這天我第一次品嚐天丼(天婦羅飯)。第一眼看到它的感受是很驚訝。也許不是每家的天丼都這樣澎湃,但山一般的天婦羅給我視覺上帶了衝擊!丼飯上的天婦羅包括海老(蝦)、軟殼蟹、魷魚餅、溫泉蛋…這裡的天婦羅都是是剛剛炸起的,它們淋上了醬汁,口感是濕潤中帶一點香脆,非常滋味!雖然我覺得海老及軟殼蟹是優秀的海鮮,但我覺得簡簡單單炸雞蛋配搭著這裡秘制的醬汁才是這天最動人的食物!可以這裡除了丼飯還有提供洞庭烏冬,配菜是自己任選的,所以配搭著數件單點的天婦羅,便覺得很滿足!

有朋友推介是香港最好食的天婦羅之一,但之前每間分店也大排長龍,未能如願,做完事剛好就在灣仔,就特登接埋老公收工,可以即刻去食Menu 選擇不多,但每款有也其特色上天丼上天丼有白身魚,海老,小柱魷魚天婦羅餅,温泉蛋,天婦羅海苔,莢碗豆,食到一半就刺穿了温泉蛋,蛋黃流心撈飯十分滋味, 天婦羅鋪得滿滿,海老很大而且十分彈牙,飯也掛了秘制醬汁不會過鹹,很好下飯車海老天丼老公點了軟殼蟹車海老天丼, 軟殼蟹香軟外脆老公也大讚,還有車海老爽口彈牙,十分滿足,我們二人可食得乾乾淨淨,就知有幾好味另備有黑豆茶,可感去油膩感十分細心

迷你天丼可以說是沒有了穴子的前天丼,但同時又多了菇菌及南瓜等,值得一提菇菌天婦羅香味超濃,但經過天婦羅做法又增加了一層從菇類較少能找到的鬆脆,愛菇的你絕對值得一試。稻庭烏冬麵質軟糯得來又帶點咬口,個人覺得温食更能帶出稻庭烏冬有的獨有的麵香,湯汁亦非常順口。
