職員其實好體貼,服務好好,久唔久黎問下d野食點,而到呢個麵時,特登黎介紹,話係當年老闆追老闆娘時煮的麵,辣油係自己炒定煲的, 之類啦我記憶有限。

味道好主觀既, 夠鍾意你的話,煮出前一叮應該都追到女仔嫁。 呢個麵真係冇咩好講。而且辣得黎又唔特別好味,睇嚟我味蕾都係低級的了,魚肉燒賣配辣油個種情況好味d。



最後就係甜品
個青色係開心果,我唔記得係咩嚟了就係一pat軟軟凍凍但唔係雪糕既野

唔識講,總之成餐飯感覺上就係我唔想太普通,所以每一道菜都係功夫菜。心機時間特色滿滿。

早已聞名中菜omakase好酒好蔡許久 適逢生日之際受友人邀約晚餐 萬分期待 前來一探究竟。餐廳懷舊的裝潢設計 盡顯它的獨特的格調和高級感,隨手一影都靚。前菜兩小份冷盤小碟 外加一杯南瓜湯 味道濃郁 夠熱夠滑 但湯嘅份量略小。頭盤分別有天婦羅蝦餅和牛油果蟹粉卷,前者爽口彈牙 后者蟹肉飽滿 吃起來脆而不膩。主角白松露啫喱蛋 服務員先是向我們拿來了放在米瓶中的白松露 給我們拍照並透露白松露可是季節性供應食物。確實白松露加入在一夥平平無奇的蛋上面 有令這道菜昇華到另一個層次。緊接著又上了九層塔清湯貴妃蚌,絲瓜清甜 貴妃蚌鮮而有嚼勁 搭配九層塔的提鮮 吃起來有解膩的作用。主菜薑葱汁煮蟹肉 也是全晚最好吃的一道菜,薑蔥汁非常creamy蓋滿整個蟹肉,但又沒有搶去蟹肉的鮮味,朋友都讚不絕口。另一道脆皮乳鴿則沒有太多驚喜 正常發揮的做到外脆內軟肉汁鮮嫩,唔難食。反而豆苗 對於我平時不好蔬菜的人來說 這道菜卻很好吃 入口鮮甜無渣 連菜帶湯 光速吃完。最後主食海參瞰味煲仔飯,臘味香氣撲鼻而來 加入海參 口感軟韌 而且沒有過多的醬汁調味 全靠海參的茨汁撐起了整個飯,唔錯。不過當時大家都已經好飽,只係食左兩

甜品開心果桃膠拼煎麻蓉軟餅都因為太飽而無仔細品嘗。
成餐飯食左大概2個鐘 整體味道不過不失 但以人均2500+ 來說食物的搭配就略顯普通,同我個人嘅期待不符 不過聽講會定時update menu 大家都可以參考一下。

1. 服務

朋友去到set場,個場地係全黑,無人,仲要無通知保安要開電梯特別處理,成班人等咗好耐先上到去。餐廳event manager都遲大到。

新娘房咁啱裝修緊,畀咗個暗黑到化唔到妝嘅酒吧位畀化妝師😂仲要有CCTV,即係無得喺入面換婚紗,要喺一個好細嘅廁所換衫。

個結婚蛋糕到咗無出聲,要問先話「喺度㗎喇」,有啲賓客已經到咗,個蛋糕連埋個膠盒一齊推出嚟😂 個蛋糕本身已經夠高,可以唔需要個Kickstand,請佢哋幫忙攞走佢將個stand放喺架車仔下隔🤡如果唔係尋日咁忙,我一定影低晒佢。

餐廳In-house event manager 嘅表現差到嚇親大家,喺賓客面前好大聲話:「呢個XXX素食丫嘛~」,又指示錯晒啲枱/碟/坐位嘅擺位,餐牌係錯嘅,有一枱一半人變素食,連日期同枱號都錯,得5枱但有Table 25😂但好彩上返正常菜。素食餐牌有燕窩🤡(喂?)廚係好努力去做好嘅,只係專長唔係素食。我隔離個朋友仲食緊嘢啲侍應就收咗個醬,係茶記嘅速度⚡️仲有另一枱客話,侍應喺上菜唔夠10分鐘就講:「你食快啲,個花膠飯凍晒唔好。」實質上係想趕住收碟。

嗰日其實有4枱都唔係點飲酒,需然係free flow,都無乜人添酒。到敬酒環節仲精彩,新郎酒杯無晒酒唔加,餐廳event manager 話:「唔好加咁多呀睇住budget」果然係公司行先,但客人畀晒free flow錢,飲得幾多?仲要唔記得畀champagne畀客人toast 🫠幾好飲咁嘅態度真係好令人尷尬。

總括嚟講個餐廳event manager 係好唔專業,無交帶,外內都無溝通好,場擺位擺枱錯晒仲要怪人,最好去進修下基本,不過禮貌同禮儀就難啲改。

2. 音響

早一日朋友專程去試咪,同經理夾好晒setting,以為淡淡定,有錢剩啦~點知第二人還原基本步,餐廳event manager話音樂同咪唔可以同時用🤡(喂?畀錢之錢咩都得架喎~)後尾發現係得嘅,只係懶得去處理。仲有另一個staff搞亂咪同音樂,想個咪細聲啲,佢就熄咗個音樂😂然後MC咪係咁wee wee聲,我哋就自己處理返,做埋techinician dim music 同較echo。

3. 環境&衛生

環境算靚但需要啲保養,大廳位置個地氈有一大忽爛咗有啲嚇親,初初以為係設計嚟😂

衛生一般嚟講都OK,廁所乾淨,杯碟都乾淨嘅,除咗有一次要一杯水,入面浮左啲膠粒同不明黑色小物之外,都無大問題。

📍Howard’s Gourmet

Howard’s Gourmet is one of the Chinese restaurants that I wanted to try. Finally got around it. Booking wasn’t too difficult and can be done just by WhatsApp.

Their lunch menu is quite nice. The welcoming soup was octopus and veggies. It was really thick and glad that it came in an espresso cup. The tempura prawn cake was with a very thin batter and well fried. One of the highlight of the meal is their Double-boiled Pigeon, Arowana Marrow soup. Clear yet rich. The arowana marrow was thick and with an unique texture.

The Fried Crispy Spotted Garoupa Fillet, Scale, Pu Ning Soya Bean was cooked well. The pu ning soya bean sauce was just right and not overpowering. The Charcoal Roasted Chicken with Herbs had some really good parts but the breast area was a tad dry, otherwise it’s a very good dish. Simmered Pea Sprout with Chinese Mushroom was nice as you can see they chose the best parts only.

The highlight of the meal has got to be the Claypot Rice with Braised Sea Cucumber and Chinese Sausages. The collagen just sticks in your mouth.

The dessert is not really my thing. Pistachio Mousse, Resin, Pan-fried Mashed Taro Cake. They are too healthy in a way. I prefer more traditional kinds.

Overall a solid meal but I might prefer Ying Jee Club more.

Price: HK$ 1500 pp (lunch)

圖四的九層塔絲瓜貴妃蚌, 與圖七的燒雞相映成趣. 前者極鮮極簡, 後者油香豐盈, 其自家製蔥油更是神來之筆. 在食材烹調上, 每道菜的味道和水準日對得住其價錢, 只是在食材配搭上, 太多海鮮, 太少家禽和家畜, 平均度還有改善的空間, 畢竟在燒雞之前的全都是海鮮類, 就算煮得如何出色, 也感疲累.

We didn’t know the menu before we had arrived the restaurant. Howard’s Gourmet is famous for her tailor-made Chaozhou cuisine fine dining. The foundations of Chaozhou cuisine are fresh taste and seafood because of its location. In my perception, sea cucumber is soft in texture but the chef fried it after braising makes it extremely crispy. The roasted chicken and the crab meat with spring onion ginger sauce are impressive as well. Everything is fine but too much seafood in the menu resulted in the lack of diversity for her cuisine.
