沙田老鋪,位於沙田城門河附近的河畔花園,以前已經很舊了,而家重新装修後,座椅環境都改善了,裝修雅致,座位舒適寬躺,整潔衛生感覺非常好、食物好味,價錢絕對唔貴,所以都適合一家大細去食,我經過幾次眼見一般情況都有位,都很易有位不用等,茶水不錯,服務人員熱情招呼手快醒目,故此無須呆等,上菜快手,食物方面,鼓油王炒麵真係夠哂鑊氣,椒鹽豆腐皮皮好薄外脆內軟,高水平,小朋友都鍾意,一定要試!去開沙田都值得可以再去的酒家。

攞位5人位已經清楚要分枱坐,預計要分3/2枱。但係入座居然分成一張細枱4人,另加一人同另外同時入座既3人同一大枱。入面見佢地有多張大枱都有分3/3或者4/2,明明有大枱可以中間隔開3/2,亦有細枱可以左右3/2,硬係要一大一細枱間4/1。分枱姐姐扮晒有禮貌話會幫手合返枱,結果果然到埋單都未合到。大細枱中間隔條走廊,攞野食要要行黎行去。枱面有螞蟻行黎行去,影響食慾。落單後食物上枱慢,其中紅油抄手到枱直情係食落暖既唔熱,唔會再黎食。

本身無寫過寫評,忍唔住出一篇評語。居住喺呢區,都會知道強記喺呢區嘅老字號茶樓。本來裝修華麗令人十分期待去食,殊不知服務態度十分惡劣,比左兩次機會佢,兩次員工嘅服務態度都係同樣惡劣—舉手嗌餸扮睇唔到,嗌餸又會串你,本來裝修前都會成日同屋企人食強記,誰料裝修後變化太大,唔係要服務行業對客人恭恭敬敬,但至少有番基本禮貌,俾錢食飯仲要受你氣,實在接受不了。餸菜款式少,份量少,價錢唔化算,其實食物質素係不過,可惜態度太差,同區尚有其他好餐廳,唔會再比機會佢。

這間位於沙田河畔花園強記1983,想講给大家知如果你想去飲茶,不用早到排隊入坐,店舖是開8點,本人7点半已經在店舖外等我是排第一位,而這間店舖不是派號碼编排入座,店舖無經理,無主管,無負人只有幾個服務員,當日8点開舖入内,服務員和我說枱上無放茶壼的你就可以坐,但原來全間舖8成坐位已留给熟客,剩下的幾張大枱,所以對於早排隊的人不公平,我還看見只要你認識服務員行入去也不用叫飛入坐對於在外面店舖等待的人真不公平。這間店舖老闆都唔知怎樣管理。不知所謂。請好好管轄。

首先係乳鴿全隻上,味道依舊,大大隻,講真,我覺得全沙田最好食嘅乳鴿絕對係新強記,肉質夠味,當你撕開d肉果陣d油係咁流出來,好香,而且個皮好脆,啖啖肉香,絕對係保留到個水準。

見新開張老媽子叫到去試下,晚飯合格可以的,包括服務,但飲茶就一次夠了,分享一下:晚飯服務有禮貌,飲茶就相反,伙記好似乜都睇唔到咁,例如加水!叫2/3次,絕對不會自動幫你加水,枱上食咗D蘢,不叫不會幫你收走!重要貴,食物一般,炸醬麵咸到嚇死人,本身我自問都算重口味,一次就夠了!!!講返晚餐食物:乳鴿有水準、皮脆肉滑有汁值得一讚,但中午食完全唔同!無汁、又炸過火、柴皮、肉實,非常失望😞可能入左雪櫃一晚啦!講返晚餐算了:脆皮牛腩:粉薄👍牛腩蚊得很好夠淋之餘有少少口感蝦籽鵝掌撈面:鵝掌炆得剛好、不會太淋,又不會死實,面口感剛剛好,沒有好似一坺嘢咁,帶爽身價錢亦合理,其他小菜都可以,推介晚餐

明明有枱都唔比入 等左半個鐘先入到去食我入到去叫野食都算快上得快但感覺好似叫你食快啲好走乳鴿超一般又貴蟹粥冇鮮味好難食 好貴(唔值個價錢)埋單個時要找$5等好耐冇人嚟都算我出去問佢攞 既然同我講咁耐冇人嚟攞以為係小費你冇我要唔要就自己攞去 搞錯差到離晒譜

以為結業......原來是重新裝修,店貌全非,坐下當然叫招牌乳鴿、雞粥吧😋😋乳鴿依家好食,相比舊店就略差一些,水準不像從前,仍比同行美味🥳🥳雞粥由砂鍋上檯變成鐵煲,外觀上較勝,散熱程度提升,材料比從前豐富,但口感就一般啦.......吃後沒有記掛的感覺🤓🤓小妹妹說要食菇,點了勝瓜炒,上檯不熱,菇🍄類只有兩款,洋蔥🧅還比菇多,味道只是一個小炒,整體上仍是好味,只是欠缺驚喜🙃🙃🙃
