墨魚丸同豬肉丸,仲有腐乳通菜同檸茶,25蚊都算係咁啦。佢個湯都算幾香,又有冬菜個d,幾有潮州味。另外仲吃左個牛肉粥。個粥底唔知點解冇乜味,佢個餐牌度大大隻字寫住不加味精,果然講得出做得到。呢度又有粉麵又有小菜,又有江湖人物又有人吸煙,真係乜都有勒。
