每次路過這裡都是大排長龍,次次緣慳。今天乘它剛開鋪沒有其他客人時,專程來試這裡的名物: 手造烏冬和雞脾,静静等候了差不多20分鐘,送來的手造烏冬的確新鮮彈牙,海帶和葱不少,湯熱燙,有鰹魚香,好吃。雞脾用蛋型不銹鋼碟上,附刀义,令我想起九州吃過的燒大雞脾,九州那次的雞脾是燒到皮漲泡,冒出鲜味無比的雞汁和芳香的雞油,刀一切開,煙一熡一熡,汁和油流在雞脾肉上,我冒着燙傷口的危險,一啖放進口內,後來索性拿起雞脾,大口大口吃,那一股原始人吃的滋味,是文明世界難得的痛快,至今難忘。可惜是眼前的雞脾祇是暖,切出來是有汁的,但雞的脂肪因沒有烤熱,狀態是固體,沒有成為液體,還深藏在雞皮裡,我期望的熱辣辣雞汁混着雞油和雞肉吃並不存在,更可惜是雞脾本來是味道醃得不錯,附着許多蒜粒,就是祇差那一點點温度,這雞脾就可以很美味。

今日係晚上8:24pm時係到堂食。雖然現在係10月但天氣都非常熱差唔多成30度。由然天氣咁熱,我入去既時候就已經決定好一定要食冷鳥冬,最後我用手機點左個海苔冷烏冬。上菜既時候,職員比左個柚子冷烏冬我,當時我打左個特,因為我係好少食酸野。之後我望下個手機落左既單,發現我個order 變左柚子冷烏多同時間海苔冷烏冬就售罄。我果時就明白到餐廳強行幫我轉左個order, 同時間我連對單既資料都冇埋。我試過食一條柚子,但都係太酸完全頂唔順。我冇同職員反映過系統落錯單,佢有幫我換過原味冷麵汁但烏冬本身有柚子酸味,我都係食唔落。最後個餐我完全食唔落諗住起身走去隔離茶餐廳,職員就話換個清湯熱烏冬我,我見佢咁有服務態度,禮貌上ok同食左少少湯烏冬但食唔出好味。我肯定唔會再黎因為餐廳強行換左個餐又唔出聲,但我會多謝餐廳職員。

牛頭角店班底去了長沙灣,當然跟隨他們啦~其實之前長沙灣店嘅烏冬煮得真係過左時間,所以才會轉往牛頭角食,現在竟然員工去了長沙灣,可以唔使去到咁遠。因為食得出有用心去煮的,尤其是烏冬,煮過火真會唔好食,但食開好食嘅,真會食上癮。彈牙嘅烏冬真係唔係到到食到,更何況冷烏冬有海苔味,柚子味,夏天食就一流,對於不喜歡食冷烏冬嘅我,真令我對冷烏冬改觀。店舖除了食烏冬外,還有其他小食可選擇,雞皮餃子,天婦羅櫻花蝦什菜餅,天婦羅雞件,天婦羅廣島牡蠣,竹篋魚扒,乜叉雞中翼,唐揚魷魚圈,番茄青瓜沙律。有呢d小食點綴一下,令到呢餐晚餐食得特別開心。還有係會有驚喜,期待又有新品可以嚐試。

星期日當晚約六點八黎到,已經full左,個男店員好好人,叫我哋入去收銀櫃前個張櫈坐住等,好在等位大概都只係等左十分鐘到就入得。我叫左醬油烏冬(冷)加天婦羅,天婦羅共有五樣,有一條多春魚,一條唔知咩魚,一條蝦,一舊冬菇,一舊茄子,幾樣天婦羅略嫌冇咩味,如果多少少鹽會更加好,好在炸蝦炸得幾鬆化。下次都係會食返骨付雞烏冬一如以往食的咁煙韌有咬口,天時暑熱食冷冷的烏冬,感覺都可以降下溫。有自助玄米熱茶,每次都飲幾杯,可以消滯。

因為太耐冇食過CP值咁高既烏冬店,所以要寫寫。唔知大家平時食開咩價位,但住係新界東既我,現時去附近既小店食個烏冬拉麵都要一舊水,基本上個配搭就係一碗麵一個小(小)菜加多碗麵豉湯,有d仲要齋麵就一舊水,唔係話佢唔值,只係我覺得貴同唔捨得,尤其我知道鋪租貴係主因。所以昨日第一次食呢間望住個menu真心驚訝,兩碗基本款烏冬,再加3個小食,最後每人100,仲要幾飽,好擔心CP值咁高店家會做唔住🥲食物質素絕對對得住價錢,我叫左鰹魚冷烏冬,另一半叫左月見熱烏冬,烏冬口感真係煙韌,好食,但我地兩個都覺得湯底稍為淡左d, 但點都好過咸得濟,加上有其他調味料任加(呢點最衝擊到我),所以烏冬印象幾好小食好食,多人推骨付雞話夠juicy,但我個人覺得天婦羅更勝一籌,就係唔記得問要天婦羅汁,食完先醒起😂😂難怪感覺欠dd,呢吓我要怪另一伴同店員點解唔俾我啦🤭🤭🤭搞到我有遺憾呢個全芫荽既天婦羅,嚇窒左我唔食芫荽既另一伴🧑🏻‍⚕️小朋友唔應該㨂飲擇食然後今日同事間傾計,佢問我有冇試新出既炸雞,炸雞先係最好食🫠果然回憶總是要美好中帶丁點遺憾,促使你一定會重遊舊地店位置有d窄,正因為咁又覺得幾有小店氣氛,而且店家有籃提供

店位置有d窄,正因為咁又覺得幾有小店氣氛,而且店家有籃提供俾你擺野,欣賞!!!呢個價位,我認真就唔好諗住坐吓個度閒聊好耐,食完滿足去散步就啱架啦!

今日同老公冇乜胃口,所以揀左食烏冬。叫左一個和咖哩烏冬,一個鰹魚烏冬,另外再加酥炸蠔。咖哩烏冬 - 覺得有少少咖哩飯粉,感覺有啲怪,烏冬有口感,份量都 多。鰹魚清湯烏冬,有好多蔥同海帶,不過烏冬比較少。天婦羅蠔,呢度嘅天婦羅做得好唔錯,炸粉厚薄適中,好嘅生熟程度啱好,又有蠔鮮又有海水。
