作為一個火鍋控,火鍋就真係食唔少,但係炭爐火鍋就真係第一次,感覺好地道好有懷舊氣息,一路打邊爐嘅過程中會額外有一種炭火嘅香味。少少唔好處係冇得調校火嘅大小,但整體上火候都幾均勻。湯底叫咗馳名豬骨鍋,係有誠意嘅。飲得出熬咗好耐好入味,絕對唔係求其加水嗰種。呢度海鮮都幾出名,我哋叫咗手打墨魚滑、鱔片同南非孔雀鮑魚,質素唔錯。最喜歡個鮑魚,大大隻好爽口彈牙,一啲都唔韌。另外再叫埋特級安格斯肥牛同鵝腸,呢兩樣我打邊爐,基本上必叫。尤其碟鵝腸幾肥美。

炭爐邊爐之《金和記海鮮菜館》好耐無食過炭爐邊爐,依家用炭爐邊爐真係少之有少,深水埗九江街竟然仲有間,餐廳位置不多,無限時,記得要book定位,唔係有機會白行一倘,環境雖少,但坐得好舒服,餐廳基本上全場滿座,不過食完件衫同頭髮都有陣燒炭味,哈,花雕醉雞鍋:湯底揀咗花雕醉雞鍋,一上台已聞到花雕味,雞件肉質滑,食完花雕醉雞鍋好暖胃,飲左幾啖湯十分暖身,而且湯底飲落唔油膩,鮮雞味加上香濃花雕酒香,令人想飲多幾啖,新鮮鱔片:鱔片切得好薄,一碌即熟,入口鮮美滑嫩,口感緊實,餐廳夠細心,鱔片起左骨,特級安格斯肥牛:牛肉紋理平衡,油脂分佈好靚,牛肉味濃郁,手打鮮蝦滑:手打鮮蝦滑特別彈牙,入口食到蝦肉鮮味,真係材實料證明唔係溝面粉,總捨價錢唔貴,有風味,下次可以再食。

平時食開麻辣或者台式火鍋邊爐多,港式都係一個唔錯既選擇。最近就去左【金和記海鮮菜館】打邊爐,餐廳係好傳統港式粵菜/海鮮果D裝修,夠曬地道。今次邊爐兩個人食,所以就唔係叫好多。花雕醉雞鍋:好特別,花雕既酒味唔會好重、反而好香。都有好多舊鷄肉。一開始食多幾件,因爲都好嫩滑。手打鮮蝦滑:非常彈牙、蝦肉好多,都算好鮮甜。南非孔雀鮑魚:非常新鮮,就算煲完都完全唔會韌,湯底又唔會蓋過佢D香味。新鮮鱔片:片得好薄,熟左之後超級滑嫩,肉質緊實。

今次係我第一次食炭爐邊爐,食金和記位於深水埗九江街,位置不多,好彩我朋友一早book定位😉今次我哋叫左湯底係冬瓜瑤柱螺頭鍋!湯底好足料有冬瓜,瑤柱,螺頭,排骨,湯底十分鮮甜好味,一啲都唔味精然後同朋友叫咗粟米,貴妃蚌,鵝腸,娃娃菜,芋絲,牛柏葉,仲有牛肉打邊爐一流!不過食完成身好大浸炭爐邊爐味道,哈哈😂

然後同朋友叫咗粟米,貴妃蚌,鵝腸,娃娃菜,芋絲,牛柏葉,仲有牛肉打邊爐一流!不過食完成身好大浸炭爐邊爐味道,哈哈😂

好入味既花雕雞片熟左之後都會食到淡淡既花雕味, 連個湯底都會有, 之後食菜既時候都食到😂

豬肉, 鯪魚肉, 牛肉, 墨魚肉整成既4款肉丸, 最好食既係墨魚丸會比較彈牙同埋味濃啲, 其他三款個人就覺得正常😅

因為炭爐比較高身, 所以呢度既枱會比較矮身, 食野既時候可能會冇咁方便, 不過食物質素係唔錯既🤩
