To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人黎咗東薈城行街,見到呢間餐廳做緊信用卡六折優惠,就坐低咗啦。呢度嘅環境幾靚,裝修幾特別,樓底又夠高,坐得好舒服。今次叫既係六位用既秋冬紅酒宴,有六餸同甜品。蒲燒三文魚腩伴沙律呢個食落幾得意!蒲燒三文魚味道唔錯,三文魚幾滑,下面既沙律係洋蔥同青紅椒,洋蔥辣辣地幾開胃。咖喱巴西龍蝦尾拌蒸饅頭呢個就普普通通啦!咖喱味道係OK嘅,但係龍蝦就食到好大浸雪味,而且饅頭都比較細粒,感覺唔係好抵。濃湯小龍膠魚皮角雞煲呢個係咁多個餸之中最好嘅!花膠厚身得黎有咬口,而且魚皮角分量都好多!個湯香得來又唔會好濃味,推介!蠔皇原隻鮑魚伴花菇鮑魚同花菇味道都算入味,唯一敗筆係佢用咗溫室豆苗,感覺成個downgrade咗。清蒸沙巴花尾躉味道OK唔會過熟明爐脆皮燒鵝雖然得半隻,但係都幾大隻,個皮都算脆口,不過某啲部位有少少鹹。合時凍糕甜品係咖啡凍糕,味道都幾香濃,煙煙韌韌幾好食因為有信用卡優惠,所以埋單人均二百幾蚊,感覺都算抵,但係如果冇折嘅話就未必會過嚟食。 continue reading

跟老人家食飯都會來到八月花,AE卡有75折,是個好抵嘅選擇。菜式雖然未叫做出眾,但家常小菜都永無甩拖。 所以都會係一個好好嘅選擇。今次我哋叫咗半隻茶薰鴨,真係半隻大份量超多,仲要好多肉,佢送上嚟嘅有三隻唔同醬,同埋四件用來夾肉嘅包。咁多肉得嗰幾粒包其實真係好唔成正比,可能佢想人哋加錢就要啩。不過我哋因為通常係就咁食肉冇夾落個包,所以就冇一再order。另一個係叫做酸魚咁上下嘅嘢,其實佢係喇沙湯底有啲魚片,唔辣唔酸。呢個味道我就覺得麻麻,亦都唔知佢湯底其實想點樣做。龍蝦泡飯呢個龍蝦泡飯真係唔錯,但係份量就比較少,洗碗嘅話五個人其實都只係分到七至八成滿。三至四個人都還可以嘅。 continue reading
