幫襯土瓜灣老店多年,一直係嗰區最好食既粉面茶餐廳。家族生意人情味到不得了,搬到新佐敦舖位,食物高質依舊未變,尤其係牛筋腩撈粗 同 炸醬麵,兩樣水準都非常高,而且好足料。

行街行累了,就和Honey到了恆豐中心地庫大食代,看到下午茶不太貴,相片也吸引,就試下。Honey點了油占多士 + 熱檸蜜。$36 + $2多士脆脆的,而且油占比例對,幾好味!熱檸蜜就不太好,不夠味。我就點了淨水餃 + 凍奶茶。$46 + $3水餃也不錯,因為吃到有口感的木耳。然而,在湯麵看到撒了柴魚粉,還以為會好香,怎料,湯淡淡的。不過,水餃質素也不錯,餡料足,還有幾條青菜,幾好!但凍奶茶就真的不行!單看顏色,還以為是凍朱古力。跟飲奶水一樣,完全沒有茶味。總括來說,食物不錯,但飲品,真的不行!大食代環境幾好,人不多,座位擺設疏落,地方鬆動,都幾舒服。

其實基本上我哋每次都係食相同嘅組合…牛筋腩撈粗麵餐 同埋 牛筋腩河粉餐, 凍奶茶少甜少冰 同埋 凍檸茶少冰~ 方便 吾使婊腦, 哈哈…牛筋腩中規中矩, 正正常常咁啦, 唔需要有咩期望就得~蠔油菜心 同 腩汁蘿蔔 質量都維持得好穩定嘅,持續 keep住 企理冇渣, 其他食物飲品都正常, 店員都 nice 的, 所以 我哋都持續幫襯佢~ 可以睇睇, 我哋平時外賣嘅樣子…最近外賣碗更新咗, 河粉同餸 分咗層, 稍為耐小小先番到 都唔使驚河粉浸到梅晒, 簡簡單單 又一餐, 煮可以吖~

我接觸的金源炸醬麵, 已經是傲雲峰年代的新版本, 聽說老闆父親在新蒲崗時開的麵檔, 其炸醬麵是香港其中一間最出色的, 未能親身經歷, 但傲雲峰時期的金源, 我吃過覺得相當不錯. 現在在佐敦重開, 自然想試試看有沒有跌Watt, 幸好水準還是得以保留.請同北方的炸醬, 是烏黒的炸醬配上白身麵, 來到南方, 炸醬變成橙紅色, 白身麵也變成鹼水麵. 炸醬有茄醬及最重要的余均益辣椒醬, 甜酸平𧗽再加上柔和的辣度, 味道的層次比一般的高. 鹼水粗麵沒有令人討厭的鹼水苦澀味. 肉絲口感爽實而不不韌, 配上同樣爽口的粗麵, 吃起來相當舒服. 湯頭大地魚味清香而我天然, 沒有味精, 整體而言質素相當不錯. 另外點解了牛筋腩, 它是經典的柱候風味, 味道濃郁, 牛腩炆得很入味, 牛筋則炆得相當稔, 如果牛腩肉質可以再嫩, 就更完美.Kam Yuen is famous for her Noodles with Soy Bean Paste. Kam Yuen is famous for her Noodles with Soy Bean Paste. The sauce is prepared with soy bean sauce, ketchup and the most important item: YU KWEN YICK Chili Sauce. The spicy taste together with sweet’n’sour taste is one of the best in HK. The noodles texture is nice and the soup is fresh as well. The beef brisket is tasteful but the texture can be improved.
