To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日啱啱落去觀塘成業工業大廈做嘢,行過見到呢間新店,環境裝修望落都好舒服,咁當然要試吓啦,結果係非常驚喜本來淨係諗住叫隻燒雞試吓,但因為係即叫即燒,要等下先有,於是邊等邊試埋其他嘢,叫隻蝦霸狗,個名好得意,個包又香又脆同條爆皮芝士腸已經好正,再加埋啖啖蝦肉加埋D醬同海苔,又配搭得好好。再叫咗杯好特別嘅expresso tonic,估唔到小店都用單一產地咖啡豆,果然有料到而且個咖啡師整杯野整得好靚。話咁快隻燒雞都出埋爐,未食已經聞到隻雞非常之好香,口水都流晒,拎到返公司食隻雞依然係脆皮肉滑加多汁,正到比人歧視呢間新店無論係服務同食物水準都非常高,真心全部都好正,心機小店一定值得支持

舖頭環境清新怡人,燒雞香味四溢喺巷頭已經聞到,食落皮脆多汁簡直係齒頰留香,最難得味道方面由於本人不太喜歡太濃味,幾抗拒啲醃料味蓋過食材本身的味道,難得呢隻燒雞醃料不會太過濃,既可以食得出原本的雞味又可以嘆到廚師醃料方面嘅功夫,味道平衡,深得我心。咖啡方面,睇得出咖啡師有精心揀豆,聽講仲會隨時令不同用當時得令嘅豆炮製風味不同嘅咖啡,期待!想試埋佢哋嘅熱狗,睇落用料都幾足,又有蝦又有蟹,不過太飽唯有下次再試過。
