❤️❤️❤️海鮮部份有南非鮑魚,好欣賞師傅用心擺盤,鮑魚煎得啱啱好,保持肉質幼嫩;燒大蜆啖啖肉非常多汁。另外仲有海鮮天婦羅,不過已經食唔落,留肚食後面嘅主菜和牛。


另外亦有鐵板燒好常見嘅鵝肝,油脂非常豐富,加上意大利黑醋中和油分啱啱好。最後就有和牛薄燒,係我嘅最愛🤩🤩🤩,加上大量蔥花呢個配搭無敵;同埋厚切澳洲和牛肉眼扒,加咗少少鹽調味,牛味濃郁油份相對冇日本和牛咁重。

特別一提有一壼日式清湯,加上少少青檸汁,淡淡清香好好飲,不過個壺設計問題,斟一次倒瀉一次🤪

是日中午,心血來潮突然想食懷石料理,過關後都未有時間安排飛日本一轉,只好在香港過下癮。之前來過一次,覺得十分高質,所以今天帶埋朋友過來。餐牌有很多選擇,不過得還是一心一意的想食懷石料理。前菜是五味小食,有黑豆、海參、魷魚、海藻、荀。刺身是廚師發板的,有油甘魚、鯛魚,非常新鮮。茶壺湯是我最喜愛的一道菜,熱辣辣的湯鮮甜美味,一杯杯的接著,飲到暖笠笠。帶子燒得表面微焦,但裡面香軟。天婦羅炸得十分可口,有炸蝦、茄子、蓮藕,炸粉薄薄的,燒牛肉嫩到不得了,薄薄的牛肉但牛味濃郁,而且不算肥膩。甜品是抹茶奶凍配紅豆,抹茶味濃郁卻不甜,跟香甜的紅豆是絕配。
