Is me again Peter. This time I ordered lunch set to go for office lunch. Asked someone to get it for me, it took like 20 minutes from my office. Just ordered the sushi set lunch, nothing fancy. Everything is expected except the fish is not as good as usual. I feel like the fish were given by the worst part. And the sushi is smaller too. I think the reason is they need to compress everything in a very small tight lunch box. Anyway, tried it first time and is my last time. Not recommended to order

I had dinner with my wife here last week. The food was just OK. We ordered a dish of assorted sashimi and sishi, 2 side-dishes from the menu, and 2 "recommended" dishes from the waitress. The sashimi and the sushi was just OK, the sea-urchin was a " minus pass". There was no surprise in the "recommended" dishes.Of course, the bill was something that really surprised you. It cost 1400+. I am really to pay for good food, but I expect something better. The service of the waitress is good.

I do agree that it's one of the best japanese restaurant I tasted in HK .I like to go there for sashimi. each time around HK$800- HK$1000. It's ok for my expected, But I do have the same experience with Peter , remember that one time I asked any snack for choice after sashimi ,the waitress ( trickyone) suggested to try the fresh fish for BBQ (what a kniqi).I suppose it the small one , not much expensive , but at last when i paid ,it's HK$ 2700 for 2 ,since only that small fresh fish charged HK$

I have been 見城so many times. According from my experience, they serve excellent food. Best in town. The only problem is they will cut your throat if you order something not in the menu. Usually, after you placed order, then the waitress will ask if you want to try something special like Japanese cooked dead fish, super giant claim..... This is where the trick is. I have been 見城so many times. According from my experience, they serve excellent food. Best in town. The only problem is they will cut your throat if you order something not in the menu. I have been tricked many times like this but I'm greedy so keep ordering those special dishes without asking for the price in order to keep my face.

Anyway, I have promised myself that I will not order something special again. I will only order the dishes showing in menu. Can't be dump any more.

Last thing want to mention is eating in 見城for $1000 per person is not difficult. Shouldn't be surprise.

One word to remember is "Do not eat anything not in the menu'. Unless you don't mind to be cut throat.

先上的是雜錦魚生,一來便眼前一亮,每一塊魚蝦貝,表面都充滿光澤,而且一看便知是揀手的部分,以餐牌標價四百五十塊錢,抵吃之至。那塊鮪魚拖羅是霜降部分,油脂分布如雪花,咬開的感覺和著傳至耳內的聲音,猶如將千層薄如蟬翼的肉脂撕斷,拖羅油脂隨著斷縫滲進口中,融合鮪魚肉的淡鮮味,極其甘香。用原裝殼盛載的是一隻肉表面帶黑斑的鳥貝或近似品種,肉質新鮮爽甜,是難得貨色。還有兩隻放成散開尾部朝天的大牡丹蝦,一口一大只,又是極之鮮甜。以上三款,可說無懈可擊。此外,這個雜錦魚生還有多件其他種魚類,件件都是大塊又新鮮。

接著來的就是雜錦壽司,一共十多件。剛想吃,又發覺十多件壽司竟共有十多不同款,排放得整齊標緻,越望越以爲是一件藝術品,著實有些捨不得吃的感覺。除了鐵火卷和青瓜卷各三件外,手握壽司是款款不同,要知這類壽司不同其他食物,不能一件分兩份來吃,如果幾個不太熟的人來吃,可能會客客氣氣,到最後最特色的反爲留下沒人吃。幸好我和太太也知對方的喜愛,自然各自吃到最喜歡的。這個雜錦壽司,魚生等壽司料新鮮美味不在話下,那個壽司飯,又真是做到不粘又不散的高層次,少點功力也不行。

這時,侍應又拿來了先前雜錦魚生那兩隻牡丹蝦炸好的蝦頭供我們品嘗,是免費的。蝦頭內還有一些蝦膏,也幷附著了一些蝦肉,真是一點都不浪費。珠玉在前,最後來的雜錦天婦羅雖然也是不錯的水準,也顯得相對普通,然而價錢也是較爲大衆化,只賣一百二十元。包著各炸物的炸漿外面鬆脆,內裏却軟,口感很好,也不油膩。

星期五晚九時多,這店越夜越多人,現在已差不多全店滿坐。也吃不落甜點了,不願阻人做生意,稍歇了一會,便叫侍應買單。

意外來了,嚇了一驚!怎麽會要一千九百九十元的?我計來計去,都計不了這個價錢,是計錯數罷?如果沒錯,豈不是‘畢席’嚴重超支?

找來了幫我們落單的年輕侍應。她說:“是因爲雜錦魚生是有三文魚在內的,而你們不吃三文魚,所以厨師便幫你們揀些當做的各類魚生幷好給我們,價錢是逐樣計算的。”

看一看細單,原來這個‘揀手’‘雜錦魚生’便要一千二百元!“那爲何不一早跟我們說呢?一千二百元跟原價四百五十元有很大出入嘛。”

“這個難說出口,這樣提,有客人會不高興的。你們吃的魚生真是大厨特別揀出來,特別新鮮揀手的。”她很有禮貌地說,但這個答案,明顯令我們不滿意。她于是找來了年紀較長的侍應,又再耐心詳細解析一輪。也許,這間一等高級名店,顧客常有特別要求,不問價格,是顧客至上,怎麽的要求也滿足,埋單才計價錢。最後,連厨師也出來解析,可說誠意可嘉。這裏也要特別一讚年紀較長那位侍應,我們說她的同事處理很有問題,應該一早告知價錢。她却說她們也有責任,會檢討,幷不是一個人的問題。她這麽一說,我想我們何嘗沒有責任呢,而且這麽好味的食物也難得品嘗到了,也是一個開心的晚上,完完滿滿,齊頭二千找數。

wow…sashimi真的令我飽到上心口!其實當中sashimi的款式與我上次8款自選壽司的種類都係太同小異…問題只係sashimi係隨機抽樣我冇話事權的(職員告訴我係由師傅看當日貨源揀選)。當中包括:甜蛋、baby tuna、吞拿魚腩、鰻魚、左口魚、平目魚、池魚、八爪魚、海膽、蟹柳、海老~希望沒記漏吧!真係很豐富囉!飯裡夾雜了紫菜條、酸薑、小黃瓜、青瓜及紅菜頭…

同埋飯後的甜品雪糕除了緣茶好味~我覺得紅豆亦很好喎!上次已試咗黑芝麻了。

食後感:給我再揀的話~8件自選壽司較適合我個胃的容量…haha~因為今次真的很飽啊!平時個人飲食習慣係7成飽咁上下的。

至於午巿定食的飯原來一人有一次添飯的機會耶!(像我同食那位叫銀鱈魚定食咁樣…睇怕真係男生會很適合的。) 店員教用蘿蔔汁可以用嚟撈飯~咁結果佢一食就停不了口要添飯喇!

我當然沒有添飯啦!因為我個飯其實同丼無異…一個飯已等於佢個定食的兩個飯!crazy~咁當然慶幸沒食剩啦!我才不像別人口中不屑的港女耶!要顧口福又要顧身材~orz…兩樣要並重才對得住自己。(或者咁講ko得晒壽司廣自選16件壽司的人像我今天咁食問題係不太大的)

服務依舊合我心意…主動協助~亦沒有一副打量人的眼神。ha~bar枱那位壽司大叔很好忠氣啊!禁不住我都提起精神來...XD

Personal opinion only, but I will never go to this Japanese restraurant again. Sorry.

For dinner, you need to expect, on average, every person needs to spend HK$1,000 to HK$1,500 for a few plates of sushi and sashi!!

早陣子我太太生日,我就預早在這備受好評的日本餐館訂了位來替她慶祝生日。
當晚我和太太到達後,等了一会兒,侍應小姐就安排了一張小桌子給我們坐。館內環境不是十分大,亦不煌。很有一些'居酒屋'的感覺。壽司吧枱就坐滿了客人,我猜那裏氣氛會好些吧。
坐下來後,侍應小姐拿了兩杯茶給我們,而我就點了一杯可樂,然後嘗試看着那'日英'語的餐牌來點菜。最後因未能掌握餐牌上的全部意思而放棄。我預算太太和我每人各消費五百元,故我跟侍應小姐說了我們預算的消費(兩人合共一千元)並請她介紹一下及代我點菜。但侍應小姐說一千元並不足夠為兩人點菜,故我問她要多小錢才足夠呢,她跟我們說大概一千元一位吧!我當時不想破壞我和我太太的慶誌,而且若果真的能品嘗到美味的日本菜也是值得的。所以我當晚就打算放縱一次,嘗試做大豪客的滋味。
我跟那位侍應小姐就一千元一位吧,請她代為點菜。那位侍應小姐就拿出單簿寫了一會,並着 我們等一會兒。我太太因為好奇心之下,問那位侍應小姐點了些什麼菜式。那位侍應小姐說也沒有什麽 菜式,只是一些壽司和小量的剌身。我追問她我們是預算兩人合共消費二千元呢。但那位侍應小姐說若要吃一些較有特色的菜式就要三千元左右吧!
天啊!我知道日本菜的消費是會貴一點,但怎樣也沒有想過會這麼昂貴!太太和我當時什麼心情也沒有了。我自問也付担 不起,而且也未能肯定三千元是否真的足夠。故我們要求結賬離去。
結果我們付了七十元的賑單(一杯可樂,不知有沒有收茶錢)之後離去。事件中那位侍應小姐的態度也很平和,並沒有吵吵鬧鬧的。而我和太太事後轉到'東海' 海鮮酒家繼續慶祝。我們點了冰鎮鮑魚、大蝦沙律、金湯蟹黃翅…等等。埋單一千元有找。而這家日本餐館也列入到我的永不光顧名單中。

$450.00 for a plate of normal sasimi (15 pieces of normal Japanese sasimi. $450/15 pieces = $30.00 per piece, but those Sasimi sold in Jusco is even better than these 15 pieces in this restraurant!! 2 people order 3 plates:

1 bowl of cold noolde with beef +

1 plate of assorted Japanese sasimi (just those normal sasimi, like 'Sam Man Yui' sasimi) +

1 plate of those assorted normal assorted food, like 'Tin Fu Lor' etc. (very typical food you can find in any Japanese restraurant.)

These 3 plated costs us about HK$880!! (We were too disappointed with this shop, so we went to elsewhere to eat again, because I was only 40% full, after eating there, and spending $880 for such 3 plates of food! (I went there because after reading the positive comments here but finally... This is my experience only, but I will never go to this shop again! (Not worth the value at all!)

To me, the value of is even much lower than spending $200 at Justico! My experience is that Wo Man or Ching Ying is much better, including the price and the taste of the food! (Service was ok to good. We 2 people were appointed to the SMALLEST table but the shop was only about 30% full only!! We did not even have the any place to put our 2 bags!!)

Again, this is my personal experince only. It does not necessarily mean all people have the same experience with this shop!

其次就係吞拿、鐵火卷、沙甸這幾樣真的很鮮味!比廣好呢!

係唯獨海膽比廣細少少~但味道兩者都係鮮味的。

甜品係雪糕~有黑芝麻及綠茶味。味道都係一般雪糕^^V

sorry…因為太心急想食壽司~所以影相影得60%的壽司!俾裝飾葉遮了。像原始人塊樹葉XD

食後感:

壽司雖然每件細細件,但上文已讚賞飯真係握得適中。

係就係空間狹窄咗少少,但起碼整齊~而且予人日本小店的感覺。

我就冇修窒內設計的~但講裝横我會鍾意見城多一點!有家的感覺!係就係日本小店以簡潔為主~但勝在親民、坐得又唔會話唔舒服…反而廣就商業化一點了。係就係靚同寬敞…但予人高檔的感覺。睇怕都係適合商談…或者追求鍾意門面功夫的女孩子嚟廣都蠻可以充撐吓的。

有機會我會再選見城!唔怕貴可選晚餐,化算一點咪午餐…事實今次的午餐基於巧合關係…一點都不行貨喎!飲得杯落~Hahahah

而且職員很親切...服務唔官腔的。

題外話:食日本料理時總會遇上日本人…雖然我同佢唔相識~但有時只係好少好少的禮讓甚至幫忙已予人很有禮貌的感覺。Even莫理係咪虛情假意,但起碼我做香港人會學習。唔需要刻意~但少一點燥火已夠!^^

今天跟同事努力做完gym, 便到此嘆個午餐, 要嘗試貴價食肆既食品, 午餐係最抵食既, 於是兩人各自要了個set lunch, 以前試過住選既壽司set, 今日唔想揀又想平食, 所以我要sushi set, $130, 同事要sashimi set, $180! 跟之前既食家一樣, 六件壽司, 一碗湯, 一個蒸蛋, 一碗鋪有吞拿魚粒, 蛋粒同三文魚roe 既飯, 兩件西瓜, 咖啡/雪糕, 壽司幾新鮮, 但沒有深刻印象, 只記得有三文魚, 赤貝等, 反而個魚生飯既salmon roe, 又唔鹹, 又有鮮味, 仲食到一點點兒既酒味, 下次再黎時我會叫三色飯, 同事既刺身就用葉子墊底鋪滿她的面前, 非常悅目!

Ver fresh sashimi, I rather pay more for good quality, as it's so tasty...It's quite expensive, at least $600 per person, just sushi and sashimi (no sake).

起初見到此間日本餐廳以為會好好食,因為價錢唔算平又好日本feel...男友在我生日時,帶我去食lunch慶祝。店內環境整潔,不過坐在角落位置略嫌"焗",叫了一客壽司定食和刺身定食,賣相討好但味道一般,不如想像般鮮味。三文魚不夠肥美、吞拿魚尚好、自家磨的山癸很好及正方型熟蛋和蟹柳最好。結帳差不多四百...有點覺得不值...始終因為魚生不算新鮮。
