很久沒有去居酒屋類的餐廳,一進來有便選了三個冷盤,蕃茄蒜子沙律清新口感,清味蕾一流,酸酸的醋和味,加上蕃茄爽口感覺,不錯。螢光魷魚爽口彈牙,一口魷魚size,都是冷盤宆分開胃。芥末紫蘇章魚,章魚咬下去完全不韌,容易入口,加上青瓜配襯認真醒胃。托托蛽蒜味極香濃,重口味一定不要錯過,鐵板即時人炒的,熱呼呼的到枱上。唐揚豆池魚入口鬆化,連骨食的時候脆口,配上sake 實在一絕。另外,豆池魚雖小但仍有魚味,這種香口小吃絕對不可不配清酒,清酒入口時可感受到甘口的柔滑,清爽的清乾淨之餘,最後口中仍有酒香。鐵板燒蠔蠔身厚鐵味較重,肉身厚實,入口感覺豐富,而且有4隻,入口十分juicy, 實在滿足。另外,還選了一杯飲品名為17碎半,主要是蘋果汁、ginger beer同埋檸檬汁,檸味夠濃, 有薑味,有檸檬絲加在飲品中,份外醒神,又不會太酸。
