大家好！今日去咗間餐廳食晚飯，嘩，果然係好過癮！🍴 先講下鵝肝牛扒啦，外面嗲嗲脆，裡面卻又嫩滑得嚟多汁，完全係口感上嘅雙重享受，好滋味㗎！然後轉戰個煙三文魚薄餅，既輕盈又唔失香濃，每一啖都食到巴馬火腿嘅嚼勁同煙三文魚嘅鮮味，正喎！炸薯條配黑松露醬唔洗多講，掂到冇得頂，啲薯條外脆內軟，啲黑松露醬又香濃到不得了，好彩預咗會掉漆，一上桌就即刻搶食！😋 龍蝦湯同蘑菇湯我就真係要豎起大拇指，前者鮮甜無比，後者濃郁惹味，飲完一碗真係暖笠笠！整體來講，今次嘅食驗真係無得輸亦無得彈，下次仲想帶埋朋友再黎試下其他菜式！食嘢去到這家餐廳，味蕾就似去咗一趟遊樂園，開心又滿足！🎉 continue reading

今晚心思思想搵點新鮮嘢黎開開胃，就行到火炭某間西餐廳試吓運氣。🍴一行到門口，個櫃上面擺滿咗色彩繽紛嘅食物模型，個個樣都令人垂涎三尺。喺呢度我點咗一份二人火箭菜意粉🍝及鵝肝牛扒套餐，一試正宗歐洲滋味。肉眼牛扒煎得外層微焦而內裡嫩滑，好有嚼勁，同埋啲油花分佈得均勻，肉汁充滿口腔，真系頂緊味！🤤鵝肝就滑唔溜手，富豐富嘅脂香，溶喺口入邊，豐盈嘅味道令人回味無窮。至於配菜嘅龍蝦濃湯就真系一絕，咸香中帶少少甜，湯底綿滑得黎入口又唔膩，每一啖都食到龍蝦碎肉，飽滿又鮮美。意粉方面，火箭菜個辣勁啱啱好，唔會遮蓋返啲原材料嘅鮮味，而啲意粉煮得 al dente，Q 彈彈牙，吸晒啲茄汁，食落過癮得滯！最後點咗個紐約芝士蛋糕同朱古力蛋糕做甜品，芝士蛋糕一啖入口就知香滑得黎唔膩口，朱古力蛋糕啲軟心流心緩緩流出，甜度啱啱好，為今次嘅食旅劃上一個完美句號！🍰真系一個滿足嘅晚餐體驗！ continue reading
