我哋叫左個醉雞鍋,味道唔錯,有酒味不過唔算好濃,野食方便不過不失,個牛丸好食黑椒味夠,同埋佢有個小食係三色油炸鬼幾好食,係油炸鬼上面分別讓左菱魚肉同蝦滑,呢個本身想再叫,但因為食到好飽所以最後都無叫多碟。

食店要做用炭火打邊爐 對店舖嘅消防要求大概有所不同,所以已經買少見少店舖用兩個鋪位去分隔用炭火同電磁爐的食客,用炭火的那邊雖然座無虛席,但抽風都做得好好,完全唔會有翳焗嘅感覺用嘅係科學炭用炭火 火力猛 煙都大啲你睇吓啲泡泡,電磁爐絕對做唔到咁嘅效果等水滾之前自己執定啲醬汁配料先呢個梅菜豬肉丸第度好少見,一定要試蠔同象拔蚌都好新鮮呢個豆腐皮又係唔係咁多地方有,質地有啲似腐竹,不過由於冇炸過,所以冇咁油膩,必食👍🏼由於係用炭火 火力夠猛,比起平時用電磁爐/石油氣爐淥熟食物所需時間較短,於是食物會更快熟,令食物更加可以保留原汁原味,風味寧舍不同,我本身唔太鍾意打邊爐嘅都想搵機會再來encore

今晚與友人點花彫醉雞窩,味道不錯,加了多次湯水,湯味也沒有淡,另加上黃油雞,雞味濃郁!湯味更甜,炸魚皮,很脆口及微暖,好正!粟米很甜,蠔也不錯,鮮甜,最正是炭爐邊爐及用瓦煲,炭火温均勻,瓦煲保温,美國肥牛就有D失水準,肉較韌,另小籠包及鬼馬油炸鬼味道也不錯,食後難忘!
