今日係九龍塘想睇吓附近有冇坐得舒服又有水準既餐廳,上OpenRice 搜尋發現尼間文苑,睇相片好似唔錯,所以決定一試😋環境確實幾隱蔽,但晚上有代客泊車都很方便。味道唔錯只是食到中途湯底凍了影響了魚同湯混合嘅味道。如果可以加個爐係盆下熱住啲汁感覺會由頭到尾都好好食蟹肉肉絲蛋黃炒新竹粉👍夠乾身有水準主角片皮鴨一流👍有大師傅去到你面前切,同酒店一樣富貴蝦乾馬蹄蒸肉餅,有新意既一款簡單家庭菜式,肉餅軟韌適中👍 continue reading

今日經過天馬苑經過(文苑),看見其環境設計簡潔、樓底高、感覺十分舒服,於是入內嘗試一下他們的美食,坐下後,點了四個美食及一個甜品,分別為炭燒金磚腩肉、紅酒汁蕃茄子薯炆牛尾、紅燒野菌豆腐煲、蒜蓉開邊蒸聖子王、懷舊自家制芝麻卷等炭燒金磚腩肉皮脆肉嫩、口感不錯;紅酒汁蕃茄子薯炆牛尾的牛尾及配菜十分入味、不錯,如果牛尾再炆「林」D就更加好;紅燒野菌豆腐煲味道不錯、豆腐內滑;蒜蓉開邊蒸聖子王,肉爽、彈牙、蒜蓉粉絲味正;懷舊自家制芝麻卷,有口感、滑、味道懷舊今晚食得十分滿足,稍後再試其他美食。 continue reading
