這個份量挺大份的,可以跟朋友分享來吃。把花蛤和青口擺放成花型,再放入其他配料挺香。花蛤味道鮮甜,青口大隻爽口。刀削都挺有啲感,湯汁咸咸甜甜的,吃起來感覺惹味。

另外我仲加咗生菜藍🥬用爽脆嘅生菜包裹細嫩多汁嘅烤肉片及沾醬,一口就能同時感受到肉類及蔬菜獨有嘅味蕾衝擊😛而且兩者味道出奇地合襯,而沾醬微微嘅辣度亦襯托出蔬菜同肉類嘅鮮甜,清爽解膩能增加飽足感😝
