餐廳好用心,有步驟列出點樣如何品嚐美味嘅天丼
而且餐廳會把新鮮炸起的食材放上飯面,然後再均勻淋上天丼醬汁,目的是要每件天婦羅都能沾上醬汁。所以天丼的天婦羅並不像一般天婦羅脆口,而追求的是每件天婦羅都能適量沾有醬汁。

我黎親叫黎叫去都係呢個同軟穀蟹天丼。餓少少一定叫呢個!睇賣相都知冇得輸!份量多,咁鬼長嘅穴子天婦羅用天婦羅造法多左一份濃郁嘅麻油香,而且成個飯所有野都炸得黃金香脆,交足功課!

其實叫江戶前天丼最好就係你幾乎一下就食哂佢可以叫嘅天婦羅!包括魷魚天婦羅餅、海苔、流心蛋天婦羅今次就炸得脆過上次黎食了,大家食果陣記得唔好掛住打卡,快d食左佢!

呢間由東京紅到黎香港既過江龍天婦羅餐廳,係荃灣廣場地庫,一落電梯就見到,整體環境以日式風格為主,感覺清新簡單。江戶前天丼江戶前天丼的特點在於使用新鮮的江戶前壽司食材,然後用高溫既油炸天婦羅,使其外酥內軟,並保持食材的鮮嫩口感,配料有長達30cm野生星鰻(穴子)、鳳尾蝦、干貝及魷魚海鮮炸、青龍、半熟玉子同埋海苔,再配以慢火熬煮12小時的「115年祖傳秘方醬汁」,送飯一流。天丼而天丼都係一樣,只係冇左星鰻,換左做日本舞菇、其他配料都係一樣。伯爵茶布丁伴雲呢拿雪糕將伯爵茶布丁同雲呢拿雪糕結合在一起,可以在口感同味道上產生有趣的對比。伯爵茶布丁的濃郁和柔軟與雲呢拿雪糕的豐富同滑順相互融合,帶來一種獨特既體驗。

而金子半之助使用古早秘傳醬汁,更能重現江戶時代風味。

上天丼,同樣是鋪滿天婦羅,不同地方就是換了白身魚天婦羅,外脆內軟,魚的肉質細緻,口感相當不錯。特別要提的是炸溫泉蛋,很特別,外面是一層薄薄的脆漿,裏面是橙黃色流心,超正,直接食或者撈飯食都好味。魷魚粒天婦羅好爽身,一點都不硬,整碗飯感覺好豐富。
