與客人一起來到了賀菊到達時己過了午市最繁忙的時間可以輕鬆點吃頓飯而且還可以寧靜一點客人點了個"雲"套餐;同事則點了個刺身和牛 SET我吃得不多...又只對刺身有興趣就點了5 色刺身定食.刺身是頗新鮮的有三文, 甜蝦, 帶子, 油甘...最後的忘記了.飯是對眼的...應該用的也是日本米吧?由於胃納真的小...只吃了兩口..沒有什麼驚喜. 刺身只要新鮮已是交足功課見同行的人對自己所點的都頗滿意..卻沒有什麼特別評價服務倒是不錯~

就點了5 色刺身定食.

刺身是頗新鮮的
有三文, 甜蝦, 帶子, 油甘...最後的忘記了.
飯是對眼的...應該用的也是日本米吧?
由於胃納真的小...只吃了兩口..
沒有什麼驚喜. 刺身只要新鮮已是交足功課

見同行的人對自己所點的都頗滿意..
卻沒有什麼特別評價

好彩一早訂位 ... 午餐時間真係好爆. 點了 什錦魚生飯 set, 同埋 三色刺身 + 牛肉火鍋 set. 魚生飯的魚生好新鮮, 款式都算多. 三色刺身三款都好, 當中以牡丹蝦最鮮甜. 牛肉火鍋的牛肉很有肉味. 一點都不韌. 湯底不會過甜. 店員服務很好, 時常添加熱茶.

點了 什錦魚生飯 set, 同埋 三色刺身 + 牛肉火鍋 set.
魚生飯的魚生好新鮮, 款式都算多. 三色刺身三款都好, 當中以牡丹蝦最鮮甜. 牛肉火鍋的牛肉很有肉味. 一點都不韌. 湯底不會過甜.
店員服務很好, 時常添加熱茶.

Based on my knowledge, Kiku has been around for many years at the same location. It has undergone several renovations to keep up with the market trend as well. On such a rainy day, without the urge to search around for food, I booked a table here for lunch with two friends working nearby. I arrived around 1pm and once you entered the main dining area, the first thing you realize was the amount of loud noises. I think the excessive use of stones and sound-reflective building materials are worsening the echo effect. Fortunately, we were assigned a table inside a private dining room away from the crowds.

(1) Hot Pot Noodles (with inaniwa udon) 鍋燒麵
My friend order this but I did not try any so cannot really comment on it. However, it looked delicious and my friend finished the whole thing. The use of raw beef was another nice touch.

(2) Noodles with Beef (with inaniwa udon) 牛肉麵
Sometimes the more simple the dish is, the better the experience. A simple bowl of beef noodles is a good example in my opinion. Again my other friend ordered this set and I can see how he enjoyed it from his facial expression even after a long and tiring morning work session.

(3) Cold udon with pan-fried chicken steak and sesame sauce 香煎雞排芝麻醬冷烏

As for me, I ordered something more interesting. On top of the udon, those are shredded cucumber along with some sesame and sesame sauce. A very refreshing item to start off with. The udon was very chewy which was very good !! Together with the lightly flavored sesame sauce, it was a great combination. As for the chicken steak, it was fair but honestly I would enjoy the set equally much without it.

1. Sake KIKU - sake, peach schnapps, orange, grenadine. 真係未飲過,溝咗果汁嘅味道幾濃,未試過用Sake做嘅cocktail...就一定要試試。

1. 松葉蟹肉粉絲風味沙律 - 落咗好多蟹肉,有一片片忙果肉,底下有好粗嘅粉絲同埋青瓜絲,面頭有紫菜條同埋啲天婦羅嘅脆粉粒,感覺好新鮮,蟹肉真係好鮮甜。

2. 上刺身拼盤 - 有六款,每款兩件,總共十二件刺身,紅吞拿冇咩特別,甜蝦就真係好鮮甜,三文魚大大件,脂肪比例同分怖好均衡,帶子真係又大好甜,仲有兩款唔知叫咩名嘅魚,但係就好有魚嘅鮮味.....一流,連媽咪唔大好魚生都讚。

3. 炸鮮蟹腳拖羅沙律卷 - 大家入口之後嘅第一個感覺,都係好好味。講真.....真係好好味,連媽媽唔多鍾意吃卷物,但都讚不絶口。入面有炸蟹腳,佢唔係用炸蝦,感覺冇咁膩,又用上拖羅,而唔係一般嘅吞拿,拖羅嘅味道真係一流,好肥美,好甘,最重要係拖羅隔離仲有沙律,令你唔會覺得好滯。成個卷物最成功之處係有炸嘢亦有生嘢,有肥嘅嘢,亦有酸嘢去中和返,整體感覺好平衡,有創意之餘,又不失傳統風格,真係佩服個廚。

4. 鹽燒三文魚頭 - 雖然冇咩特別,但係魚入面嘅油脂同肉,都係啱啱好,唔會過肥,而師傳亦燒得唔會過濃,係用心之作。

5. 牛仔肉扒陶板燒 - 好特別,我地專登唔叫一般喺街都食到嘅牛肉薄燒或者牛肉金菇呢類,真係不負眾望,舊肉起碼有6-8安士,份量十足,脂坊比例啱啱好,雖然未至予去到和牛嘅級別,但係都真係材料上承,配上燒過嘅洋蔥、大蔥及大蒜。缺點係我地要medium,而佢似乎煮得過熟,起碼去到七至八成,因為已經冇血水了。

6. 銀鱈魚西京燒 - 雖然係普通菜式,但係材料好好,真係好嫰好滑,嗰汁薄薄的,但係好夠味,帶出魚嘅鮮味。

7. 和牛海膽香蒜炒飯 - 雖然海膽對於我屋企人嚟講唔係咁啱胃口,但係個飯炒得好靚,飯粒嘅軟硬適中,而且落足料,睇得出個廚落和牛同海膽絶不手軟,每一啖飯都滿怖和牛同海膽,口感一流。

Comments: 差不多冇咩可以挑剔。真係好豐富嘅一頓晚餐,屋企人完全嘅滿意。環境寬敞,服務態度一流,有機會希望可以試埋其他菜式,下次有機會一定再去。

今日同朋友來KIKU食晚餐,此店是第一次試。每次試一間新的日式店,必定會試牛肉飯及湯烏冬。牛肉飯竟然不及吉X加,牛肉雖然多,但韌,飯好硬。而海鮮湯烏冬,我改了稻亭烏冬(不過要加20元),好彩改了,不太失望,本人一路都喜歡食稻亭烏冬的,喜歡它較滑。但D海鮮.....當然都係失望。都不會再有第二次幫親了。

Thot it is good and heard about Kiku isn't cheap, so went there to try. Order sushi lunch set and the quality is surprisingly bad, sashimi not fresh neither the chef knows how to make the sushi rice at all. I can accept paying HK$240 for a (approx) 8pc sushi set BUT not with such quality / standard. Value for money is negative (not even zero) and the worst thing is the chef insist the sashimi is fresh.Highly suggest ppl should not go there.

Weekend同朋友去呢間嘢食,兩人叫了二人套餐,內有海膽蒸蛋、蒸豆腐、雜錦天婦羅、刺身(有三文魚、吞拿魚、鮮赤貝、牡丹蝦、仲有一個不知名的魚生刺身及甜品)。基本上呢間店的魚生好新鮮,牡丹蝦真係好正、鮮赤貝又鮮又甜,好有驚喜!天婦羅就一般!海膽蒸蛋就幾特別,不過味道就淡咗啲!不過整體我就覺得份量少咗啲,男士一定唔夠,女士就勉強啦!但係呢個價錢,我覺得去Ritz Carlton食仲正!又有魚生刺身又有蟹食!服務就一般,唔見得侍應會特別好!環境就幾靚!

今天與公司同事一行七人到Kiku午餐(公司請,YEAH!)各人點的也不同, 可以望晒咁多款set又幾好喎..deluxe lunch set $220-$240, lunch set $160-$180我叫左刺身.牛柳,個刺身有三款, 係三文魚,吞拿魚同帶子,個帶子好大隻,啲肉有些許實,好似不夠鮮味牛柳就冇乜特別,仲有個飯,味噌汁,黃瓜,都ok啦!今次可以算第一次食高級日本料理,可能唔係咁識欣賞,未有意外驚喜, 只知環境優雅(午市時段人多,較嘈吵),食物賣相精美...當係見識下啦(但原來同事話kiku都係美心集團,真係走唔甩~)

我叫左刺身.牛柳,個刺身有三款, 係三文魚,吞拿魚同帶子,個帶子好大隻,啲肉有些許實,好似不夠鮮味
牛柳就冇乜特別,仲有個飯,味噌汁,黃瓜,都ok啦!

今次可以算第一次食高級日本料理,可能唔係咁識欣賞,未有意外驚喜, 只知環境優雅(午市時段人多,較嘈吵),食物賣相精美...當係見識下啦(但原來同事話kiku都係美心集團,真係走唔甩~)

跟蒙牛家人慶祝father's day, 去左蒙爸爸最喜愛的賀菊, 一早訂了一間六人房間在蒙牛極力推介之下, 叫了一客價值$330的什錦魚生飯, 真不便宜呢, 看看有多好吃!! 魚生飯盒的確很大盒, 料有好多, 三文魚籽多, 但係味道不太濃, 帶子好大隻, 但係缺了點光澤同埋係無味的, 真的好怪, 三文魚吞拿魚立魚鰻魚北寄貝都係一般貨仔, 無特別,鯨龍魚重係有根的,唔掂...飯好多但係欠了點醋味, 可惜可惜唯獨可以一讚的便是它的牡丹蝦, 大隻新鮮而且肉質夠彈牙, 味鮮帶甜, 蝦鮮味一流~~encore多隻都無問題!!還有基本功的甜蛋,厚身而甜味一流,好有口感, 不過略為鞋了一點另叫了一客和牛海膽炒飯,雖然見到有海膽, 但食唔到咩海膽味, 不過和牛郤好腍, 入口即溶, 炒飯粒粒見到, 唔會太油, 好香好開胃的菜式service一般, 因坐房的關係, 叫人要按鐘, 都好快有人應, 不過waiter的態度都不是太好, 好像不想做....

由於最近的工作實在太辛苦了,所以我們一team 三人決定要大擦一頓好好慰勞自己。今天的午膳,挑了我很喜愛的賀菊日本料理。同事們點了”雲”及”霞”,我點的是海鮮魚生定食。雖然名字很普通,但上菜的時,才發現它的賣相很特別。忍不住淘出手機拍照,在高級日本料理店中做出這樣的動作,真的有點失禮。<br />海鮮魚生定食,”食”如其名,真係滿有海鮮的。內含三文魚、吞拿魚、拖羅、劍魚、池魚、油甘魚、帶子、蟹子、魚子、三文魚子、瀨尿蝦、甘蝦、牡丹蝦……有一些是我連名字也不知道的,但味道非常鮮甜,口感亦滿分。鋪在日本壽司飯上,還附有薑、漬物等。這個定食的另一個特別之處是所用的wasabi,是用新鮮的山葵所磨製的。新鮮的山葵跟平常用粉開的味道完全不同,特別之處在於吃的時,你會先感覺到味道往上攻你的鼻,但到你好像到你快抵受不住的時候,它又會消了。我第一次吃新鮮的山葵是在日本。後來也有在香港一些日本料理店吃過,可是那小小的一條山葵,在香港賣得的價錢真有點嚇人,價值150個大洋。但我認為它是真的值得的,很能帶出食物的味道。現在,在賀菊,只要用260個大洋的價錢,就能在香港吃到如此美味的魚生飯配新

P.S.:我看到賀菊最近有推出一個『蝦˙蟹之宴』的推廣,只要付出680個大洋,就能吃到八道有蝦有蟹的二人前套餐\。抵食非常。決定要找天跟媽媽一起來試試~~(雖然媽媽是不吃魚生的,但…呵呵~~那我可以一個人吃掉整碟刺身了!)<br />
