話說請咗年假,所以就住去銅鑼灣取東西前,在附近食點東西。在我找食的時候,有位姐姐給我一張單張,就是這家日式餐廳新開張,於是我就上去探個究竟。一上到去,餐廳環境很簡約,我就坐在窗邊的位置,望望窗外的風景,感受陽光帶來的温度,非常舒服。我點了一個 lunch set,先來了麵豉湯、沙律和牛蒡。沙律汁酸味味,牛蒡很爽口,非常開胃。碎蔥吞拿魚海膽丼海膽非常大份,像蛋黃一般大,師傅友善的介紹是用上日本海膽,所以味道鮮甜。而碎蔥吞拿魚味道十分香,蔥味很突出。而令我覺得最有誠意的是,wasabi 是連莖生磨,所以寧舍有咬口,混合吞拿魚一齊食,香味直上鼻腔,最後食到一粒飯都無剩。

碎蔥吞拿魚海膽丼
海膽非常大份,像蛋黃一般大,師傅友善的介紹是用上日本海膽,所以味道鮮甜。
而碎蔥吞拿魚味道十分香,蔥味很突出。
而令我覺得最有誠意的是,wasabi 是連莖生磨,所以寧舍有咬口,混合吞拿魚一齊食,香味直上鼻腔,最後食到一粒飯都無剩。
