I come here every time I go hiking in dragon’s back. It’s a really popular place. I would say the food itself wasn’t that great, not necessarily super fresh, the portion was small as well, but it’s the peanut sauce that makes everything taste better!! It’s smells really good, very peanut and spicy! Also u get to choose the level of spiciness! Plus it’s quite cheap as well so usually I’ll try different skewers. Ordered squid $13, and cuttlefish cake this time $15 個醬料好味,可揀辣度,價錢抵食,不過成日排曬隊。

決定儲糧在家渡過一個孤獨而肥美的平安夜。回家前10分鐘打電話先叫定外賣自取,點知到步發現長長人龍,沙嗲燒到無停手。最後等左15先有得取。佢哋係家庭式經營,接單收錢個哥仔好好禮貌,唔好意思前,唔好意思後,雖然好多人等,但係大家都好守秩序。不過可能生意真係太好,發覺近幾次D串燒質素好真係較參差,試過一次重燶得好利害,即時打比佢哋佢都好唔好意思,下次經過亦可以免費取回,但做得長期街坊都希望佢哋生意同質素都可以keep到。今日D串燒算燒得唔錯,D沙嗲汁簡直係靈魂,喚起我的飢餓魂。

Other Info. : 雖然對味道有很大的肯定,但排隊安排真係好不滿好不滿好不滿。 自問食左過百次,食店一直沒有設立一條正式的排隊位置, 結果後來的人只要行前一D ,大聲一D就可以打尖 (令人灰心的係店員照樣落單,唔當打尖係一回事, 變相鼓勵客人鬥惡(定係呢個先係正確落單方法??)) 承上面講,因我會將呢間食店推薦俾朋友,甚至是外國朋友, 如果俾外國人見識到香港人的「頂尖打尖技術」,對於熱心推薦香港事物的我來講實在係無地自容...... 講幾多好說話都不及事實那樣活生生... 如果店方無辦法拒絕打尖的人下單, 咁我希望店方可以用制度令客人知道點排隊/排邊度,令客人與客人之間盡量公平D, 希望有生之年見到更美好的香港, 最後,店方又好,網友都好, 希望能夠用行動守護人與人之間的信任, 唔好次次排隊都要煩(人多人少情況同樣)

謝霆鋒和林俊傑在十二道鋒味的時候來過這一家點了一串 沙爹牛肉 試水,13港幣。首先牛肉的塊頭挺滿意,蠻大塊的,肉質也不柴。沙爹醬給的非常大方,炭火烤出來的就是好吃些。而且吃得出沙爹醬的花生顆粒。烤之前有問要不要辣的,我選了加辣到沒吃出明顯辣味後來追加了一份 沙嗲豬頸肉 ,21港幣,這次就吃得出辣味了!更加惹味!美味升級!而且性價比高,點一份可以三人分享總的來說還是不錯的,咸甜口。算是對得起等待的兩個小時吧。

幫襯咗好多年,每次都買成百蚊。

或許「武漢肺炎」的實際殺傷力和影響力,比我在十七年前遇過的「沙士」更加厲害,結果一條本來十分熱鬧,擠滿食客的著名食街「筲箕灣東大街」,忽然變得人流稀疏,死寂一片。有些食店例如著名印尼菜食店「印尼沙爹屋」,也因為「武漢肺炎」的關係,食店店已經沒有再安排在晚上,於店外放置摺檯膠櫈,讓食客即場享用擁有濃厚甜味的印尼沙嗲醬串燒食品。不過我沒有所謂,今晚阿媽在家裡面的晚餐,剛剛好還有煎黑椒薄切牛扒作為餸菜,只是牛扒實際製成品的份量,始終不及「牛腩」那麼滿足我對「牛肉」的強烈渴求,所以我在「印尼沙爹屋」付款購買了一塊「沙爹牛扒」。「印尼沙爹屋」裡面負責製作沙嗲食品的師傅,很快就順利製作完成,有大量甜辣味沙嗲醬包圍,而且已經切成很多塊的切件「沙爹牛扒」。恰巧我在「筲箕灣東大街」的另一個角落,購買了一杯甜味的手調台式「水蜜桃紅茶」飲品,讓我可以一個人拿着外賣「水蜜桃紅茶」跟「沙爹牛扒」,坐在公園長櫈上面慢慢享用「沙爹牛扒」宵夜。「印尼沙爹屋」廚房製作的「沙爹牛扒」雖然被切成很多小塊,但是「沙爹牛扒」的實際口感,仍然被「印尼沙爹屋」廚房師傅燒得很軟腍又沒有筋,牛肉很容易被牙齒直接撕開和嚼爛。最重要的是「

「印尼沙爹屋」裡面負責製作沙嗲食品的師傅,很快就順利製作完成,有大量甜辣味沙嗲醬包圍,而且已經切成很多塊的切件「沙爹牛扒」。

恰巧我在「筲箕灣東大街」的另一個角落,購買了一杯甜味的手調台式「水蜜桃紅茶」飲品,讓我可以一個人拿着外賣「水蜜桃紅茶」跟「沙爹牛扒」,坐在公園長櫈上面慢慢享用「沙爹牛扒」宵夜。

「印尼沙爹屋」廚房製作的「沙爹牛扒」雖然被切成很多小塊,但是「沙爹牛扒」的實際口感,仍然被「印尼沙爹屋」廚房師傅燒得很軟腍又沒有筋,牛肉很容易被牙齒直接撕開和嚼爛。

最重要的是「印尼沙爹屋」的「沙爹牛扒」,「沙爹牛扒」裡面的「沙嗲醬」實際味道非常甜美,甜美到讓當時的我有強烈衝動,想把甜味「沙嗲醬」完全舔得一乾二淨。

不過我的理性後來忽然告訴我知道,一般製作印尼「沙嗲醬」的實際過程裡面,在所難免地需要加入不少甜味調味料,例如「糖」、「椰奶」去調味,所以「沙嗲醬」實際的「糖」含量之高,絕對非善男信女的級數。

所以我最後無奈放棄,放棄享用「印尼沙爹屋」廚房師傅製作完成「沙爹牛扒」之後,浸淫着切件「沙爹牛扒」的大量甜味「沙嗲醬」。

下次如果再有機會來「筲箕灣東大街」的話,我覺得應該花多點錢,購買享用「印尼沙爹屋」廚房師傅製作,擁有大量甜味「沙嗲醬」的「沙爹牛肉飯」。

超級好食
好食到我忍唔住再叫多份
真係想飲埋d汁或者我想買個汁返去
之後我再叫左個雞肉串同埋魷魚串,
但個魷魚串係唔夠熱
不過都熟既放心
臨走時我仲幫襯左買門口的炸蝦片返屋企
因為印尼人做的炸蝦片一定無得輸
果然返到去食不負我所望

之前試過一次六點幾黎到想買印尼黄薑飯食,結果賣晒,食閉門羹。今晚再接再厲,抱住失望既心理準備去,結果竟然有,因為我去到都已經八點幾。今晚依然係好多人排隊買外賣。買完等左一陣,比想像中快就有啦。去左隔離個小公園食。打開個飯盒,估唔到有餸架,我以為剩係得黄薑飯,點知仲有一隻雞翼,一塊牛脷,一塊薯仔,兩塊青瓜,花生粒仲有蛋絲。成件事變得好豐富。食落好有印尼風味,飯粒粒分明,係我鍾意既乾身飯。牛脷夠淋,花生夠香口,只係雞翼偏乾。整體黎講都ok。留意返印尼黄薑飯得星期六日先有供應。
