我之前已經嚟呢個food court食左兩次,
一次食韓國野, 一次食星馬野, 兩次都唔好食,
不過反正只差一次就有coupon, 見呢間又幾多好評, 所以就嚟試下

見到晚餐嘅set有唔同配搭, 主要都係 盅飯 and/or 點心 and/or 菜
印象中盅飯有大約5款選擇, 點心就有十幾款~
唔想食咁多飯, 所以揀左"兩個點心+菜"嘅set, 價錢係$48包杯飲品
首先揀左個四寶淮山雞扎, 因為見到"淮山"呢兩隻字即刻感覺健康
原本仲諗緊第二款點心揀咩, d店員就力推我點蝦餃
平時係茶樓食蝦餃, 唔係特點都係大點, 咁抵食, 就一於聽佢地建議啦~
菜就係蒜蓉炒菜心 (原本仲以為係油菜, 想叫全走...)

叫左野食之後, 佢會俾張飛你去飲品counter換野飲, 同埋有個裝置話你知幾時拎得野食, 
我保持我一向嘅健康習慣, 去飲品counter叫左杯熱檸水
因為我坐得近曉廚軒個counter, 所以後尾個店員都親自將食物拎到我張檯俾我, 夠細心!
等左一陣, 野食陸續到齊, 可以開餐~

蝦餃 --> 呢個價錢真係估唔到有四粒蝦餃咁多! 仲要每位都唔算細粒, 外皮軟滑, 入面嘅蝦亦彈牙, 呢個價錢食到咁有水準嘅蝦餃真係好surprised!!
四寶淮山雞扎 --> 魚肚好大片, 淮山好大片, 火腿好大片, 雞肉好大片, 樣樣野都好足料好抵食!
蒜蓉炒菜心 --> 又係好大碟嘅抵食之選! 仲要條條都係芯! 條條都切到好幼好細方便入口, 加埋蒜蓉好惹味, 不過略嫌油膩
至於飲品counter出品嘅熱檸水, 同我上次嚟食一樣, 都係好澀, 因為d檸檬唔係靚貨

之前係呢個food court食左兩次都好失望, 估唔到呢間咁有驚喜, $48咁多野食仲要味道唔錯!

鵪鶉蛋燒賣,早前都試過,但賣相麻麻、皮太厚、味淡、蛋硬實、唔夠熱。見您今日咁靚仔,比多次機會您啦!賣相吸引,白裡透紅,皮薄餡靚,緊緊抱住蛋同肉,see through 隱約可見。索一索,清香豬肉味,仲等咩呀?食左先講啦!肉球彈牙又多汁,撞上甘香鵪鶉蛋,結合得淋漓盡致,good 呀!同上批師傅既出品有過之而無不及,讚!encore!

四寶鮮淮山魚肚雞紮,同樣都係 re-test,上次質數味道只屬一般,依家新人事新作風,試吓咩料先。淨講賣相已贏成條街,卷得緊密整整齊齊,靚!聞得到濃厚雞香味,溜晒口水囉。慢慢來唔洗急,出晒煙睇黎勁熱喎,拆開望望有火腿條、鮮淮山、魚肚、雞柳,平時我都會成件紮咬,唔會拆開,因為可以同一時間食到四種味道四種口感,勁正!是關太熱喇,熱到入唔到口,唯有分開食啦。

先用腐皮卷住魚肚食,腐皮濕潤嚥韌彈牙包住爽滑未香甜魚肚,仲要索盡熱辣辣雞汁,好味道!再用腐皮卷住雞柳食,又嫩又彈既質地,醃得又入味,正。一條鮮淮山非常粉口,另一條反而爽脆,我較喜歡後者,配埋彈牙帶咸香既火腿條,天衣無縫,淮山本身味啖,搭上火腿一絕。

非常滿足既一餐,全部滿分無投訴!一湯一飯三點心,太貪心喇!要做返幾晚運動先得。

咸魚同肉餅都好香呀,大啖索好鬼 high!即時流晒口水。落兩羹甜豉油再將咸魚、肉餅、靚飯混為一體,好好味呀!肉餅 juicy 彈牙,被梅香咸魚既咸香緊緊抱住,再加上嚥韌飽滿既乾爽靚飯,完全停唔到手,一定要大羹大羹咁隊落口先夠滿足呢!

北菇蒸雞球飯,依度無骨啖啖肉,啱晒我依啲進化懶型食肉獸,哈哈!同樣射兩羹甜豉油先,依個份量兩羹剛好。撈撈撈,連雞帶飯掉入口中。吾吾吾,好味啊!雞柳嫩滑彈牙,醃得入味,添上甜豉油既清香,非常心動!北菇保持濕潤爽彈,菇味香濃,增添不少色彩。

我無雞不歡,一開波啲雞柳全部被我消滅!剩返一粒粒乾爽飽滿既飯粒,撈上自家甜豉油及自家辣椒渣,美味!淨食已經夠晒正,推介!

開心既時間好快完,又係時候講 bye bye!空空的我到來,飽飽的我離開,不帶走半個的外賣!全部食物 knock out!

北菇滑雞飯係真係幾滑,伙記無推介錯。
咖喱魷魚就不過不失啦,本身都唔難整得好食既,唔會好辣,啱香港人口味。薑汁糕薑汁味都夠,幾好趙又襟飽,係底部蒸時吸水較多,相對林少少姐。

好想讚下呢度既伙記,伙記見我論論盡盡豉油都唔記得加餐具都唔記得攞時既時候好好心咁提下我。

突然其來的生日晚飯,8 個傻佬係銅鑼灣點搵位呀!無需奢侈,衝上大代搏一搏,好多位喎,黎個長桌會議啦!大伙們投票,決定簡約夜茶點心 Birthday dinner! 攞個意頭 888!5月18日8個大男人8點鐘食18樣點心,唔過份啦,哈哈!曉廚荷香糯米雞,我最鍾意食糯米飯架喇,不論臘味糯米飯、珍珠雞、糯米雞、粿蒸糭都好!熱辣辣荷葉出晒煙,清香荷葉味撲面而來!開呀,一舊飯團,挖吓有咩餡先。雞絲、肉鬆、冬菇、蟹柳、雞柳、鵪𪂹蛋,勁香噴噴呢!急不及待大啖大啖咁送入口,好味好味!雞絲、肉鬆、冬菇跟糯米飯混和味道香甜帶肉汁,飯粒又軟硬適中,正呀!如果加入少量咸蛋黃就更香口更惹味啦!醬皇牛仔骨,黑椒就食得多,醬皇都係第一次。個樣好靚仔,顏色比黑椒汁更鮮明吸引。得幾舊緊係要搶啦!神之手迅間夾塊入口先,香甜醬皇完全滲入牛肉之中,肉質鬆軟而有咬口,汁濃牛香,good 呀!黑椒牛仔骨,食完醬皇順便試埋黑椒啦!其實差不多現時有既點心都 order 左一客,好多都剛剛賣晒要等囉。黑椒香而非常微辣,可能怕食客頂唔到掛。質地比醬皇牛仔骨更腍喎,黒椒汁既原因?肉多骨少啖啖肉啱晒我,依幾塊帶點肥膏特別香口,係油左少少囉,味道滿意。潮州粉果,最好味既潮州粉果係大埔新明發,銅鑼灣既唔知會仰點呢?難免會比較啦。熱辣辣底舊啪,識食一定係跟大量辣椒渣一齊放入口啦!外皮夠嚥韌,包住肉鬆、冬菇、花生、竹筍、芹菜、等等,加上曉廚自家香辣辣椒油,點會唔好食呢!如果餡料包得豐滿啲、結實啲就更開心啦,哈哈。咖哩魷魚,有深度既咖哩汁泛著香料既味道,跟茶記咖哩有所分別,較濃郁較芳香,而且無話水汪汪。夾起魷魚時,咖哩汁依然緊貼著魷魚齊齊送入口呢!夠爽彈又香口,如果有個白飯或粉絲就不得了!豉椒蒸排骨,大路穩陣半肥瘦,味道甜美、豬肉味濃,帶少少豉椒味,食得過,完全無問題。芋頭粒底粉口又索汁,我就比較鍾意豆腐卜,雖然油少少。醬皇金錢肚,賣相一流、顏色吸引、金錢出晒黎!驟眼睇落幾為質感會好爽彈,估佢唔到會既腍且滑,仲非常入味!將醬汁吸到深深處,越趙越多汁,好享受呢。山竹牛肉球,勁落喼汁先,正呀!都係近年先食架乍,以前少少蔥味都會反胃,依家免強食到啦。牛肉好嫩滑喎,彈彈的,味道清爽配上大量喼汁,酸酸甜甜好開胃,成粒啪落口夠晒豪氣!懷舊鴨腳紮,堅懷舊,好耐無食嚕。鴨腳撲位非常爽口喎,肉球味濃跟粉口芋頭一齊送入口,味道好夾呢,心滿意足。蟹籽燒賣,香噴噴,蟹籽味濃濃的彌漫著。嘩,係我見過最多既蟹籽呢!厚厚的蓋著豬肉燒賣,一口燒賣急不及待整粒掉入口中,因為我個口夠大所以咪係一口燒賣囉,哈哈。結實豬肉球混著爽爽蝦仁及鮮味蟹籽不停地打滾,味道慢慢滲入每粒味蕾跟牙縫,好味啊!啖啖肉,大滿足!炸雞絲春卷,最愛浸滿甜酸喼汁先整舊放入口,炸得春卷皮金黃卜卜脆,雞絲香甜入味,點會唔好食呀!煎釀三寶,我由細到大都食唔到釀青椒架,因為受唔到草青味,但今次終於戰勝到喇!煎得香口青甜,魚肉鮮味彈牙,淋上甜豉油更美味。釀尖椒、釀茄子,good good good 無得彈,正!流砂金粒奶皇包,一攞上手勁有手感呀!暖笠笠,又軟墊又彈手,忍唔住揸多兩下,感覺超爽呀!劏開睇吓咩料先,香濃奶皇味直避鼻孔呀,深黃色十分吸引,雖然未致於流砂奶皇,不過都夠濕潤幼滑,香甜味美無投訴,好好味!蜜汁叉燒包,一摵一咬,麵包軟墊熱辣辣,包住滿滿的蜜汁叉燒餡,香甜 juicy,美味!薑汁雞包仔,試左兩款高質包後,雞包仔相對比了下去。雞肉帶點薑汁香味,不過不失。農家煎蛋牛肉蒸飯,我想要太陽蛋呢!依家未係全熟,免強接受,賣相算吸引。唔係流心荷包蛋好難撈飯架麻,平時一隻蛋可以食到成碗飯喇。牛肉餅跟牛肉球既味道一模一樣架喎,都幾搞笑,牛肉味道清淡而滑溜,撈上清香甜豉油,合格。飯粒夠飽滿而乾身,一粒粒無過濕過腍,都合格。咸魚肉餅蒸飯,試完牛就到豬,豬比牛更好味喎,牛雖然滑,但豬較彈較濃,撈埋咸魚、清香甜豉油、乾爽白飯一齊大啖食,好正啊!蒜蓉炒菜芯,好食呀!即炒勁有鑊氣,不油不膩,蒜蓉香口又惹味,菜芯爽甜鮮嫩無得輸!

鳳爪排骨蒸飯,由基本開始試起。無淨排骨飯?我對鳳爪麻麻。師傅已幫我直接將甜豉油唧到飯中,索一索聞到豉油清香加排骨肉香,撈勻即砌啦!仲等前奏咩!一粒粒修長而飽滿既白米跟甜美豉油混和,連排骨大啖大啖地送入口,無需半點矜持或猶豫!飯香跟肉汁在口腔內打滾,食得非常冶味!滿意。

試完原味,又到我最喜歡既辣椒渣撈飯喇。嗜辣既我推介!辣椒渣撈盅頭飯加甜豉油或撈炒飯係超香口惹味架,當然要視乎辣椒油既質數啦。曉廚自家辣椒油夠辣夠香,複雜細膩香辣既味道,good!

手打鯪魚球,收銀哥哥大力推介話受歡迎堅好味!無所謂,一試無妨。剛蒸起熱騰騰出晒煙,加點豉油,好香喎。咬啖先,好鮮好鮮,完全無腥味,超彈呀!應該係我食過最好味既鯪魚球,推介!

多年雞紮都係我其中喜歡既點心,啖啖肉麻,哈哈。蝦餃、燒賣、灌湯餃、牛栢葉、等等,都好鍾意食!但今晚無咩胃口,食唔到咁多啦。

四寶魚肚雞紮,難得係用魚肚做,好多食肆都轉左用豬皮,貪平貪方便!佢地唔會以為食家們食唔出架麻?爽彈多汁棉花魚肚,索晒雞汁蟹柳芋頭既味道,當然好食啦!其實正中食雞紮係唔應該拆散黎食架,應該一啖咬到四種食材,先可以感受到複雜又豐富既味道及口感,好味呀!美中不足係腐皮爆開露餡,而且乾左少少,要扣分!但味道係正既。

食飽飽,滿足滿足,但硬係欠杯中國茶囉!唯有攞杯可樂頂住先,一啖飲晒,爽呀!雖然無咩胃口都食左唔少野呢!就算一個人都要食得開心!唔係!應該話一個人更加要食得開心!一盅飯連一個點心及汽水,$48 加燉湯 $18,散叫點心廿蚊,計埋 $90 有找,係銅鑼灣抵食啦!

睇到上一編食家既遭遇深表遺憾,我又未試過咁慘喎,真係 bad luck!幾乎每次都係晚市先會黎幫襯,有美味燉湯飲麻,從未試過下午茶呢。今朝先係美國返黎,好掛住港式廣東菜呀!返屋企放低行李再食埋 lunch 先返公司,年三十晚有得早放兩個鐘,做咁多年第一次乍!獨獨午餐好奇地試個單點碟頭飯啦,再挑戰粟米斑塊配白飯!HKD38 蚊送汽水?平到笑,哈哈。等左 10 分鐘左右個 pager 終於響喇!個賣相好靚噃,金黃色既粟米汁,色澤鮮明,唔係忌廉白汁喎。熱辣辣香甜粟米汁,厚薄適中包裹住所有斑塊。斑塊炸得飽滿,外層金黃鬆化,裡面魚肉鮮嫩而帶肉汁,Juicy 不乾不老。香噴噴白飯撈上美味芡汁,加舊魚肉齊齊送入口,滿意無投訴,強運 Lucky 好味道!

Located inside Food Republic, I arrived around 3  PM for the afternoon tea set. What I ordered was the sauteed fish in cream of corn sauce and rice. Tea sets include a free drink. Price was $32. The staff told me that I had to wait 15 minutes for the food to be made as it was made to order and gave me a pager while I waited.

Drink is from the drinks counter of Food Republic. I had the ice lemon tea. Was not memorable. But it came with my meal so why complain?

Sauteed fish with cream of corn sauce and rice ($32). This was horrible. The fish was fried for so long, it was dry and crunchy. The sauce didn't have enough corn and was too watery. I should have gone to Cafe de Coral for this as it was the second floor. Or for this price, you can get better stuff at the cha chan teng's down the street.

麵醬龍鳳煲,師傅話係剛上板既煲仔菜,下個月仲會係雜誌會報導添。原來係麵醬炆龍躉球同雞球,雞肉香滑,而龍躉鮮甜嫩滑帶肉汁,彈彈的。兩煮都充滿麵醬咸香味道,good !當然轉眼就比我地幾個消滅得一乾二淨,連冬菇冬筍都一件不漏。

頭抽乾炒牛河,品嘗完幾道正菜後,打算用乾牛河作結尾。可能剛才出場既太好味喇,依家壓軸既乾牛河顯得有點失色。鑊氣夠亦熱辣辣且香氣十足,但賣相、味道都有點強差人意。雖然顏色鮮明又均勻,不過河粉炒得較碎,牛肉醃得過深色,味道偏咸且太濁喇。整體免強合格,一試無妨,可以炒得再好一
點、賣相執得再靚一點。

試菜行動完畢,回歸北區,過幾日再試埋其他菜式先!
