試過這裏的weekend lunch 另我念念不忘,一個月來了兩次。正價的時候連加一大概是400/位,可能大家會覺得小貴,此價位酒店自助餐都可吃到了,但呢度除咗環境cozy外,食物嘅質素都很好,坐3-4個鐘連咖啡甜品其實很合理,為酒店自助餐以外的一個好選擇!食物幾乎全部都很好吃,主菜的咖喱牛肋骨煮得很淋又入味,sea bass煮得恰到好處,同行朋友話係佢喺香港食過最好嘅sea bass. 五穀飯 mix 得好好,可恨的是胃太小了😭。還有超好味的冬陰功,自製的椰子雪糕、泰式奶茶macaroon、jasmine flavoured panna cotta, 實在係好有誠意的semi buffet!

天氣還熱,一到步,先來一杯Virgin Mojito,通常和別人說我也來杯virgin時,都會覺得很奇怪,為什麼我不喝有酒精的;因為我不太喜歡喝cocktail,liquor/spirit的味道令我有點反胃呢。個人頗喜歡這杯Mojito,味道清清的,甜度亦剛好,而且用這個杯裝著真的很型呢。

本來看到這個顏色,以為是冬蔭功,但原來不是喔,真的是海鮮湯,香濃的海鮮味,當中加入了多款的材料來製成,味道上十分豐富呢! 而椰香素菜湯反而帶冬蔭的味道,大概是加入了香茅吧,再加上椰香,味道不錯喔。

主菜有6-7款可選,愛牛的我當然會選牛吃,份量是超多的,相信亦炆煮了不短的時間,肉質十分軟腍,加上咖哩味十分濃郁,味道不錯,如果牛味再濃些會更棒呢。

棷香蒸焗龍蝦 (+$80)

另外亦點了龍蝦,雖是半隻龍蝦,但因為加了curry custard來焗,所以感覺很大隻;椰香的味道頗強,因為是蒸焗,所以不會很乾,龍蝦味亦算濃郁;兩者之間,我還是比較喜歡吃牛呢。

雖然菜單寫明每人2隻生蠔, 但自助頭盤位置放了一盤生蠔, 可以自取。
望落生蠔比較細小及不夠肥美, 旁邊放了一些泰式醬汁, 相信味道較濃郁一㸃, 所以我都是選擇原汁原味。
生蠔好新鮮,帶着淡淡的海水味!

生菜包是一味我個人情有獨中的菜式,生菜新鮮相當脆口,至於作餡料的肉碎,酸、辣味不足; 相信廚師的做法可能是希望客人能嚐出豬肉的真正味道,只是豬肉本身的味不夠突出, 所以整件事就變成平平無奇, 真的帶㸃失望!


至於主菜朋友選擇了紅咖哩慢燴牛肋骨,我喜愛海鮮,所以選了燒波士頓龍蝦伴松露汁(龍蝦跟餐加多$80),主菜另附上清邁蘑菇五穀飯。

紅咖哩慢燴牛肋骨 ~ 不知是否已吃了不少前菜, 望見肉類有點怕, 因為份量對女士來説也不少。
我嚐了一口紅咖哩,忍不住發出“嘩”聲
,我有㸃驚訝! 真的很好味啊,辣度適中,帶有濃郁椰香味,但没有搶走真正主角的咖哩味,口腔還帶㸃餘韻,有種令人想再吃的魔力。

相反牛肋骨比下去了,肉質不至於“嚡”,算是淋身, 但吃一塊已足夠了。

燒波士頓龍蝦伴松露汁~只看賣相都已經夠心動, 絕不欺場! 㕑師細心地將龍蝦起肉,等顧客食時提高方便度,生熟度控制得剛好,龍蝦肉新鮮彈牙。


據說松露有一種特殊的香氣,自古便有許多人為之著迷。“那股香氣曾被形容為“人間所無,有點難以置信,殆凡氣味絕佳者概如是也。
至於這松露汁我只嚐到有㸃似海水的鹹味, 但不至於腥,松露在這蘸醬中發揮不到特別之作用, 也不合我的口味!


女性天生愛甜品?
太甜我不愛,飽時我不愛!
也没有第2個胃來應付它。
但這𥚃的甜品賣相精緻,對2款甜品特別深刻,有超水準表現!

泰式奶茶特別之處是茶底,他們用的茶底有他獨特的地方, 當然不是港式奶茶味啦!包括檸檬茶的茶底也不同, 不懂怎樣形容好像比平常酸一㸃。
橋黃色的泰式奶茶,茶色有點像黃泥水般,有點不真實。
為了“無限添飲”這四隻字, 我飲了2杯泰式奶茶來平衡心理, 可惜沒有多飲了而愛上他。
身為香港人我都是比較喜歡港式奶茶多一些!

喜歡飲咖啡的我,得知他們的咖啡是即磨, 當然要試一下啦!
服務生送上咖啡時, 香氣四溢!
品嚐後口中釋放濃烈的咖啡苦, 加了相當多的糖和奶也中和不到, 唯有飲半杯就放棄了。

開心時間過得特別快,望望時間已經5㸃了, 服務員没有要求我們離開,也沒有半點奇怪或不滿的眼光,完全感受不到丁㸃的壓力。
這餐價格都頗貴,但論環境或食物都算中上,值不值得就見人見智。

對我來說這餐能和好友相聚已經超值了

Thai buffet isn't too popular in hk hence I went for tryingIt's actually out of my expectation. All dishes served are very up to standard (except the two oysters, which are not cold when served , tastes a bit weird!)The salmon and deep fried tofu are the best! And my main course, seafood stone pot rice is not bad; however I think their curry is actually the best out of all the food on that day!Area is quite comfortable and children friendly! Highly recommend for family lunch!

禮拜六好友帶我去吃泰菜,餐廳座落在銅鑼灣燈籠街上的一座食廈里,下午預定還可以訂到晚上的table. 來之前對這家餐廳沒有很大的期望,看到網路上的評論好壞參雜,但好友每次都帶我去的地方都沒有令人失望還是蠻期待的哈哈!我們7點鐘到,餐廳還沒有很多人。晚上天氣很涼爽所以我們選了坐在有瓦遮頭的戶外陽台區,像一個空中花園,可以俯瞰銅鑼灣街景和維港夜景,很美呢!這家餐廳在泰國的總店曾被選為亞洲最佳50餐廳之一,而香港這家店更是海外第一家分店。餐廳裡面裝潢走的是時尚的泰式風格,很摩登,而且樓頂比較高感覺很有空間感。香港店的menu和泰國總店的一樣,食材由海外新鮮送到。點菜完全交給好友負責,不用傷腦筋真好哈哈!好友推薦了幾道之前吃過的菜式,第一道菜我們點的是Pork shoulder salad($168)。這沙律有gimmick的地方是餐廳把9種調料各自裝在小碗里,然後豬肉也是放在一個碳烤爐上熱著,現場直接在我們面前製作,給我們介紹完各種調味料之後把全部都混在一起,然後就可以吃了!我覺得用pork shoulder肉質很爽口,碳烤地也很香。問題在於味道實在太酸了,酸味已經蓋過了其他味道,如果沒那麼酸

下一道菜是lamb shank($288). 咖哩汁底,味道不辣,甜甜的而且不會很稀那種。羊膝沒有羊騷味,燜得很淋,肉很滑很柔軟,非常好吃!

我們還點了人氣的mushroom rice($128).這是道素菜,石鍋蘑菇五穀飯,健康又好吃!很香蒜香味也很有石鍋的熱氣,米飯粒粒分明,咬起來煙煙韌韌,味道也不鹹,超級好吃(๑´ڡ'๑)

最後甜點我們點了broken bucket泰式椰香班戟 ($188). 這是好友特地點的,說覺得很有gimmick。同樣是店員直接在我們面前一步一步製作。店員先舖了兩張長方形的荷葉在桌上,然後開始像畫畫一樣把食材撒在荷葉上。然後再把一個用氮氣製作的朱古力碗拋在荷葉上,變成碎片,最後加上班戟。整個就很有藝術感,心裏想現在做生意真不簡單呀,除了食物要好吃而且還要有這些小gimmick才不斷有客源哈哈。這道甜點好看不好吃,味道就有酸有甜,班戟是圓筒型那種味道不怎麼樣。

最後買單850元港幣,我覺得以這種景色和環境加上小噱頭,價錢合理。大家可以去試試看不一樣的泰菜喔!♥
