💥蒲燒鰻魚丼 HKD$118,鰻魚份量十足而且很厚身😍😍,還要是燶邊鰻魚令到口感更脆口惹味。醬汁味道剛好不會太咸,鰻魚肉質煙韌有咬感,用來拌飯確實不錯的😋。

是日的前菜是菠菜漬,味道帶微微咸香味,沙律和味噌汁的味道剛剛好。小店的食物質素不錯😋,價錢中等性價比不錯🤤。而且在半空吃午餐可以慢慢享受,看看附近的風景感覺不錯🥰。

前排去銅鑼灣做嘢,同同事去咗一間比較新嘅日本餐廳食lunch,叫奕, 午市定食有10款。我哋order咗碎葱吞拿魚海膽丼,同埋汁燒雞扒定食。 個碎葱吞拿魚海膽丼真係好別緻,睇得出廚師好有心機烹調,個飯根本係一個藝術品咁靚,絕對係打卡之選。海膽分量超多而且好新鮮,啖啖都係濃濃日本海膽嘅味道,而碎吞拿魚亦都十分有鮮味,加埋配料同埋飯食,每一啖都好正。 而雞扒就燒得恰到好處,個皮有微焦同埋金黃色,配埋鮮嫩嘅雞肉又係食到停唔到口,如果有機會再去銅鑼灣我一定會再嚟,試埋佢哋嘅晚餐質素。

發覺烏冬有少少粗度不一,唔知係米自製,質感好滑好彈口,配清湯都好鮮味

到開估啦成餐嘅串燒都係一燒好特別嘅上碟方式,Waitress會用一隻大碟將啱啱燒好嘅串燒放起預先準備好隻大碟上面,而當你食曬之前果串嘅時候,差唔多就係新一串來嘅時候,而唔係所有串燒一次過燒好上台,擺起台到慢慢凍,反而要再相機食先會食唔切

整體感覺係好高質對食物質素好用心嘅串燒居酒屋,聽到Waitress介紹魚生係會睇當日有咩新鮮貨到先會介紹,見到咁用心嘅餐廳,下次一定要來Lunch試試D定食,因為定食嘅價錢可以食到精緻用心嘅高質嘅性價比料理

汁燒雞扒定食,雞扒好有炭燒的味道,雞肉嫩滑,雞皮脆口。而拌碟的椰菜上有滿滿的蛋黃醬,用黎送飯十分美味!而面豉湯味道濃郁,內有海帶和滑豆腐,味道不錯!

這裡的定食味道不錯,而且店員都很細心,時常幫忙加茶,有機會要來試試這裡的晚市串燒!

好幾次比百樂中心樓下嘅姐姐R我去呢間新開嘅「奕 串燒料理」,話新開張8折,今日終於上左去。咁啱呢度又轉左午市餐牌,有得食壽司🍣喇~壽司定食+迷你丼($138)本身前菜有沙律、前菜、味噌湯🥣。沙律好特別,係落左芝士碎,增添味道。前菜係酸酸地嘅醋漬海草。味噌湯鹹度亦剛好。壽司🍣分別有醬油漬津魚、三文魚,仲有帶子、吞拿魚、🦐甜蝦、海膽、蔥拖羅蓉,又幾新鮮。海膽完全唔腥。醬油漬又幾特別架,即係用豉油醃漬刺身,味道更重。帶子好厚身。油甘魚迷你丼,🍚上面鋪滿角切油甘魚,味道豐富。裝修又幾舒服寬敞,望到跑馬地馬場架。
