To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. The Sukiyaki beef udon 壽喜燒牛肉鍋also nothing special but it costs $14x, it’s not bad but just something i can made by myself at home or more yummy than it. As the Sukiyaki soap is not rich enough, beef also nothing special, no “wow” feel and just “oh! I ate sth to make me full” and that’s all.

佢嘅午市套餐有大概30種唔同嘅選擇,我就揀咗蔥吞拿魚腩刺身飯,午市套餐會包埋沙律同埋味噌湯。首先,蔥吞拿魚腩刺身飯真係好正。吞拿魚腩鮮美無比,肉質嫩滑,同新鮮嘅蔥花搭配得天衣無縫,每一啖都充滿咗海洋嘅清甜同蔥嘅清香。飯粒本身亦煮得剛好,配合刺身,咬落去既有嚼勁又唔會太硬,完美地凸顯咗吞拿魚腩嘅美味。
喺活一鮮嘅用餐環境舒適,服務人員態度友好,令人覺得好放鬆。無論係忙碌中抽空嘅午餐,定係想慢慢享受一個人嘅靜靜時光,呢度都好適合。

我嗌嘅係午餐嘅七味炒牛舌;前菜同湯都算正常,但冇諗過個牛舌會令我食到咁難過😭
首先佢嘅牛舌係切到洋蔥絲咁上,部分幼過洋蔥絲嚟炒,所以食落唔會彈牙,然後我諗佢調味太重手同炒得太耐,結果全部都乾爭爭、鞋十十,唔會係鐘意牛舌嘅人想食嘅牛舌😭
辣度以我唔太食辣嚟講係少少辛苦嘅,不過有名你叫當然係辣㗎啦,好合理的,所以預咗
問題係佢真係有啲鹹過頭💥,食完等車再搭咗15分鐘車,個喉嚨仲係好「拿」好鹹好「確」,真係搞唔掂🥲
另外嗌咗個火灸左口魚邊壽司,口感偏彈牙加少少煙韌(食完唔記得影相sor)
條魚應該好肥所以油分好高,不過可能因為比想像中燒灸得短時間,所以魚肉表面油分出咗嚟、閃令令白雪雪,只有兩小點嘅燒灸痕跡,食落好有油分但覺得冇燒過果種香,兩件要$40,有少少失望,不過都有諗過可能係驚燒太耐會影響口感、或者係自己唔熟火灸系
搞笑嘅係,我忍唔住埋單果陣同侍應反映返碟牛舌嘅食後感;
我話覺得好乾好鞋唔好食,點知佢覆我「冇可能㗎喎!好多人嗌㗎喎~」我真係笑咗出嚟😂

打開本好熟悉嘅menu毫不猶豫咁揭去魚生飯果板,喂海膽魚生飯唔洗加一82蚊落樓😂唔諗直接舉手叫!午餐先上一個前菜沙律同麵豉湯短暫緩解左餓意先!食完前菜就啱啱好上魚生飯🤤海膽一啲腥味都無,亦都係我鐘意食果種入口即化嘅口感,另外仲有吞拿魚蓉,呢兩樣送醋飯食都係一流!其他嘅海鮮都夠冰涼同埋食得出似質厚實夠新鮮,魚生、醋飯、配菜醃蘿蔔、酸薑都好好食👍🏻
午市都算多人,要一至兩張枱排隊,不過餐廳見等候人唔多同埋出面真係好熱,就比我入鋪頭等🫶🏻

最近同朋友約食飯,openrice見到活一鮮價錢相宜,聽聞質素都唔錯就打算一試!
我哋嗌咗個活一鮮卷,芒果三文魚天婦羅卷,虎蝦手卷同埋牛肉烏冬🫶🏻😋
果然只要食物名有餐廳名就係質素保證!活一鮮卷真係好抵食!每件卷上面都有一款刺身,都有一定厚度!食落唔會腥同埋幾鮮甜,絕對對得住價錢。
天婦羅卷都好好食,值得留意嘅係原來係熟嘅三文魚🤣🤣另外兩款比較普通,但牛肉烏冬嘅牛肉多到食唔晒!如果喺附近嘅話不妨試吓!
地區既良心小店,距離第一次光顧都已經數到十年前,雖然返工同住既地方都唔近,一直間唔中去開香港島,都會好想食
