我哋呢班為食友,周不時會約埋飯聚,菜式與價錢不拘,Fine Dine或地道皆可。是次有人吹雞,話想食潮汕菜,群組帖子一出,大家一呼百應,五分鐘不到便成局。來的是尖咀的金凡潮汕菜,氣氛似大牌檔,但坐得舒服好多,甚至乎有VIP房,但我哋覺得坐大廳吃得更加盡興。發起人做事一向穩妥,早已與店家夾好菜單,大家安頓好後,小食隨即送來。先是韭菜鵝紅,鵝紅無疑會比豬紅更加嫩滑,夾埋漓甜無渣的韭菜,難理什麼膽固醇超標,大家今晚已經豁出去。薄穀唔係成日有得食,趁岩時候就不能錯過,粒粒飽滿鮮美。平時食潮州菜,可能會食凍蟹,亦有機會會叫生醃螄蚶,但生醃羔蟹真係唔多食,或者心目中會覺得這是寧波菜色吧!當然,家陣食嘢都唔應該有呢種食古不化既思想。再者,呢三蟹爆羔既出品上桌時,足以令眾人起哄。蟹既手手腳腳都好多羔且鮮甜,蟹蓋先至誇張得要命,輕輕用匙刮一刮已是超澎湃的蟹羔,一發不可收拾,筆者若非有番咁上下年紀,必定同佢死過。家陣只能三個人分一隻蟹蓋既蟹羔,都已好過份了。吃潮州嘢要食海螺!鐵板上,店員席前點火,岩晒相機食先既呢個時代。海螺肉厚,卻完全不韌,味道鮮甜,掂!當然仲會有鹵水嘢,貪心既我哋要拼盤就最好。鵝片肉嫩

最後,送來潮式餅點來為友人P賀壽,分別有家鄉鼠殼果及奇脆丸子。前者煙韌好吃,後者香脆可口,大家也心滿意足,當然壽星公也樂在其中。
另外,總覺得潮州菜總是與啤酒最為適合,碰巧餐廳推廣著兩款啤酒原漿,點來一試,發現顏色是會有一點點濁身,但喝起來卻有種非常新鮮清新的口感,值得一試 。

終於都等到我至愛的甜品,今次叫了「鼠殼粿拼奇脆丸子」,採用糯米粿皮,內摻曬乾磨碎的鼠麴草,製作成黑褐色的外皮,之後煎香,餡料係微甜的綠豆糕,口感香脆又煙靭;奇脆丸子其實就是黑芝麻丸子,外脆內軟,帶陣陣的黑芝麻香味,好吃。
