新开的餐厅,在一家新的商业大厦内。是法日融合的铁板烧。食材很新鲜,随铁板烧套餐赠送的刺身非常新鲜。鹅肝能尝到是鹅而不是外面有些餐馆滥竽充数的鸭肝,放在日本进口的梨片上面,梨的甜味与鹅肝的油香完美的结合。法国蓝龙是鲜宰的,放在铁板上还看到在动。餐后的水果也是日本进口的!

我哋一行四人又去搵好嘢食。今日去咗一間新開嘅鐵板燒 - 嘉門。估唔到咁好view, 維港海景,裝修有型有格,地方寛躺舒服。坐低先嚟一客刺身。值得推介嘅係牡丹蝦,師傅用蝦頭嘅膏加海膽做成特制醬汁,食落勁爆,同牡丹蝦係絶配!朋友一早預訂咗長腳蟹,好期待!師傳話長腳蟹係當天新鮮到港,建議長腳蟹兩食:蟹腳鐵板燒、蟹身拆肉凍食。食完燒得香口嘅燒鱈魚乾、雞軟骨、雞翼串燒后,先來長腳蟹肉凍食。睇見賣相已流口水,蟹肉鮮甜再配上師傅特制嘅醋,好有驚喜!睇得出師傅嘅心機。到而家仲念念不忘佢嘅鮮甜!跟住就開始食鐵板燒。鵝肝肥美,亦煎得香脆,唔係坊間一般嘅鴨肝,配上生果,唔會覺得肥膩。鮑魚新鮮彈牙,配上師傅特别為鮑魚制嘅汁,讚!呢度嘅師傅會為唔同嘅食材配制不同嘅sauce, 比起每樣食材都點醬油芝麻醬,果然更能帶出每種食材嘅味道!鐵板燒長腳蟹非常鮮甜,師傅工夫一流,半生熟唔會煎到老晒,讚讚讚!!Service 非常好,感受到嘉門喺一間好有heart 嘅鐵板燒,我地應該好快會再嚟試下佢地嘅牛肉厚燒、龍蝦同炒飯。😋😋
