昨晚和家人一行九人光顧此店,點了八道菜,其中一樣是銅盆污漕雞,要全雞,但上菜時份量只似是半雞,而且只見一隻雞翼及一隻雞腿,問一女侍應是否上錯半雞,她郤說廚師將幾隻雞斬件後一起調味,蒸時才執夠一隻雞的份量來蒸,我不相信專業廚師會這樣做,但因為已吃了兩三件,不能退貨,只好勉強接受,但後來看見鄰桌的銅盆雞盛器和份量都比我們的大,便再找侍應理論,她竟說你們吃光才出聲,但我們一早已投訴了,於是要求見經理,但見另一侍應和廚師講話後前來說計你們半雞算了,簡真侮辱顧客智慧,肯定不會再次光顧!

【油尖旺區】【江順名匯】同事牛雄哥榮休,作為公司最後生嘅老鬼,梗係要去賀佢畢業。成六圍枱都幾震撼,食吓前菜吹吓水就上菜喇。首先係「順德三太公」,即係「酥炸蜆蚧鯪魚球」、「手打鯪魚肉釀辣椒」同埋「手打鯪魚肉釀蓮藕片」。三款都幾有特色幾正,就上埋之後嘅「上湯大蝦伊麵」同「碧綠帶子珊瑚蚌」,兩者都唔錯。之後飲「天麻海雀燉魚頭湯」,好似幾足料,又唔會太濃。之後條魚係「清蒸碧海沙巴龍躉」,忍唔住喺現場都同同事講,幾好食。跟住嘅「蠔皇金錢扣鵝掌」正正常常,冇乜特別但味道算唔錯。之後到「彩虹芥末牛柳粒」,唔會好辣,牛柳粒又勁腍,小朋友至愛。我最期待「脆皮當紅炸子雞」,不過佢唔算整得好好,係有少少失望,坊間好多都比佢好。到澱粉質嘅時間,特色菜「籠仔排骨蒸陳村粉」幾惹味,不過略嫌啲味唔平均,時鹹時淡。最後嘅「蓮蓉小桃包」同「鮮果拼盤」都係合理發揮,算係一個唔錯嘅終結。餐飯唔知幾錢,總之每人夾 $400,祝牛雄哥生活愉快啦。。。(地址:尖沙咀彌敦道63號國際廣場3樓302號舖)#1amfoodie #foodie #hkfoodie #thatfoodiething #hkfood #food #in

吃完一周又再來,今次7大1小叫了這個超值半圍套餐,另外叫了炒鮮奶及咕嚕肉,還有一打壽桃包,其實不額外叫都已經好大碟又足料,叫多咗打包係夠隔天吃多一餐。之前一直想叫小菜,因為好出色。原來套餐有鮑魚,龍蝦及龍斑,食材及師傅功力都是一流水準,最緊要長輩們吃得開心,吃到他們想吃的味道,而且價錢分分鐘比冬菇亭平,之後伙計還送紅豆沙糖水,窩心。一定要提下沙薑雞,超滑又吃到新鮮沙薑粒,超讚,隔日翻熱後仍好滑,正。

疫情之前一年也吃兩三次,幾年沒有來,新地點面積比較沒有很太,坐ok, 不會太迫。當老公知道也吃河鮮,佢都有疑慮,點知今次經驗,老公及大魚大肉的朋友都覺得正,順德菜都算係comfort food。我們叫了炒鮮奶,真是好滑好味道。這裹的小炒一流,鱔片和味,各道菜都出色。

既然來到順德餐廳,當然不少得點選順德的名菜,呢晚我們選了:
大良炒鮮奶
順德煎釀鯪魚
鬼馬焗魚腸
沙姜蒸走地雞
和風菇菌炒牛肉粒

首先上菜的係 大良炒鮮奶,賣相都不錯。表面撒上蝦子點綴,和擺設西藍花和蘭花做擺盤。蛋白炒得比較滑溜,裡面有一粒粒爽口的蝦肉,仲吃到蝦子的脆。西藍花就沒味道的,純粹水煮,不過都幾脆。呢道菜都有點驚喜。

跟著上來的係 菇菌牛肉粒,賣相是相當不錯,看著非常有食慾。試一塊牛肉粒,非常嫩滑,不過味道略微清淡。菇菌有茶樹菇、杏鮑菇同冬菇,可能係拉過下油,非常脆口,而且重點係調味很足,就連點綴的紅黃椒都很香脆,簡直被驚艷到,都想叫碗白飯來送呢個菜(不過考慮到有機會吃不完,最後都沒叫到)。

跟著來到係 順德煎釀鯪魚肉,哇呢個聽聞係順德名菜,話鯪魚肉很鮮美,老人孩子都愛吃,可是這麼鮮美的魚就有很多魚刺,有人就想起不如將魚肉拆肉起骨,然後剁成魚肉蓉,裡面加入炒香的臘味、香菇、蔥花,攪拌均勻,然後釀回去鯪魚身,把釀鯪魚蒸熟,然後再炸,最後澆上特製的醬汁,就可以給老人孩子吃,是一道孝心菜也是一道功夫菜。 故仔講到呢度,試下咩味先實際。

呢道魚肉 大概價格是16元一兩,一條魚大概就20兩。菜色賣相都企理,汁就分開上。魚都煎得乾身香口,就甘吃呢就本身味道淡,要淋汁吃,個汁就係類似粘稠的偏鹹芡汁。其實道菜整體而言就係煎鯪魚餅,只是係魚的模樣,個人認為並非想象中那麼特別,可能出名在於背後的功夫和心思。

最後呢道菜係 焗魚腸,聽聞係必吃菜色,本身又未吃過,所以一開始都好期待。外貌係缽仔水蛋,但用焗嘅方式呈現,它也都有配埋胡椒粉上。趁熱舀一勺來吃,味道比較淡,可見裡面有油炸鬼,同埋仲有口感粉粉地嘅魚腸,吃落去個口感係粉粉地同有點苦味,感覺有點奇怪,可能係我不懂得欣賞,也感覺魚腸有點腥,所以食嘅時候要落大量胡椒粉。該道菜我地大家都只係吃一口,之後原封不動,同時仲我都好奇點解佢會係順德必吃名菜呢?

總括而言,呢餐飯除了牛肉粒獲得極高好評以及大力推薦,其他的都係比較普通。魚腸個人不太識欣賞。餐飯埋單明細如圖。餐廳服務員服務係不錯,例如我地張臺有滴水,他們都會關心,並幫手推入稍稍避免受影響,而且服務員都耐心講解介紹菜色同都親切。
