To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Really good experience in this restaurant from Harbour City !!! Highly recommend!!!!打開menu, 好多考手功既小菜都唔過百,咁抵,叫到成枱餸都唔肉痛啦。果度冷氣好夠,唔怕食到成秒大汗。上菜都好快👍🏻聽服務員講依款甜品係佢地師傅研發,唔太甜,好食!言談間服務員知道我地有人生日,重叫點心師傅特製左朵花比我個friend, 服務員勁細心,廚房師傅都好有心機,抵讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

冇左翡翠小籠包諗住試呢間、反正同一集團、叫左個酸辣湯但黎到居然唔熱、陝西排骨油潑麵、冇味、辣味都冇、入面仲有D麵一疊未散開、好似食面粉咁、排骨係豬肉一舊、唔係我食開既排骨、好失望。

係尖沙咀經過好多次都無食過呢間江南翡翠,反而以前食拉麵小籠包嘅年代就食過兩三次,朋友推薦話走高檔路線嘅佢左呢排嘅menu話幾好,食個casual 飯試試時令menu。前菜醬香鴨舌已經覺得勁特別,似乎香港好少用咁強嘅中國白酒醬香做調味,呢個好開胃。下午有不少新點心食,食左香酥蝦雲吞配薄荷醬,個薄荷醬係勁特別,點炸雲吞有種幾特別嘅化學作用,蘿蔔絲酥餅嘅出現都顯示到佢嘅炸功係唔錯,下次可以食多啲點心。鳳梨板肉係朋友推薦,我覺得風馬牛不相及嘅野夾起嚟又做得幾好,而且個板肉食落去個質感好好,應該唔係用求其普通嘅豬肉。W小姐大推的排骨陝西油潑麵,第一次食陝西油潑麵,個種油香同麵嘅Q彈係唔錯,加上佢哋一路做得好好嘅排骨,啱feel,以前最愛就係呢個襯上海麵。酒香鮑魚雞煲係好精彩,如果晚飯同客食呢個絕對唔失禮,特別係嗰隻鮑魚,我哋六個人食好似都一人一隻,雞喺酒香嘅調味底下又係特別好送飯。椒麻酸菜鱸魚同重慶水煮牛肉各有所好,本來兩個只能一個,好彩朋友都話肚餓食得晒,前者嘅酸菜魚嘅酸味同辣度都唔係太強,但係鱸魚非常新鮮,後者辣度夠,最喜歡係佢嘅薯粉。尾聲的蜜汁金華火腿烤雙方要大讚,個樣已經好精緻,食落去口感複雜而且濃郁,火方係勁精彩,蜜汁甜度一流,絕對係必點之作。不是甜品人,但朋友都話金沙奶皇流心角同蔓越莓煎餅幾好食,下次再有機會似乎要試下。

漂亮🤩三角海鲜饺开盖就散发出金光💫,软糯的粿皮蕴含着淡淡的紫色和米香,而更弹牙的是里面紧实的小海鲜🦞,在嘴里层层递进萝卜丝酥🥕精致两颗小胡萝卜栩栩如生!标准的胡萝卜色号的酥皮静静地躺在奥利奥碎土壤中,配上咸口的萝卜丝,吃起来很丰富⛅️每道都是精致细节的漂亮菜,色香味都挺好的,窗边还是海景嗫

雞乸咁大隻字翡翠誤導我以為係以前嘅翡翠拉麵小籠包,坐低先發現成個menu唔同,蠢到以為佢換咗新menu,想食嘅嘢全部冇晒(本來係想食翡翠拉麵小籠包嘅嘢),勉強點咗啲basic嘢。味道唔啱口味,而一個普通蒸菜餃都較到鬼五馬六,鮮綠色皮仲要有金邊。冇再深究係咪同一集團開間高檔版翡翠呃遊客,同埋嚟樓上寫字樓開會嘅外國客人… 價錢同啲presentation似係。食少少嘢,啲extra cost仲唔抵,成日唔明佢地冇點服務過就加服務費,以前(翡翠拉麵小籠包)scan code點餐都有人嚟confirm,雖然入錯嚟,但有比較有傷害 😅 其實人少咗我應該醒水,不竟一年先返港一次,鬼知咁多,真心冇為意,以為只係轉咗branding同menu。
