原來希慎B2層已經重開了一段時間,今日行行下才發現呢度好多餐廳同小食店,今次決定試吓其中一間日式餐廳<禾日>一入到去就聽到好日式既純音樂,餐廳環境寬敞,每枱之間都有一小段距離,好岩同朋友黎享受一餐寧靜舒適既日本餐。今次我同朋友叫咗二人dinner set,包含沙律,前菜,刺身,串燒,野菜,一道飯同甜品,非常豐富!炸軟殼蟹蟹籽沙律,一來到就見到好大舊炸軟殼蟹放係沙律上面,炸得香脆可口,而且每一口都吃到蟹肉的鮮甜,加上配搭埋新鮮沙律蔬菜,就剛好中和炒物的油膩感。前菜係日式海鮮茶碗蒸,茶碗蒸係我喜愛的日式料理之一,雖然看似簡單,但當中最考究係蛋的香滑程度。呢度的茶碗蒸沒有令我失望,嫩滑的蛋液口感柔滑,滋味濃郁,加上香菇蝦同肉,味道鮮甜,令我回味無窮刺身方面就有吞拿魚,油甘魚同帆立貝。刺身非常新鮮,尤其呑拿魚同油甘魚都沒有魚腥味,帆立貝大大粒而且鮮甜,非常出色!串燒就選擇了鹽燒車海老同豚肉白蔥串。一上菜就聞到新鮮燒起的炭火香味,未食已經香氣四溢。串燒都經過鹽燒調味,吃落肉質鮮美多汁,非常惹味。野菜天婦羅同樣新鮮炸起,新鮮的時令蔬菜裹上薄脆的麵糊,油炸至金黃酥脆,味道香脆而不膩。

清酒雪糕以清酒為基底,口感綿密而順滑,帶有微妙的清酒香氣,每食一口都好似飲緊一啖清酒般,非常特別!而禾米雪糕既禾米聽講係日本被鑒定為高級米飯之一,米質特別飽滿有嚼勁,而用禾米整成雪糕就有一種豐富的米飯香味,有點像吃豆腐般,非常獨特有驚喜

The sashimi was mainly salmon. There was a few bits of tuna and some flying fish roe along with cucumbers and tamagoyaki. Not too assorted in my opinion. The sashimi in the donburi was fresh but the rice was hard as a rock. It also wasn't seasoned.   For this price, I could get much better elsewhere in Causeway Bay.
