經網上訂購兩位飄香榴連下午$798兩位,平均成$400一位,有三舊唔同品種榴槤,核大肉小帶苦味,整個下午茶個人感覺物非所值,帶子凍冰冰,榴槤湯還可以粒鮮蝦雲吞好味,炸物都係凍冰冰,甜品一般,值得一讚斑蘭榴槤蛋糕好正,另外自家製榴槤雪糕都好夠榴槤味,還有其他口味Häagen-Dazs雪糕提供,有部份甜品同雪糕無限量自取,兩小時用餐,包一杯飲品,食環境可以,食招待都可以,但想真正想享受榴槤就有啲失望,因為只係得三少舊,真正榴槤控應該唔夠喉,個人寧願用400元買個T P金枕頭榴槤一個食可過足口忍,好過食榴槤下午茶,或者自己都唔係咁鍾意食榴槤副產品

週末夜晚自助餐,我哋去嗰度因為太多人,被安排去一樓食。空間擺放嗰啲都會闊落滴,但係食也放置無二樓甘精緻。個龍蝦幾好味,比較彈牙唔會淡茂茂啦,都大隻嘅,而且好多膏,供應比較及時。另外仲有青口,蝦,長腳蟹同蟹鉗,但係長腳蟹比較淡,蟹鉗又鹹左,生蠔偏細但係好食。個椰子雞湯比較膩。鵝肝還可以,刺身最出色係個帶子,羊架好嫩。甜品有軟雪糕,自家製榴蓮雪糕比較出色,另外榴蓮佈甸好好味,草莓忌廉蛋糕卷都唔錯。

在2月初吃的牛味無窮假日早午餐 原本想吃“秋季和牛薈”,但預約時已full booking。1月在網上看見再推出“牛味無窮假日早午餐”,所以很快預訂。自助餐時間由早上11:45至下午3時,十分充裕的時間。我11:30已到場,但不能入場。職員先給我兩張$100 住宿voucher,日後入住hotel icon可用,有效期到2021年4月。職員帶我們進入Silverbox 宴會廳樓底後高,感覺很寬敞,枱與枱之間有足夠空間,不覺得很迫。只是距離食物有些遠,但可以接受以和牛為主題,當然有不同和牛菜式。威靈頓和牛 牛很軟,只是酥皮跟牛容易分離澳洲M8和牛雖然跟日本和牛相比,我喜愛日本入口即溶的感覺,但這M8和牛也不錯。住得剛剛好,很柔軟。如果想要比較熟的位置,可以跟廚師說切較末端的位置。意式薄片和牛肉這是我最喜愛的菜式,吃了5碟。入口很柔軟,無筋位,很容易回本🤣🤣和牛漢堡廚師煎和牛很香。為增加回本能力,可以要求不要麵包,其他配料也可自行選取。不過漢堡扒比較油膩,所以只吃一塊😅龍蝦有大量龍供應,雖然不算超新鮮的,但可以接受。Hotel Icon 有名的自家榴槤雪糕幾年前已吃過,今次再吃,水準一樣,

Hotel Icon 有名的自家榴槤雪糕
幾年前已吃過,今次再吃,水準一樣,濃濃的榴槤味,很creamy,榴槤控必吃。錯過榴槤high tea, 這個自助餐有其他榴槤甜品😍😍

個燒和牛用咗M8澳洲和牛,好嫩!個威靈頓和牛就一般,因為一切開個酥皮就會散晒,但中間個澳洲和牛(都係M8)係ok嘅!至於個灼和牛片,因為佢都幾厚嘅,所以都好有咬口同嫩,唔似放題果d貨色!個和牛漢堡,個漢堡扒煎得好好味,再加埋啲煮過嘅洋蔥同埋煙肉,再加芝士,簡直係一絕,但食晒一個就會飽晒食唔到其他嘢,建議佢做返細嗰啲會好啲!

甜品啦!大家都知Hotel ICON嘅榴槤甜品係好出名,咁就當然主攻榴槤甜品啦!首先講一講佢個榴槤雪糕,簡直一絕,以為自己食緊真嘅榴槤一樣咁正!其他榴槤蛋糕,炸榴槤球,炸榴槤條都好好食,鍾意食榴槤嘅你就唔好錯過!

食食吓嘢,中間仲有一個抽獎時段,送出Hotel ICON嘅afternoon tea set啦,嚟緊加推嘅生蠔和牛Sunday Brunch啦,同埋酒店房連早餐!真係以為自己去咗annual lunch呀!

仲有佢呢個Sunday brunch包咗香檳同紅白酒任飲,當然仲有橙汁汽水咖啡茶任飲啦!

埋單$684一個人(折實!上網book full pay好似有8折),鍾意食和牛同榴槤都ok嘅!
