We are using openrice pick up service recently for ordering our lunch. Today we tried this one as one of the colleagues want to have ramen. I ordered 橫濱家系豚骨拉面.We are impressed by the packaging, it is very well presented even though not environmental friendly. The soup is bagged, seaweed is packed and the toppings are separated from the ramen.The ramen is chewy but the soup is a bit salty. Toppings are a bit less but the pork is very tender and yummy.

同朋友行街突然想食拉麵,路過呢間拉麵館見到店面裝潢好靚,就想入嚟打卡了,和牛拉麵係新品,2大塊和牛鋪滿咗隻碗了,睇得出唔熟好嫩,湯底好清甜,唔會太濃,裡面仲有半隻蛋,蛋係流心會更好食,小食方面就叫咗雞翼,裡面有明太子,雞翼炸得好香脆,裡面明太子爽口,口感層次豐富,味道亦都唔錯。

As one who loves to indulge in spicy foods, I enjoyed having this 赤丸 Spicy Soup Ramen. Sliced pork was tender without too much fat, noodles were done just right without being too soft. Soup base was delicious, flavourful pork bone broth. 本來一心來到一風堂想食贅沢大判和牛拉麵,可惜下午時分,湯底賣哂! 唯有食其他拉麵!不過中環店環境寬敞,環境開揚,可以見到蘭桂坊街景,感覺舒適。橫濱家系豚骨硬麵麵底是用上蛋黃太麵,直又幼身,喜出望外的事蛋味豐富。可惜的是湯地黏度不高,沒有掛湯的效果,但是味道濃郁。叉燒是有兩塊的一塊瘦身,一塊是比較肥美的。不過感覺上有點孤寒。如果可以,多一塊或兩塊會比較好。手羽明太子其實是明太子雞翼,雞翼外層炸得香脆,內裏的明太子爽脆可口。雖然吃不到和牛拉麵,但是總體感覺是良好的。 而且奉上的是南非紅茶,相比日本傳統的冰水是有點與眾不同。

橫濱家系豚骨硬麵
麵底是用上蛋黃太麵,直又幼身,喜出望外的事蛋味豐富。
可惜的是湯地黏度不高,沒有掛湯的效果,但是味道濃郁。
叉燒是有兩塊的一塊瘦身,一塊是比較肥美的。不過感覺上有點孤寒。如果可以,多一塊或兩塊會比較好。

其實是明太子雞翼,雞翼外層炸得香脆,內裏的明太子爽脆可口。

雖然吃不到和牛拉麵,但是總體感覺是良好的。 而且奉上的是南非紅茶,相比日本傳統的冰水是有點與眾不同。
