因為公司開年飯,有幸第一次光顧。饒宗頤文化館環境清幽,給人一種放鬆的感覺,可以忘記繁華鬧市的塵囂。選了100天肉眼扒 先來了磨菇湯+沙律+麵包。磨菇湯夠濃味,沙律的甜醋開胃,麵包夠軟,但不夠香。主菜來了,有驚喜,七成,肉嫩不韌,點少少鹽更帶出牛味。凍檸檬茶走甜,檸檬沒有澀味。甜品檸檬撻,賣相靚,份量大,甜酸合適,餅皮有點點厚,食完都有點漏。如果兩人食,建議蘋果撻+檸檬撻,半份分享。整體的環境/味道/服務/情價比都很好。 continue reading

咁啱年宵嚟到美孚第一次去饒宗頤文化館😆估唔到入邊都有呢間咁有質素嘅餐廳🍴新年推出咗呢份套餐我哋計過散嗌,呢個套餐的確抵好多😆主要多咗前菜、甜品同飲品☺️首先有呢一個餐湯湯做得唔錯,見到有細碎嘅蘑菇☺️不過可以再濃味多啲就好啦,正常發揮前菜叫咗田螺配薯蓉個人兩款前菜都鍾意食田螺就已經冇殼,食起嚟十分方便前菜油金魚食落都新鮮配搭埋洋蔥同埋蘋果粒就更加開胃絕對做到前菜嘅效果🥰主菜有呢個扒😍 十分有驚喜估唔到喺度食到咁高質素嘅牛扒🥩!真係喺出邊好少可以食到調味啱啱好,肉汁又有保留到就算軟腍腍放耐咗先食都仍然覺得好味表面亦煮到有啲焦脆,真係完美💯主菜仲有法式煮法嘅大堡礁東星班汁有種蝦濃湯嘅感覺,十分香配埋有其他海鮮塔配得好好😍不過魚塊夾落有啲鬆散跟住就到朱古力心太軟面頭灑咗就霜心太軟切開入邊唔夠流質🥹是日甜品有蘋果批食落去入邊有啲凍🥹 同埋都好重糖霜味🥲後記就係呢間餐廳都令人好驚喜牛扒🥩 十分推介大家🥰餐廳服務都好好,生日仲會送即影即有相添☺️有機會會再嚟😍 continue reading

我們四個人慶祝周年,點了幾道菜。首先,紅蝦他他配墨魚脆片的口感特別,搭配得不錯。香煎北海道刺身帶子配南瓜汁,帶子新鮮,南瓜汁的風味也很合適。鵝肝多士的鵝肝味道濃郁,令人回味。接著是烤龍蝦配意式香辣蒜片闊條麵,龍蝦肉質鮮美,麵條的香辣味增添了層次感。西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬鞍架特別出色,肉質嫩滑,搭配南瓜燴薏米,極度推介。還有慢煮紐西蘭羊膝配車厘子汁的紅花意大利飯,羊肉略有臊味,但意大利飯很好吃。最後的甜品中,英式麵包布甸配雲呢拿雪糕和蘋果批,蘋果批的味道特別好。整體來說,餐廳的服務非常好,還有即影即有的拍照服務,讓這晚餐成為了一個難忘的回憶。餐廳目前還有買一送一的優惠,生蠔一隻只需$10,非常划算! continue reading
