有次行過無意中發現呢間餐廳,第一次試咗午餐定食,小食係高野豆腐,主食唔記得咗係咩餸,但記得連汁都好好味。老闆介紹我地下次可以夜晚黎食串燒,果然好高質!今次散叫,我比較鐘意煮高根、高野豆腐同雞皮,口感同味道都好正!粟米好正🤤海鮮、蔬菜都唔錯,因為食材同煮法都好好,唯一叉燒有少少太咸🙈btw我地兩個人都比較大食,所以人均價錢未必準確😂總結:無論午餐定食定晚餐串燒都好有誠意每一樣食物都係精心製作,每次上一至兩樣,可以慢慢食,唔怕凍咗唔好食,仲有老闆好熱情友善

一間價錢合理嘅串燒小店,用心將食物調味,再去燒,唔同平時啲串燒店咁燒緊時凈落「支然」粉。食材新鮮,食物上枱時熱辣辣,好香燒肉味。直得介紹個心食homemade 豆腐同厚燒牛脷。大坑都有好多好多串燒店,我都試過所有,佢呢間真係very very outstanding。幾個朋友嚟隊啤丶食串燒同吹水就啱晒。呢間小店老闆好好人,佢會同客人打成一片。有心小店加上美味有quality嘅食物,價格又非常合理,一定支持。

印象中大坑的日本餐廳都是高檔次,難得今晚找到價錢較能應付的小型居酒屋,便去試試。最難忘是高野豆腐及關東煮,湯底鮮甜,豆腐、蛋、蘿蔔及魚糕等都好入味。燒白鱔及秋葵一般,凡粒貝雖然不算大隻,但以這價錢來說算抵食,燒得剛剛好,鮮味又不會太硬。燒玉子加了酒,味道偏甜但特別。茄子則充滿蒜香。老板會主動和客人傾偈及加茶。上菜慢一點,但看得出是逐串燒,值回時間。

一間在大坑的日式串燒小店,店舖小小的,最多只可坐20人左右;裝潢也十分簡約,絕不豪華花巧,但是食物質素非常好,很有日本居酒屋的味道。所有的串燒食物即叫即燒(煮物則是事先煮好,所以可一邊吃煮物一邊等),無可否認是要等久一點點,但是就是因為這樣才能保持質素。加上價錢不算貴,以串燒來說是物有所值的。店長的服務也十分殷勤,推薦的食物質素也很好,值得一讚!當日我是在平日晚上吃晚餐,也坐滿 了客人,建議先訂位子才過來會比較好!

大坑這個小小區,每條小街也有好幾家餐廳,有些看似相近的類型,但細嚐後便知各有特色。有些坐陣了好些年,亦有些後起之秀,今天就來到了新登場的”角川”。此行之目的本來只為與友人聚聚,約我來主打串燒的地方,應該都是想喝喝清酒,把酒談心,對酒當歌。地方雖小,五臟俱全,除了能描述角川這舒適富人情味的小店,也能應用在其存酒量,清酒、威士忌、香檳、白蘭地也有,少不了冰凍的黑白生啤!當然光是舒適裝潢和供應的酒,絕不能惹起我的興趣寫一篇食評。這晚我只吃了兩款小食以送酒,辣酒煮東風螺和高野豆腐。角川的東風螺肉厚而嫩且彈牙,沒有因滷煮而變得厚實難噍。日本醬油帶甜與微辣和酒香已達到一個比平衡更和諧的境界,彷彿這味道已不能再被超越。高野豆腐,比嫩豆腐多一份硬朗,比豆卜多一份溫柔,豆腐和中空的內心吸盡湯汁,湯汁與豆香在口腔內爆發,豆腐竟能如此,又再一次擴闊味蕾的經歷。

當然光是舒適裝潢和供應的酒,絕不能惹起我的興趣寫一篇食評。這晚我只吃了兩款小食以送酒,辣酒煮東風螺和高野豆腐。


角川的東風螺肉厚而嫩且彈牙,沒有因滷煮而變得厚實難噍。日本醬油帶甜與微辣和酒香已達到一個比平衡更和諧的境界,彷彿這味道已不能再被超越。

高野豆腐,比嫩豆腐多一份硬朗,比豆卜多一份溫柔,豆腐和中空的內心吸盡湯汁,湯汁與豆香在口腔內爆發,豆腐竟能如此,又再一次擴闊味蕾的經歷。

食物美味,老闆招呼一流,燒雞皮香脆不乾身,飯團即搓即燒,前菜豆腐超級美味又開胃,燒麻糬簡直一絕,老闆推薦嘅清酒跟食物非常合襯,一間小有用心經營串燒店。唯一不完美就係當晚沒有zero可樂不過以一間初開的串燒店來講,我會比90分。舖面不算大,不過可能係酒精影響下,環境有點大阪橫巷舖感覺,再加上老闆熱情招呼之下,感覺非常親切,有一點似在朋友家中作客,可以好隨便嘅感覺,非常非常舒服。希望老闆會繼續keep好食物水準同呢種感覺,期待下次再幫襯
