上星期行過去搵食,朋友拉我去試咗間好舒服嘅煲仔飯店。擺頭先,窗邊嗰個位,悠閒得嚟。叫咗個臘味煲仔飯, 等嗰陣,感覺好似時光倒流返去細細個嗰陣時。煲仔飯送上嚟嗰刻,啲香味已經四溢,撩撥住我嘅鼻,我個胃開始唱歌🎵。蓋開嚟,啲飯粒透亮,每粒都飽滿得嚟。頂層嘅臘肉,瘦肉同埋臘腸,色澤鮮艷,一睇就知味道一流🤤。臘肉嘅油脂透明,煙韌適中;臘腸甘香,肥瘦得宜。混合埋臘味同埋煲仔嘅香氣,就算唔食,聞落都覺得滿足。食嘅時候,千其唔好忘記撈返底部嘅飯焦。脆卜卜嘅聲音,彷彿同你講嗰啲飯焦喺對嗮味嚟嘅;口感絕妙,咬落去有層次,是但搵唔到第二間店可以做到咁好食嘅飯焦。整體嚟講,煲仔飯滋味濃郁,每一啖都充滿咗家庭嘅味道,真心覺得滿足,估唔到平民化嘅食堂都可以出嘅一手好煲仔飯,必定會有下次再嚟👍。 continue reading

本身想去荃灣打邊爐 朋友揸車一野上橋出左深井 諗住深井燒鵝出名應該要食下 但又唔想放棄打邊爐 見到有間滾得棧就入去食啦。門口見到有幾個套餐覺得幾抵 點知原來冇睇清楚係外賣價。都坐低左就照食啦 價錢都唔睇👻 2個人叫左個大嘅牛頸脊 1碟牛眼根 脆骨腩拼鱔片 手打蝦丸拼牛丸 雜菜拼盤(有娃娃菜 唐生菜 油麥菜 皇帝菜) 3秒響鈴 稻庭烏冬 同1渣竹庶茅根。叫左胡椒豬肚湯底 啲豬肚好厚身 都處理得幾好 好夠胡椒味。牛肉眼看鮮紅 肥瘦比例均勻。牛眼根同肥牛唔同要淥10幾分鐘先食得 本身以為會好韌 但食落牛味香濃 只係比較有咬口。第一次食脆骨腩 爽脆有魚油香 最緊要唔腥。鱔片都夠新鮮爽口 冇魚骨冇泥味。鍾意佢雜菜拼盤依4個組合 $66有晒4款會食嘅菜 都係新鮮翠綠 一啲都冇蟲咬冇黃。蝦丸爽口有啲蝦粒喺度 有口感 都香蝦味。牛丸就正常味道。2個人連加一食左$13XX 價錢唔係好平 但因為真係幾大份。好多年前食過油麻地分店 印象中都幾好食 不過之後要打邊爐都冇再揀佢。今次錯有錯著 走左入深井 再食返又覺得幾好食 不過下次可以嗌多2個人 試下其他野。😌😌😌 continue reading

邊個話深井淨係得燒鵝?深井仲有間打邊爐,而且唔拍得住城市嘅水準架!📍滾得棧招牌蕃茄蟹湯底 $368 🥘價錢 7/10味道 8.5/10餐廳選用肉蟹,size都有一隻男人手咁大,蟹蓋仲有少量膏痴住,其他滾哂落鍋,肉質鮮甜,但個湯底就唔係好食得出蟹味,可能下次會叫返蕃茄薯仔湯底(平成三舊水呀)。📍招牌手切牛頸脊(大)🥩價錢 7.5/10味道 10/10一上菜,個碟仲大過個煲,牛肉舖到滿哂,個個都爭住影相打卡。一向都話靚嘅牛肉係唔洗6咁耐,呢塊當然都係烚一烚就得啦!食落牛味好濃,好淋得嚟有嚼口,肥瘦分佈齊中,入口嚼兩啖感受下牛肉嘅鮮味就即溶,正。💌總結當日仲有叫好多其他嘢食,例如墨膠釀油條、牛脷托、西班牙黑豚肉等,都好好食好新鮮,但最值得推介嘅都係牛頸脊。 continue reading

平時好鐘意打邊爐,每個月起碼要打一次先安樂,但係而家都唔係好敢打邊爐住,不過有一間真係好推介 — 滾得棧🥘去到一定要叫花膠響螺雞湯,首先呢個湯底已經有大半隻雞係入面,然後仲有四大塊花膠,靜係飲碗湯再食埋隻雞同花膠已經有少少飽肚感,落足料煲,花膠既膠質味好重🤤另外必試既係牛頸背,肉係鮮紅色代表好新鮮,雪花分佈得好平均,切得比較薄身🥩,容易煲滾兩下就好快食得,口感都好有咬口,如果黎到呢到一定要叫番碟!💕 continue reading

我呢d邊爐痴聽過呢間有名店火鍋店都好多年,今晚有幸行山到此順便幫襯同一睹為快。大手切牛,大大碟收4舊,牛肉就半碟好淋,半碟麻麻。花甲,新鮮大碟。韭菜餃,應該似自己包,細細隻又皮薄餡靚,好好味。王帝菜,第一次見到咁大碟上枱,如果出面食應該係三倍嘅份量,份量多到食唔晒。鴛鴦鍋,胡椒豬肚好香,嗰個潮州鍋不建意點選。2支大啤加杯涼茶,埋單兩個頭約八舊(人均4舊)總結,聞名不如見面,地點比較隔涉,又唔係抵食,只係份量比較多,若果再來深井,我會揀食燒鵝 continue reading
