朋友帶我去呢間火鍋店 入面有好多個房仔呢間房就淨係得四張枱 唔會太嘈可以傾下偈 今日叫咗呢幾樣食物 胡椒豬肚花甲鍋 湯底有豬肚同埋蜆 個胡椒味都幾香 唔會太濃 淡淡地胡椒香 有好多蜆同埋豬肚 夠足料 另外見到餐牌有呢個牛胸爽 之前未食過就叫下 出到嚟原來唔係紅色一片片嘅牛肉 食起嚟都幾爽嫩口 有d似牛柏葉口感 不過就味濃d西班牙黑豬肉 呢個豬肉好好食 一d都唔鞋 而且肉味濃 唔會好多油脂太肥 我地追加多碟 因為真係好味 貴妃蚌 夠新鮮 灼少少時間已經食得 夠晒鮮甜

近期比較少出外食飯,突然間想去食下海鮮小菜。今日去咗壹食就醉。尖沙嘴區地點方便,卜卜蜆鍋叫咗個細,二人份量一定夠食。蜆會配上清酒,店員會幫你調好味道,個蜆煲都黎到都好多蜆,越食越多咁。份量真係非常之多。蜆肉細細粒,雖然有少少沙,但係都尚算鮮甜。另外,想叫個肉食。叫咗XO醬炒黑豚肉,肉係薄片,食落好似肥牛咁;而且充滿醬汁,都幾濃味。仲有其他配菜,唔會太齋。本身想食椒鹽九肚魚,咁岩今日冇就叫咗椒鹽鮮魷。炸得幾香,如果飲埋啤酒就正!喺社交平台打卡仲送飲品,我哋叫咗羅漢果茶一渣。

尖沙咀上樓通常都會搵到一啲食肆,呢間食肆除咗打邊爐,仲有小菜私房菜。餐廳唔算好大,我哋今次就叫咗卜卜蜆。會有一鍋蜆,份量好多。店員會幫你滾熟,然後等你慢慢品嚐;再加上清酒調出個味來。份量非常之多,兩個人食一定夠。個蜆肉雖然細細隻,但係味道都OK。小菜就叫咗椒鹽鮮魷,雖然份量唔算好多,但係新鮮炸起,面上仲有啲避風塘風味。另外再叫咗XO醬炒黑豚肉,大蔥份量比較多,黑豚肉嘅份量相對地冇咁多。黑豚肉好入味,加埋白飯就剛好。
