食具衛生有待改善,幾隻碗都黐滿飯渣,要用熱水浸完再新自用手慢慢捽乾淨!椰子雞湯,可遇不可求!首次遇上用鮮椰子水煲出的椰青雞煲,白雪雪嫩滑椰青肉,湯汁清澈清甜純天然。椰子雞鍋,食火鍋都有幾十年經驗,從來未試過問都無問一句就衝埋黎加湯,仲要係用粉開的味湯!穿著便服疑似老闆的四眼叔將整煲清甜椰青水椰子煲雞破壞掉,人家未飲完架!朋友專程黎飲湯,真係嬲到企起身想反枱,幸好肯出去抽根煙冷靜一下,差少少想唔食埋單轉場算數!點解可以犯如此低級錯誤?本地鮮雞子,有新鮮雞子唔洗食雪藏火雞子真好,但洗到穿晒爛晒!烚起蛋白質肉汁已流失,十分浪費!原本5星變2星。海鮮拼盤:美國桶蠔、貴妃蚌、扇貝,鮑魚、斑片,非常強差人意!桶蠔大大隻沒什麼味道,其中一隻已變壞發嗅掉丟!斑片顏色暗淡暗啞,腍啤啤漿住嘴不鮮不嫩不滑,口感好核突肉酸全部丟掉。鮑魚新鮮度低下,不知道雪了幾耐硬屈屈的。貴妃蚌及扇貝沒特別,唔難食。蒜辣拍青瓜⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️小食比火鍋比生料比海鮮更美味更出色!混著芫茜、蒜蓉、辣椒、陳醋,酸辣咸香爽脆多汁!椒鹽魷魚鬚⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️薄薄鬆化的脆漿最緊要,不是殼不是硬掘掘!爽彈咸鮮魷魚肉,滾埋酸甜喼汁食得更起勁!椒鹽豆腐⭐️⭐️⭐️新鮮出爐嫩豆腐,外脆內滑食唔停口!椒鹽墨魚嘴⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️無生水味無腥味,大大粒圓碌碌爽脆鮮味突出。 continue reading

天氣炎熱但無損打邊爐嘅意欲,放工約埋朋友圍爐吹水,可能真係外面太熱,去到餐廳未有太多客。呢度出名食火鍋,但都見佢有小菜供應,見到隔離枱叫了咕嚕肉,好靚,好大碟,本想都叫但朋友話怕太飽,話下次先再試小菜。必叫呢度嘅花膠雞湯,湯底超濃厚,飲晒個湯食埋花膠同雞,再加湯打邊爐,出品高質,新鮮,少有嘅高質素火鍋,地方乾淨光猛,舒適,可以再去!有朋友不吃牛,店家體貼地用兩格鍋上花膠湯底,大家都食得開心。食飽埋單時,原來仲有雪糕送,打完邊爐,再涼一涼,甜一甜,大滿足! continue reading

☀☔全港籠罩住一股打風暴雨的氣氛, 心情也跟天氣ㄧ樣。 👩突然接到朋友來電, 相約到大埔太和豐生水起火鍋, 多次幫襯都ㄧ級棒, 好想再食,於是ㄧ口答應。 食左消暑冬瓜盅, 味道清香, 消氣即散。 朋友係餃餃個friend, 試左招牌鮮蝦雲吞、韭菜餃、魚皮蛟, 新鮮入味。 當然少不了新鮮蔬菜及檸檬薏米水, 真係夏日的必order的。食完餐美味火鍋, 煩悶心情一掃而空 💓, 非常療癒。 朋友冇選錯火鍋店, 美味食材相伴𣈱所欲言, 一樂也。😊😊❤❤👩👩 continue reading

一家人去食晚飯,叫咗好多嘢食,6個大人,四女兩男,食咗$2700,其實都真係好多。但食完全晚大家都係想罵佢,講真,$450/人,我去食日本餐會滿足啲。我哋有叫小菜有打邊爐。首先講服務,係好勤力,但啲嘢做錯哂我哋坐近廚菜出菜位,佢一張圓枱無轉盤,上親菜都喺同一個位明明佢哋有車仔,叫佢哋將啲邊爐嘢放車仔,個阿姐就淨係識得張啲嘢放上菜位,真係諗住我哋碟碟傳黎食?食西餐呀?我哋係咁自己推入去中間,推到唔夠位,叫佢放車仔,叫一次先放一次,第二碟再上又放返同一個位,根本張枱就唔夠位。叫咗個菠蘿咕嚕肉,食咗一半叫佢轉細碟,叫咗三次都係應完就算。到叫到佢轉,佢又留埋個菠蘿殼喺隻碟到,佢真係覺得張枱咁大,有咁需要留個菠蘿殼比我哋送飯?打邊爐叫佢加水又係,叫幾次都係應完就算,啲味精湯好貴咩?我哋全晚都係加一次啫。我哋打邊爐有生嘢,有隻匙羹放咗喺碟生豬肉到,個侍應唔知做乜走過嚟執嘢,張放喺生肉嘅匙羹放喺我哋碟蒸魚到,之後我哋無人再食嗰碟魚,仲有大半碟剩。都唔知佢咩事,生熟分開佢係咪唔識呀?個匙羹放喺生豬肉到好明顯唔係唔小心放錯啦,就算係,你都唔係放落啲熟嘢到呀?之後講嘢食。叫咗碟蒸斑同蒸鱔,先講斑,唔新鮮,無乜魚味,魚肉唔彈牙,魚肉、蒜頭、豉油,三個味完全分開,個碟底勁重油⋯唔知咩事。蒸鱔個豉汁ok,唔腥,正常合格。但個鱔啲肉唔係彈牙嗰隻,係散嗰隻😢咕嚕肉雖然係好脆,但係佢個皮都好厚,仲吸哂啲油,一陣油味。我基本上都咬走咗啲皮,食咗舊肉就算。蟲草花蒸雞,個獻汁包實哂啲雞,食落口漿實哂,又係一舊放棄。蝦乾勝瓜啲蝦有沙嘅,食咗少少就唔想食佢啲蝦乾⋯火焰砵酒蒸蠔仲戇居,唔知咩事個蠔要炸咗再蒸,蒸出嚟一pat粉漿黐住啲蠔肉,完全搞唔掂。仲要無味,得少少酒味,無咸甜,唔知佢想我哋食啲乜😰個事頭婆出嚟點火,仲要差啲燒着佢個茶壺😮‍💨玩唔慣就唔好玩呢啲嘢啦,我哋坐喺隔離覺得好恐怖😮‍💨佢點火之前完全冇諗住拎開側邊啲嘢,我哋都忍唔住出手幫佢搬開咗啲菜,估唔到佢燒着自己個茶壺。雞手鴨腳咁,火又點極唔着,總之就嚇親人。叫咗胡椒豬肚湯,個湯完全冇胡椒豬肚味,普通味精湯⋯食咗一件豬肚,又係冇豬肚味,不過都估到,啲材料有味,個湯就唔會咁嘅味啦。手切肥牛真係好肥,一大舊肥膏嗰隻,肉得三分一左右。豬肉就正常啲,但兩碟肉都係細碟。陳皮牛丸唔知咩事,啲牛肉蘇到喊,我咬完即刻放返低,之後無人敢食。墨丸唔彈牙,唔知佢係咩墨丸⋯其他蔬菜類嘅生嘢係正常嘅,呢啲都好難錯嘅。總結,$2700幾食啲咁嘅嘢,我就真係唔會返轉頭,今次當比人呃,絕對無下次。 continue reading
