(如果早一個月仲可以食到香箱蟹!🥹)
首先個海產冷盤已經令我地好WOW了
入面花雕醉海螺,蝦同鮑魚 個汁做得非常出色呢
另一款驚艷到我既就係煙燻厚切牛舌山椒燒
牛舌厚而爽口 而且個presentation 都勁靚呢✨
主菜方面有PRIME牛柳裙同黑豚肩揀
我自己就覺得黑豚肩更有驚喜 肉質非常嫩同juicy
如果驚唔夠飽既朋友 唔洗擔心!
後面仲有主食炒飯或者米粉
炒飯用左日本高菜幾有口感 而赤焰湯新竹米粉個湯有d似泡菜湯
食得辣既朋友先好叫呀 🤣

第一次來Ja Kitchen食omakase,小店裝修精緻、整潔、乾淨,每一道菜賣相非常有心思。最先上的前菜三點,吸睛、開胃又好味。日本生𧐢及海膽亦非常鮮味,跟在日本食的一樣,尤其是生𧐢,爽脆有口感。整晚最驚喜的是黑毛豬,超juicy,口感非常tender,未食過咁好味嘅黑毛豬,食味一流。另一驚喜是鐵板金山勾翅配蟹肉清雞白湯,勾翅非常有質感,每一口都是骨膠原,湯味濃郁,非常入味!新張有折扣優惠,每位$880,同行朋友亦覺十分抵食,位置近柯士甸地鐵站,一定會再來!
