不過『鹿悦』還是有氣派既,今天更是滿座,看得出酒店日本料理,起碼質素有一定要求,還有捧場客。

【 《仲夏》、《水張月》、《文月》】

看看餐牌,嗯,原來午餐連名字都挺雅緻的。

午餐定食是先選好前菜和拌菜(有三款都優雅地命名為《仲夏》、《水張月》、《文月》可以選擇)。

《水張月》就是六月的異名,而《文月》則代表七月啦。《仲夏》嘛,本來日本語把中文的仲夏說成「真夏」,日本人五月是換作「皐月」的,不過此處《仲夏》就是五月的異稱了。剛好五、六、七月,小妹都有日本之旅,算做緣份啦  😌。

今天是六月時候,順理成章小妹揀了《水張月》,然後「主菜」是《旬の刺身5種盛り》($750 + 10% service)。

看看午餐的前菜(雖然不一定下酒,日本人似乎也稱呼這些前菜為 おつまみ 的):

刺身五種,除了海老、鮪(赤身和とろ)、鰤 之外,其餘都沒有記在心上,看照片好似是勘八之類吧。

刺身放在冰鎮上溫度則太冷,要知道魚片的溫度十分重要,由阿佐ヶ谷搬到 Tokyo Midtown Hibya (日比谷)的『鮨 なんば』對ネタ(寿司的魚片)溫度十分重視,重視到每一種魚片和舍利(飯)的溫度都列明在餐單上,寫得清清楚楚,有點誇張  😳 。

『鮨 なんば』認為大部份的魚片 serving 時溫度都要超過攝氏 20 度的,烏賊和雲丹比較冷吃一點。今天的魚生太冷,無法品嚐其脂香魚介之味的。如果吃過日本寿司和京料理「名店」,都知道魚生不會冰冷的 。

米飯和暖,熱度適中,很好吃。味噌汁是赤味噌,大路貨式,仍是美味。

【 總結 】

是日午餐整體經驗是正面的,我們坐在 bar 桌,都十分舒適,環境不嘈雜,這是小妹很喜歡君悅餐廳到原因,這家酒店的餐廳大多樓底高,而且吸音甚好。至於單單以食物而論,只是普通而已。價格不算便宜($ 750 加一服務費),誠然還是需要包括『鹿悦』的品牌,當然還有氛圍和不差的服務喔。

小妹不是形式主義,但是一個午餐在名字上花點心思,小妹絕對認為可以讚許,當然小妹會給這個午餐一個 OK,唯並不妨礙小妹再來喔。

【 最後 】

單上是加了1% 捐款到 Restore with ZFPA,小妹樂於捐獻,只是酒店可以大方告訴客人,無需鬼鬼祟祟呢 ☝🏽。

我哋仲叫咗另一份A3和牛厚切配白飯。好可惜,和牛嚟到嘅時候已經唔熱,雖然油分好夠,入口即融,但係少咗嗰種啱啱燒起上嚟嘅香味。

甜品就有雪糕,應該係普通嘅Haagan Daaz。

不過佢哋就好貼心,生日就送咗一個細既生日蛋糕!!

總括嚟講,呢個價錢其實食物既水準可以再高啲。服務好好👍🏻,所有人都好親切。裝修都好靚,好有一間豪華懷石料理既裝潢。我會覺得環境比食物更好!

如果大家想去一間豪華嘅日本料理,呢個絕對係一個好選擇。但係如果想食比較高檔嘅食物質素,用呢個價錢其實可以試吓其他Omakase!

喺度staycation一晚,留番啲Dining Credit喺度食午市日本菜,呢度環境簡約優雅,服務非常親切,先來杯冰凍啤酒,真係好凍,有個好靚嘅杯裝住,飲到最尾都係咁凍,所以嗌多杯,綠茶都唔錯,仲潻得好密,揀咗壽司和刺身定食,定食仲可以揀唔同嘅配搭,等咗一陣食物就嚟到,賣相唔錯,份量都OK,價錢係貴咗少少,所以CP值就拉低左,但係食材新鮮,咁嘅份量都夠食,最後嘅椰子和芝麻雪糕幾香滑,整體算唔錯,結束一個完美嘅staycation🥰

Do you miss Japan? I doooo! So muchhh! I was craving sushi and this did not disappointed us!! They have a fantastic lunch set selection. We ordered a lunch set with 9 pcs of sushi! The restaurant was quiet while the food was very well presented and freshly prepared. Would definitely visit again.💯💯
