好似好耐冇食過燒肉,路過金馬倫道,見到用石板燒咁過癮,就走咗入去試吓好唔好食。入面有卡位都幾好坐,手機落單叫咗少少野食。安格斯牛小排牛肉肉油花均勻,肉質都幾高,每一塊都入口即化。調味料有照燒汁同埋芝麻薑汁。石碟用固體酒精加熱,唔會好似一般火爐咁熱,但係加熱之後又夠火力。蒜片加熱後連埋生菜一齊食勁正。無激素雞頸肉又試吓食啲特別野,雞頸肉起骨都幾刁鑽。有彈性但係好淋。鹽蔥燒牛舌盛丼主食一定要,佢似係韓式撈飯,有紫菜、芽菜、泡菜、蝦皮、甘荀、雞蛋。牛匠彩虹水果茶估唔到燒肉店啲飲品都咁好飲,有橙、菠蘿、藍莓、百香果,勁足料。藍莓乳酸乳酸梳打都正,今次試吓藍莓味,偏甜少少。
