To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為唔係好餓,5人共order5樣菜。
第一個係花膠火腿煲,足料夠香,4人5份分勉強都夠。
叉燒野味半肥瘦,唔錯。相反貴妃雞一般般,普通茶樓質素。
翡翠豆苗個量好足,5人都好夠分,唔需要叫多個菜,抵食。
松露蝦球就比較失望,松露味香但分量比較少。
最後蒸帶子豆腐,正常好香豆豉味
總之臨時想一家人訂枱食飯都方便易有位,質素中規中矩。
叫咗乾蔥豆豉雞 (味道正常,唔係話好惹味,雞肉好靭,份量唔大)
露筍山藥炒蓮藕 (蘆筍山藥蓮藕全部都好爽脆,有鑊氣,但蘆筍及蓮藕嘅份量偏少,淮山就食咗好多嚿)
酥香鴨 半隻 (鴨皮脆口有少少鹹香鹹香,肉嫩有汁,但同個包好唔夾)
蟹子蟹肉燴伊麵 (蟹子蟹肉嘅量都多,味道都鮮甜,但伊麵有啲淋身,如果做到爽口少少就比較好啲。)
(唔知咩)魚煲 (魚煲價錢最貴,$398如果冇記錯,有少少湯汁,湯汁好似麵豉湯,同條煎香咗嘅魚都幾夾,但就唔值哩個價錢,唯一食淨好多嘅一味餸,可能係長輩唔鐘意食煎咗嘅魚)
埋單$1200,另外一入到去職員有介紹話食穌香鴨,話幾抵食 ,但就唔講有個套餐優惠$398,可以揀兩個餸,好似有龍蝦伊麵,燒鴨?.... 但當時睇晒所有menu 都冇哩個優惠,係我哋落完單之後,出去商場廁所見到有張優惠poster貼係門側邊先知。
除咗香薰鴨;當然唔少得就係母親節套餐啦。當中有燕窩湯,波士頓龍蝦伊麵,蒸魚,鮑魚生菜, 蝦帶子西蘭花,燒雞,荷葉飯。雖然係套餐,但係味道都好好,總覺得雖然今日好忙,廚師都冇失準。
呢個套餐最窩心嘅係佢有兩款甜品,一款中式一款西式:桃包子同埋咖啡啫喱凍啊。兩樣甜點師傅都整得好正!
我哋二人叫左幾款點心,侍應一來就俾咗個前菜,個前菜唔錯,夠開胃。
炸两,我覺得唔算出色,個油炸鬼淋左。
禪院菜包,呢個真系出色,包皮十分鬆軟,啲餡又靚又香。值得再食!
素粉果,好在個餡同菜包唔同,覺得都細心。口感唔錯!
馬拉糕,未至於好驚喜,但都唔差,夠滑夠香。
二人午餐共消費220元。

依個好好味 又唔太甜
每一啖都充滿杏仁香
因為3個人都照俾左4碗 所以我食左兩碗
雖然成餐飯都食得滿足嘅 但畢竟都已經互相放棄左 所以👋🏻👋🏻
例牌 order 最愛的 🦞龍蝦泡飯。再來一個 🦐芥末蝦球。這裡的 🦆茶香鴨 一向有水準。
值得一提是:🦆茶香鴨🦆。有 慢煮的感覺,鴨肉非常淋滑,但皮有香又脆,非常入味。 今次還送了 夾饃,菜和好味醬汁。有吃片皮鴨的感覺,本人十分推薦。
當然,🦐蝦球 和 🦞龍蝦泡飯 水準保持。總括來說:一間超高質的中菜館
叫了碟蔥油菠蘿海蜇頭~師傅簡單調味再加上麻油撈勻醃製,入晒味超香,兼且爽脆無比,好正😋
沙拉煎墨魚餅~加入少許馬蹄粒,打至起膠,食落除咗有少許爽口亦都非常之彈牙,配上一小碟沙拉醬,可隨自己口味點上,好味到食完一件再想食一件。
叉燒腸粉~簿簿的腸粉皮,爽滑得來帶少許煙韌,包住大大片叉燒,實在滿足!
冬菇雞肉餃子~雞肉、冬菇加咗爽脆木耳,成只餃子口感層次豐富,淋上少許甜醋同吃,好正👍
柚皮蒸鳳爪~鳳爪同柚皮都吸收咗秘製醬汁非常之入味!
壓軸出場海鮮炒貴刁~食咗一半先記得影相,下次嚟一定要再encore,蝦同帶子都各有四隻,大蝦超大隻而且非常之爽口彈牙,帶子就很鮮甜,加入雞蛋、芽菜、韭菜、豉油炒至乾身,完全沒有油膩感,極速清碟😋
叉燒包~外皮鬆軟咬落有爆漿的感覺,超多汁同叉燒,只可惜一籠得兩隻,唔夠分唯有一人一半分享!
香煎素腐皮卷~雖然外皮非常香脆,略嫌餡料比較油膩,一般般。
