當日透過openrice 見到有優惠所以book左9點半,但好快收到電話confirm 可否改9點,但由於工作收工係9點,唔可以9點去到,所以當日同朋友一收工已經趕去餐廳,9點20分已經到了, 但有個男士態度真係唔友善,好似想我地快d離開,由於10點清機,10點3 關冷氣,我同朋友好俾心機食快d,其實10點4就離開,因為9點4去到已經掃地拖地中,如果真係唔想咁晏收工,其實唔需要開一個9點半優惠,否則真係整個服務體驗唔好。唔會再夜晚去

今日朋友話要食泰國菜,但身在銅鑼灣真係唔多選擇,比我係openrice search 係v- point 樓下有間評語幾好既泰國餐廳話咁快同朋友入去坐低左,地方都幾大,侳位好闊落,岩晒我呢D肥妹仔4人枱都幾寛敝,坐得耐都唔怕餐牌有多款食品,睇左我成20分鐘先念到食咩呢個係黃咖哩牛,黃咖哩唔會偏甜,而家好香,牛肉肉質好軟,好好味點咖哩就無理由唔點烤餅,即叫即烤,熱辣辣,好好味馬拉盞通菜,好香夠獲氣泰式生蝦,勁辣,生蝦汁好味到全部吃光光點左一隻海南雞,好滑,連皮全部食晒仲有份甜品,好清甜,perfect !

一講起放題,都會諗起日本菜,但係估唔到原來泰國菜都會有放題㗎喎~ 因為某日同朋友經過呢間位於銅鑼灣嘅泰國菜館,見到有二人串燒任飲任食套餐,我地覺得好似幾得意,所以就入咗去試下啦~套餐包括一個前菜、一個主菜,串燒可以任食,同埋啤酒可以任飲。 前菜係生蝦,我哋覺得生蝦嘅味道非常出色,蝦本身都幾新鮮,所以肉質爽口,調味汁酸酸辣辣,非常醒胃,感覺味道都幾地道,主菜方面我哋就叫咗燒牛扒 ,牛扒肉質結實,燒得香口,味道相當唔錯!串燒嘅種類有好多,例如有生蠔、粟米、青口、雞肉、牛肉、雞翼等等。我個人認為最好食嘅係青口同生蠔,因為加咗蒜蓉嘅關係,食落非常惹味。其他串燒嘅味道都相當好㗎~ 呢個套餐其中一個最大嘅好處,就係可以滿足一眾酒鬼,可以盡情暢飲一番~整體嚟講,我覺得呢個套餐嘅性價比都幾高~ 鍾意食泰國嘢同埋飲啤酒嘅朋友,的確可以考慮去呢間餐廳挑戰下呢個特別嘅放題套餐哦!😋😆

係時代廣場行完街就搵左呢間泰菜試下,因為係平日夜晚所以都唔係好多人。係店員推介下我地揀左$288串燒放題。前菜係生蝦刺身,醬汁係酸辣既仲有少少蒜,蝦肉好爽口同醬汁好夾。主菜選擇左安格斯牛扒,生熟程度適中,肉仲係粉粉地色,食落有啲咬口,唔使點醬都夠味。串燒方面覺得最好味既肉類係牛肉,雞肉同豬肉冇乜味同埋燒得乾左,反而海鮮相當唔錯,青口好好味,大隻又juicy,連蒜蓉食好香。蠔都幾好味,同蒜蓉好夾。前菜同主菜都好味,反而串燒質素普通,海鮮就有驚喜。如果下次黎會想試下其他餸。價錢方面覺得定價太高,難去吸引人揀呢個餐。

泰式明爐烏頭魚 :
去親泰國菜餐廳,總會見到有人食呢款魚,每次都好想試,今日朋友話有興趣,當然二話不說就叫啦。

由於係即叫即煮,所以等候需時,上檯時用明爐座住慢慢煮,等烏頭魚可以慢慢吸收湯汁。烏頭魚肉質嫩滑,吸收咗微酸嘅湯汁後非常惹味,配埋伴碟嘅肉碎及椰菜,味道相當夾。而當魚煮得差唔多嘅時候,明爐嘅火就會熄,咁就唔駛怕魚會越煮越老啦。

埋單每人二百零蚊,食到好飽,都算唔錯。

原個椰青海鮮焗飯雖然製作需時,但係無論賣相又或者味道都非常出色。

原個椰青加入青口、大蝦、魷魚、腰果、雜豆等材料連埋飯去焗,上枱時散發出陣陣椰子香味,味道亦都非常清香,唔會太濃或油膩,加埋椰青肉食更加增加整體嘅口感,非常美味。

食完飯後,店方為我地送上班蘭糕做甜品,味道清新,入口唔會太甜,非常滿足。

埋單每人都係$200左右,銅鑼灣繁榮嘅地區可以搵到個地方俾我哋慢慢傾計,真係算唔錯㗎啦。
