二訪 Kerry Hotel的紅糖中菜廳這裡的海景、紅磚裝潢、背景音樂令人異常平靜食物也有質素,所以孕期也破例吃些海鮮,例如這碟象拔蚌炒蘆筍,口感爽,很乾淨的感覺~也吃了海蜇,比較大塊和煙煙韌韌信任酒店處理好,沒有寄生蟲😬可惜一試難忘的椒鹽豆腐已經沒有再做了家人有說價錢有嚇一跳幾百元一碟 啤酒牛柳連骨上 賣相精緻濃味 但太濟 我吃不到太多老公最愛的乳豬,我略嫌有點肥呢全晚最愛是脆皮雞,皮脆、肉嫩,非常入味,幸好最好有點乾炒牛河有穫氣得來,擺脫了大排檔的俗氣端午節沒有加價,還記得中秋節有的要求到海景窗邊位,覺著船航行,實在賞心悅目端午節安康🫶🏻預祝老爺父親節快樂、身體健康💪🏻

我們一行七人到嘉里酒店staycation,晚上到紅糖吃fusion菜。這裏的環境清幽,佈置簡潔,我們享受了一個悠閒的晚上。我們點了很多道菜。首先是楓糖黑豚肉叉燒,甜美的楓糖和豬肉的香氣十分配合,令人想吃完又吃。之後是鮮砂薑鮑魚雞煲。砂薑能帶出鮑魚的鮮味,放在熱辣辣的砂煲裏,讓人大快朵頤。接著是沖繩涼瓜炒和牛利。 涼瓜甘香爽脆,與濃味的和牛利十分配合。我最欣賞龍蝦湯西施泡飯。蝦湯的味道融入泡飯中,味道清甜濃郁。大澳蝦乾松板肉蒸茄子是一道較為家常的菜式。鮮味的蝦乾和充滿鹹香的松板肉,讓茄子更加美味。最後是瑤柱桂花炒米粉。米粉炒得十分乾身,配合淡淡的桂花香,很清新的味道。甜品是乾清棗皇糕。清棗的味道很清新,甜度適中。

Dim sum is good but service is poor. We booked the second round, starting 1:30pm. When we made reservation, they told us the last order is at 2:30pm. But today, when we just finished the first round of dim sum, the time is around 2:08, the waiter came and told us that it is the time for last order. I asked why, he said chef will be off at 2:15pm.
