To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Put aside the issue, we had their outstanding brunch set that came with appetizers, dim sum, hot dishes and desserts.  I gotta say the set was awesome and completely exceeded my expectation in terms of variety and taste.  There were 4 appetizers, 4 dim sum, 4 hot dishes and 4 desserts in the brunch set and the portion was generous.  Each dish was very tasty and I just wish I had the stomach space to accommodate all the food.

We've added extra for the signature dish (Peking duck)  Although the price tag is hefty, how can one resist the paper thin crispy skin from a roasted duck along with spring onion, cucumber and sweet sauce wrapped in a thin pancake?

The overall dining experience was pleasant despite the little drama with the reservation.

Went there for the free flow brunch, most of the tables at the restaurant have got sea view . They are very generous on both the free flow and the food! They give you 2 hours non stop free flow on champagne, cocktails, sake , Chinese wine , beer , wine , whatever amount you are asking and they always come back and say yes no problem. Kids under 12 eat for free and they also give one free drink to the kid. We had a very good time !!! We enjoyed both the food and the free flow! Will definitely com

5)🧇芋容鍋餅
芋容香口而不甜,第一碟可惜麵皮有點過厚,煎既時間不夠脆口,口感有點硬。
埋單時同店長反映了,佢立刻二話不說叫廚房再整過一碟,第二碟脆口又夠熱,十分好食!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽。

前幾天,與友興生日🎂,故此到胡同歡聚一下,當然少不了要點一下熱門菜式,評價如下:聖旨到~冷盤菜式,可惜個人感覺,就是蒜子🧄有點多,如避風塘辣蟹般,吃的不是海鮮,而是配料,本末倒置;若改以花彫醃製,只加少許蒜子,應該可吃上聖子的味道😉。手撕雞~肉質鮮嫩,啖啖肉冇骨🦴,加上雞皮薄又脆,味道不會過鹹,值得一試。麻辣蝦~蝦🦐肉非常爽口,完全好OK;而且辣度大眾化,絕對好多人都食得到👍🏼,到胡同,一定要點個辣菜試一試🤪。京城羊肉~這個有點驚喜,整塊羊排燒得不單香,且外脆內軟,還帶肉汁,功力少一點也不可;羊排切件上,吃得方便,汁料和配料on side,所以每人也可自選喜愛,一分錢 一分貨,$448值得😋。由於限聚令,可點吃的食物,不能再多了,但,我會再試第二次,再吃其他的菜式。😅

今晚是我的生日,兩天前從OpenRice 上訂座,之後立即有confirmation. 呢點要讚一讚入到餐廳,遲咗15分鐘,仍然安排窗口枱給我們,呢個夜景我相信係全世界最靚之一。睇到個餐牌,依家有個Red lantern menu 紅色燈籠套餐,這個套餐很豐富,包括了馳名片皮鴨!太抵食了。即刻order 了2個套餐 Menu 上共有13款食品,頭盤好味,份量不太多,但絕對夠食,片皮鴨係我最愛,我比一百分,輪到熱盤有大紅燈籠高高掛,原來係軟殼蟹嚟㗎,好好味呀⋯⋯員工對食物知識好豐富,每道菜也有細心的介紹,簡直就係長知識而且呢個套餐,可以配free flow 香檳,只要加$250便可,真係好抵食呀之後嘅甜品上邊寫上Happy birthday加埋支蠟燭,我太開心啦!開心得滯唔記得影相飲飽食醉之後,仲有好多人同我講生日快樂添下個月就係阿媽生日,會再到胡同餐廳吃飯期待下一次的餐飲體驗
